Good day! I have been online with support for three days and GROK AI and read through Community suggestions. Online support finally said something is wrong with my ACCOUNT. How do I get that issues fixed. I have uploaded pictures to support and have an open case. I have had to use a different meeting platform because I can't SHARE my screen. I have another meeting TUES with 43 people and need to get this working!! Please help! Zoom support hasn't gotten back to me. I don't want to have to spend more money on another platform. I am the administrator for our account. I can no longer find where to enable Polls/Quizzes under Settings > Meeting on the portal. This Help page does not apply to what I see: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064628 . It states the path under “Account”, Step 4, is this: Account Management > Account Settings > Meetings > Meetings (Basic) > Meeting Polls/Quizzes. However, “Meetings (Basic)” and the “Polls/Quizzes” toggle are not there. I see the AI symbol all over the place, but it is no help. Other things on the portal have changed too, and it seems certain areas need updating. For example, the following page still refers to Windows 10 (not 11): h

THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh. Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

I have a MacBook Pro and Chrome browser that I am using for a live music recital.  I struggle with knowing exactly how to set up the meeting with the correct audio settings for the Listener/Viewer.  Do I determine the correct audio settings when I create the meeting or when I actually begin the meeting?  I did this before and something wasn’t right but couldn’t determine what exactly was wrong. Grateful for some guidelines.Ed 

After downloading the Zoom Workspace on my Acer laptop, I no longer have the Virtual background, filters and touch up appearance options in the video settings. I have the Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to get any help from Zoom support. Thank you, Sharon  

Hi Zoom Support Community,I am writing for help with an issue regarding an AI notetaker named "Alfred" that automatically joins every Zoom meeting I attend. I am using a free personal Zoom account on a Mac with all system and Chrome updates installed. This bot appears whether I use the Zoom desktop application or the web browser. I cannot find "Alfred" listed as an installed app on my laptop or within my Zoom account settings. Currently, the bot can only be removed if I am the meeting host. In meetings where I am a participant and the host is also unable to remove it, the bot remains in the session. I have been unable to find any information online regarding this specific tool or how to disable it. Could you please help me identify why this is happening and provide instructions on how to permanently prevent this bot from joining my meetings? Thank you!!

It seems impossible to use an external audio device with Zoom on iOS. All other apps like youtube or spotify use it without any problems.

When listening to a Zoom-meeting with a bluetooth-speaker on iOS (iPhone), audio sounds very low quality like an old telephone.On a desktop it also sounds bad initially, but there is an option to manually choose the internal mic so that high-quality audio is restored to the speaker.Also there’s no option to use a speaker via an audio adapter. It simply doesn’t work.  When will this be fixed? It works badly like this for years. Only iPhones internal speaker sounds good. 

Hello everyone,I have a Meeting Pro account that I used to log in with a Gmail address. Wanting to change my login method, I accidentally removed the permission to log in with a Google Gmail account from my profile. Now I can no longer log in and I can't contact technical support without login. How can I contact technical support without being logged in ?Thank you for your help.

I had a recurring meeting running and today noticed that all of the previous meetings are "gone" and none of the upcoming meetings are there anymore. No participants exist! And the registration page is gone! What's up zoom?

Hi guys, I'm having a really annoying issues with zoom, that used to work with bluetooth device but is no longer working.I have the nearby permission enabled, tried to delete all zoom data, uninstall, reinstall... but to no avail.Is there any possibility to have zoom working with my bluetooth devices? Without this it's totally useless on my android devices. Thank you!

Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!

You can join a Zoom meeting and play a Delta Roblox game at the same time by using multitasking features on your device. On a PC or laptop, open Zoom first and then launch Roblox, and you can switch between them using Alt + Tab or keep both visible by using windowed mode or split screen if you have a dual monitor setup. On Android phones, you can use split-screen mode to run Zoom on one side and Roblox on the other, or keep Zoom running in the background while you play the game. On iPhone, split screen is not fully supported, so you need to join the Zoom meeting and then switch back to Roblox, with Zoom continuing audio in the background if allowed. Just make sure your device has enough performance because running both at the same time can cause lag or overheating.

Somehow, every meeting (scheduled or unscheduled) is automatically being recorded to the Cloud -- and I want to turn that feature OFF. I can't figure out how to do it. Help! EDIT: I finally figured it out under PERSONAL ROOM!

Running Zoom 7.0.2. Since yesterday, when I attempt to start a new meeting and hit the orange button, my Zoom client fails to start the new meeting, and instead grays out New Meeting, Join, and Share Screen icons. Have signed out, uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted the computer many times.  

My zoom camera is no longer "on" when I join a meeting. I've checked the settings and the box "turn off camera when joining a meeting" is NOT checked. Can anyone tell me how to get my camera to automatically turn on when joining a meeting?

Is there anyway to revert back to Zoom instead of Zoom workplace? Am so frustrated with it, 80% of my reoccurring meetings no longer work even though they're on the calendar. I didn't ask for this additional noise on the plan. I can't believe this, but I'm about ready to switch to Microsoft teams because I can't take, what they did to Zoom, which was the best program out there. Anyone know how to back to zoom instead of zoom workplace?

what's the best way you've found to schedule a meeting and send invitations? Also, to update the invitation? When I create a meeting on the website it doesn't seem to send out the invitations.  Meetings are being missed.  It used to work "okay", but not anymore. What's your process?  Also, how do you verify the meeting was received or accepted?   I apologize if this has been addressed before.

What should I do if the headphones don't connect? they are connected to the phone, I have provided all the permissions in the settings. there is only wi-fi and no sound, bluetooth is not there (please help, I reinstalled the offer, tried to connect in different ways, nothing at all((

Can can anyone help me with my echoing / resounding / reverberating sound issues? I have already tried everything in the audio settings , for example by changing the setting of echo reduction to high. There a bunch of other windows specific audio settings in zoom, which I do not understand. I am using a pretty professional USB-mic by Marantz via Desktop. Any help appreciated. Thanks. 

I do virtual notary work and came across this tonight. My client has an android phone and all was going well (we could see and hear each other) until he needed to share his screen to complete his notarization. His video stopped but I could see his screen. I still need to be able to see him on the sidebar and see his screen. I've only had this happen on an android device. Once I ended the call, I played with mine and got an error as well saying "your video is paused during mobile screen sharing." Help?!?!?!?
