Zoom Client Freezing

Running Zoom 7.0.2. Since yesterday, when I attempt to start a new meeting and hit the orange button, my Zoom client fails to start the new meeting, and instead grays out New Meeting, Join, and Share Screen icons. Have signed out, uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted the computer many times.

    Hello,

    Sometimes Zoom has a corrupted fsupport file. These types of files dont always unistall using Windows. Try Clean Zoom exe from Zoom;

     

    “ CleanZoom.exe tool is a specialized utility provided by Zoom to completely remove the desktop client, plugins, and registry entries, often used to resolve installation or update errors. It is generally required when the standard Windows "Add/Remove Programs" fails to uninstall Zoom.”

    1. Note: Use of the clean uninstaller will completely remove the Zoom desktop client, as well as the Zoom plugin for Outlook. The Outlook add-in, Chrome/Firefox extensions, and Google Workspace add-on are unaffected.
    2. Once completed, download Zoom from our Download Center and reinstall.

    Thanks. Ran the quick Clean Zoom uninstall, reinstalled the Zoom app, and it still is happening. :(
