Is it possible to save  the meeting transcript from a zoom call ? how does one do that ?

We sometimes have sessions and a cohost or host may make an unwarranted action (e.g. close the breakaway rooms)How can I get the log of the Host and co host activities or actions made during the session? 

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!!  It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

When converting a Webinar to a Meeting (well ahead of the event) - does the link to join the meeting change for those who have already registered? I've read in a few places that the Meeting ID stays the same. Does that mean the URL that registered folks have already received to join the webinar stay the same?? We don't want half of our attendees to not be able to log in to the Zoom because they have an old URL pre-conversion. But I would like to make the change to be able to encourage video/audio interaction.   The Zoom help page specifies that the link won't change when converting a Meeting to a Webinar, but it doesn't specify the same for the Webinar to Meeting conversion.

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

I have lost my important zoom recording to the auto-delete feature. Now this recording has been deleted permanently and is not there in the trash also. Is there any way to retrieve recording which is not there in trash also?

I use ‘Registration’ events, so Zoom sends out unique links to every participant.I am incurring a lot of admin time dealing with corporate clients who say they have never received the Zoom link. From conversations with many of them, this is not a case of them not looking in their spam/junk folder. The emails are being blocked by corporate mail filters. I end up sending their links by copying them from the Zoom interface and using my own email address to send them. This works -- but it’s extremely time consuming and tedious. Currently, I am having to manually send links to approximately 20% of registered participants.From my own experience, I know that Zoom is being used by spammers to invite me to meetings that I have never signed-up for. Hello,I was trying to locate settings for Video Rendering Method option.All post are referencing  Advanced Video Settings. I can't locate it under video& effect setting or elsewhere in settings for zoom workplace.Please advice.

Zoom always resets my microphone input volume to about 1/4 of the maximum volume when I launch it. This means people in meetings can't hear me properly until I remember this silliness has happened and go to settings to increase my microphone input volume. I'm getting tired of this behaviour. Is there a way to make Zoom remember the last input volume (or a preselected input volume)? Thanks in advance for any help.

Since updating to Mac OS 26.3.1, the chat, video, and participant windows are no longer in the foreground during Keynote presentations. This affects my Mac with M1 and M4 processors. Until a week ago, before the update, everything worked perfectly, just like it had for years. I always present in full screen with two monitors. Any idea to fix this?

Hello everybody! Need some help with my Zoom video converting. Today I recorded a meeting on my computer (locally), 2 files with the extension *.zoom were formed. One takes up 1.2 GB, the second - 8 MB. Usually I double-click on one of these files and everything is converted to mp4. But in this case, nothing happens. I tried to transfer everything to another computer and try to convert the video there - no changes. What should I do? Thanks for support.

When we have just a few Zoom participants everything works correctly - the Zoom callers can hear the audio from meeting room microphones and the Zoom callers can be heard in the room over the speakers. So by all indications our setup is correct - PC works, Windows setup is correct, Zoom setup is correct and connection to sound system (thru a sound board) is working correctly.When we have 100+  callers we have been experiencing an issue where the Zoom callers can no longer be heard over the loud speakers. The users are being un-muted and asked to speak - they can be heard by other Zoom callers - just not over the loud speakers.We have not tried using Host/Co-host setup which is our next step. Is there any other experience with this happening and/or recommended setup to try differently.

During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates.The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens.”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….”Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter.The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. I need to remove the 6.6.10 (6.6.19785) 64bit version of zoom and it is prompting for the installer in order to upgrade to the latest version.Can someone provide a download link to this version please and thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help or provide guidance.I ran a webinar training session with 'Local Recording' and on playback, the session during the morning was fine, but I paused the recording at lunchtime and continued recording after lunch. What the recording shows is that after resuming recording, my video (me) was frozen and there was no screen share recorded for the whole afternoon session. What was recorded was the audience video placeholders and nothing else! Clearly, I was screen sharing and I wasn't frozen during the live session. Audio was fine throughout the entire recording. Help!

The video freezes for others while my audio is still fine, especially when I’m sharing a browser or PowerPoint.
