Ever since a couple weeks ago Participants Windows are Bouncing Around on screen depending on who is speaking.  It is only happening for the users with iPads and there is no way to prevent it or turn it off.  Anyone know how to fix or prevent? Thanks vm

Is anyone else experiencing in gallery view, all participant profiles randomly switch from left to right virtually every nanosecond?

We have recently integrated Zoom with our ServiceNow instance and the team handling phone calls in the workspaces area has advised the Zoom Contact Center UI takes up a large portion of the screen and closing the phone while on a call has caused issues for some. You can drag it and move it to another part of the existing window, but is there an option to pop it out into it's own window?

I have many users with Zoom video flickering issues over the past week. They have changed ports for their cameras and also tried new cameras. Nothing has worked. Would anyone know if there is a fix for this?

When I schedule a recurring meeting on a daily, weekly or monthly basis you have the option for the participants to register, when the recurrence is no fixed time this option does not appear. I changed the recurrence from daily to no fixed time and my registrations disappeared, how can I see the registrations?

When I am co-hosting and with participants privilege for unmuting, sharing, renaming disabled, I see a visible green tick ✅ against one participant name when I move the mouse over the participant. What does it indicate?! (I was using zoom version 6.5.6)

Has anyone noticed that with the upgrade to Zoom Workspace Zoom slows down and inhibits use of other programs at the same time? Personally, I love the video-conferencing features of Zoom. I have never needed nor do I want a scheduler, a calendar, interpretation, AI companion and all the rest. Please can we have a version that just provides video conferencing, sharing and the chatbox.  Thank you

Hi Team,there is a new Release for VMware Horizon Client available since christmas.This release (https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/downloads/details?downloadGroup=CART25FQ4_WIN_2412&productId=1562&rPId=118884)  got renamed from VMware to Omnissa. This also impacted the installed path location on Windows device."C:\Program Files\Omnissa\Omnissa Horizon Client\horizon-client.exe"If you now want to installed the Zoom VDI plugin it will not detected anymore the installed "VMware Horizon Client". So Zoom VDI optimatization can't be used in a Horizon VDI environment.  Is Zoom already working on a new release to support the lastest Omnissa Client for Windows?Thanks a lot,Eric

Where can I find "Specify a time range (days)", in the Zoom application to display ALL of my meetings for the next 10 months? I can't make changes in "Meetings" to the date range and, when directed to "Profile," there is no place to make a change.

In the past my Zoom account when I create meetings automatically populate my Apple Calendar, this no longer works. I have tried calendar choices but gives Sign in with google or Microsoft, nothing to do with Apple Mail. I have tried my gmail account through sign in with Google but still does not appear. Help

I have a meeting I created in zoom. It is appearing on my calendar in zoom, but it doesn't appear in my GOogle calendar. All of my google calendar entries appear in zoom calendar.

Yeti mic is working on all apps except zoom. Recently upgraded to MacBook Pro M3. Zoom recognizes the Yeti and chooses it when I plug in, but no sound is going through. I've done a mic test in zoom, and there's no sound coming through. I tried updating to the latest version of zoom, but it still doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem?  Thanks. 

Hello — We use Zoom webinars on a regular basis. My boss is typically the one who hosts the webinars and has the webinar license in his Zoom account. I am the one who typically sets up and manages the webinar in his Zoom account. However, this is turning into an issue with me having to access his account (especially with 2 factor authentication).What are best practices here? Should I move the Zoom license to my account and add him as a co-host (I typically join the webinars in the background as a co-host/panelist with my video & audio off)? As far as I can tell, the only downside is that he would not be able to start the practice session and I would just need to do that.

I have free zoom account. My client from China was not able to join my zoom link & was getting error code 13215. How to fix that?

We had to kick a bomber out last night (profanity, racial slurs, sharing live video of him doing inappropriate things to himself). I've filled out all the necessary fields to confirm the report but there's a spiral spinning under the "Other Files, Screenshots, Transcripts" field and nothing happens when I hit the Confirm button.  If anyone knows what the problem is, please let me know.

I have a Powerpoint that I present in meetings. I've created a whiteboard as an interactive part of the presentation. Can I insert the whiteboard into the Powerpoint and have it remain interactive and functional? As it is not, I have to stop sharing the Powerpoint, share the whiteboard, stop sharing the whiteboard and start sharing the Powerpoint--at which point it goes back to the beginning. It's really a clunky process while you're live. I see that there is an iframe code for the whiteboard but I can't see how to insert the code on a Powerpoint slide. Any suggestions?

Hi, I do not get the font size option in settings or in the chat. I get all the other options. Why is that? The font is always super small and I cannot change it.

Hi folks ...  A whole ago I set up a meeting using my personal meting ID and was using it for a study group.  One of the participants was using the Otter.ai Notetaking feature.The group has since disbanded and the meeting deleted from my calendar, but every Tuesday at 1900 (UK) this woman's Notetaker (Otter.ai) initiates an email sent to me via Zoom, telling me that it has joined my personal meeting room.I've asked her to fix it at her end with her Otter.AI settings, but to no avail.Is there a way of banning the Otter.AI agent?Or do I have to resort to changing my personal Zoom meeting room ID? Thanks in advance.

Hi. I have a regular weekly meeting using the same link that the host sent me in the first meeting. How and where can I save this link in Zoom so that I can easily access before each meeting? There are any number of tutorials on how to create and save your own links but this is about saving and accessing someone else's.

I've been trying to get Zoom's original sound feature working in Linux (Mint 21.3). I'm pretty sure I have all of the settings correctly set, and when I use the "Test Mic" recording feature, music comes through perfectly. But then in an actual meeting it filters out everything that isn't speech. I've double and triple checked that original sound is on in the top bar, and I've tried every possible option to try to get it to work, both with an external and internal laptop mic. Has anyone been able to get this working correctly in Linux, or is the feature just broken? Are there any system settings that need to be adjusted to get it working?

I would like to setup a recurring meeting where I as the host will not be present, but would like a couple of meeting participants to claim host capabilities.  I cannot add these participants as "alternative hosts" in the meeting setup because they do not have a Zoom license.  Is there a way to setup a generic meeting where the first person to join the meeting becomes the host or co-host?

I have always used the Enable/Disable Original Sound option on the More menu in the iPad app. However, it is no longer present. The More menu has nothing that looks like this. I have found the same on two different Ipads. Has this been removed? I always needed it to deal with music and speech.   Thanks  Julian
