I have an upcoming webinar and I am exporting the attendee list, however, the export only includes name and email address, yet I have included last name, company and job title as required questions, but they aren't included in the export. How can I fix this?

Hello I've never had this problem before but my computer seems to have 2 or 3 audio options that I don't fully understand.1. Nvidia2. Realtek I think that one is for the inbuilt speaker in the screen while another one is when I plug in a mic and speaker probably. The third option while in Zoom is system. Anyway, in my Zoom session a couple of minutes ago, a screen kept appearing that the audio output had been changed and the sound kept switching from the speaker in the screen to the headphones every few secondsI tried forcing Zoom to stay with one system  by making a choice in audio options, but this got overridden and the problem started again After a few minutes, only the speakers in the screen worked and the headphones were dead which was hard as I had to take the headphones off and then could not easily use the microphone attached to the headphones

I joined a Zoom meeting today 17.6.2205 with a host who had sent me a link into it. I technically asked her permission via zoom clicks to record it into the could and she gave the permission and (I think) there was the icon that the meeting was being recorded. I`m not sure if I clicked record button though. But after she gave the permission it seemed like it is recording. I saw a text: Meeting is being recorded. And clicked ok. In the end the host ended the meeting before I had clicked stop recording or leave meeting. (Is it necessary that the one who is recording will press stop or leave meeting to get the recording into one`s cloud or computer? ) After the meeting ended like that I could not see recording processing. I checked cloud recordings but did not see any recording there nor a new recording of today in computer recordings. There were only the old ones that have succeeded earlier. I don`t have a paid Zoom account. I used Zoom Workplace.

I had a workaround to double-tap (FINGER TAP, not a mouse click) the buttons, but 6.4.13 has broken even that.Tapping a finger multiples of times will eventually actuate the buttons once. While a finger-tap on the laptop's touchpad (which usually acts as a 'click') does NOT trigger the buttons, if I use my touchpad as a mouse (pressing in the lower-left touchpad corner), a double-click WILL actuate the buttons. Issue was once before solved but 6.4 has broken it again ( https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Menus-don-t-work-with-Linux-client/m-p/234001 )From the discussion there, it seems somehow related to system locale setting, but this has yet to be confirmed

I've read through the previous posts on this and do not see a resolution.  When I create a zoom meeting, it creates 2 of the same meeting and then puts 2 outlook invites into my calendar.  How do I get rid of the duplication?

After canceling zoom pro that I have had for multiple years, I wanted to get the last report that was still on my pro account, only to realize I now have no access to my reports.... Surly I have a right to those reports? Hi, The Zoom client does not display the correct time zone for my meetings. In https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/general/timeAndLanguage in my Outlook profile, the time zone is set to UTC-8, Pacific, which is correct. I am in Los Angeles.In my Outlook client (Version 2111, Build 14701.20262), under Options, Calendar, Time Zones, the time zone is Pacific, UTC-8. Does anyone else struggle with Zoom Meetings with No Fixed Time changing to fixed times whenever a meeting link is used in an Outlook appointment? We don't want to give up the Outlook integration completely, because our organization benefits from that integration a lot as well. However, I'm struggling to understand why it wouldn't be possible to have a Zoom Meeting with No Fixed Time stay that way. I'll try to describe our particular use case for clarification of the issue:We use separate recurring meetings with No Fixed Time for each course at our university. This allows faculty and students to just jump in and out of one link for each of their courses. Hello.  I am trying to get started with Zoom Phone.  I have the Unlimited Calling Plan.  I can receive calls but cannot make calls.  It tells me, "Sorry, we cannot complete your call.  Your service plan does not support calling this destination."  Is there a setting I need to change, or what?

We have the Zoom Apps Quick Launch button turned off in our account settings. We are trying to test the Q-SYS Control app from the Zoom Marketplace but we discovered it requires the quick launch button to be enabled tenant-wide. Can we get the option to only enable this for Zoom Rooms?

I thought we were able to log in to multiple devices at once under the same log in. Up until recently, I have been logged in for 2 laptops and a cell phone and sometimes a tablet as I often find myself switching devices from one zoom meeting to another. Hello, I am working on a doctoral paper and I am including interviews for my research.I will need the transcription of the interviews to analyze after the interviews. I was going to use otter.io to transcribe during the interviews but I thought I'd see if Zoom offered full transcripts. I saw that I can record to the clould and I turned that on in my account but I wanted to practice with myself recording before I took it live with my interviewees. 1) Can I schedule a Zoom call and practice on my own before my interviews? I want to see what the transcription looks like.2) Where do the recordings go and where do I retrieve them from the cloud?I have the Zoom One Pro version and live support is not available for me.Thank you!

Hello,I have Zoom Workplace installed on my Mac and Windows 11 PC (Windows 11 Pro, v. 23H2, build 22631.5472).  The other day, I opened Zoom on my PC to discover I was signed out.  I have attempted to log in numerous times, but each time I do, I receive the message: "Please try again later. Error code 1."  Another message instructs me to check my internet connection (I'm connected, and it's working correctly).Zoom on my Mac is logged in with the same account and functioning fine.  I've had Zoom Workplace installed on my PC, and it has been working without a glitch since 2020.I've tried repairing the application and uninstalling/reinstalling it.  Neither attempt resolved the problem.  My account doesn't offer the option to contact Zoom support directly, except through the database, community, and chatbot.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try next?Nothing has chang

Zoom Business Account - Meeting with Registration page - Meeting is scheduled for today 11:00 (Berlin time) - Registration worked till yesterday without problems (6 people already registered) - today registration page opens - clock turns - then sign invalid Meeting ID for a few seconds - then you only see the registration page with the text (about the Meeting and all the data) but no fields to enter name and email address as would be necessary to registerI checked all details for the Meeting - everything ok - only the registration link doesn't work. We didn't change anything in the time between yesterday and today!!! I checked the account: there was a bill for 14th of June 2025 (yesterday). In the account settings it says bill is payed - everything ok.Can it be that there is some connection with the process of paying this bill and the Invalid Meeting ID today???What can I do to prevent such behaviour of Zoom in the future? Hi Team, I hosted a meeting on the 3rd of June, 2025 but up to now I am unable to get the conversion files, and neither did the meeting convert to get the recordings.I am using a Windows device, windows 11 pro, Zoom version 6.4.12.I have already tried searching for the conversion files in the Documents and Downloads location but found none. I checked specifically under the Zoom folder.Please assist. Thank you.
