New Microsoft Computer - Zoom meeting - raised hands no longer displaying in chronological order?

I chair weekly zoom meetings, Participants raised hands have always displayed in chronological order in both participants list and gallery….UNTIL - i purchased a new Microsoft Surface computer. Suddenly “raised hands” now display in random order in both participants list and gallery. I can’t find any setting to fix this.

Any suggestions?
