Hello everyone,I’m having an issue with Zoom AI Companion.I already have a Zoom Workplace Pro account, and according to the plan details, AI Companion should be included. However, whenever I try to use the feature, Zoom keeps showing a message telling me to upgrade or update my plan in order to access AI Companion.The confusing part is that I already have the required Pro subscription active.Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows what could be causing this?Do I need to enable AI Companion somewhere separately, or are there any additional requirements?Thanks in advance!

For years, I had my Zoom set to automatically copy the ZOOM URL to my clipboard every time I opened a meeting. That was very helpful. That no longer works and I can't find it in the settings. Can anyone help me with this? TIA!

Hi Zoom Support,  We are building a third-party integration using a  General App with User-managed OAuth (authorization code   flow). Our use case: an end user authenticates with  Zoom and we fetch their meetings (scheduled +  completed), recordings, and transcripts.  We have the following questions:  1. In development mode, users from other Zoom accounts  get "Application Not Found" when trying to  authenticate. Is this expected? Is there any way to  allow external accounts to test without going through  the full review process?  2. Is production mode (publishing to Marketplace)  required for OAuth to work across different Zoom  accounts?  3. Does publishing to production require going through  Zoom's app review/verification process? Or is there a  way to activate the app for production use without a  full public Marketplace listing?  4. Has anyone been harassed as a non-host attendee? My condo management company doesn't control the monthly meetings..some anonymous man verbally assaulted me. Now the host won't give up the recording. They unmuted everyone simultaneously which is what allowed it.  I can't reach a human being at Zoom. The horrible AI driven company that it is.  I'm an elderly woman on disability.  

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people w

Zoom crashes when changing camera to Wirecast virtual camera.Zoom version: 6.7.8 (32670)Wirecast version: 16.5.1

I am experiencing an issue with Zoom cloud recordings from meetings approximately 2–3 hours long.For most of the session, the presenter shares their screen. Near the end, screen sharing is stopped and there is usually around 10 minutes of verbal Q&A, which is still being recorded.Problem:In the Zoom cloud recording playback, the recording appears normal until screen sharing stops. After that point:audio continues correctly thumbnail previews while scrubbing/skimming show correct video but the main playback window becomes black.Additional observations:if the recording is viewed with the chat/sidebar visible, the video displays correctly when switched to fullscreen mode, the final section becomes black again the downloaded MP4 reco

I cannot access the breakout room control window if I am sharing my screen. I will click on Breakout rooms and nothing will happen unless I stop sharing my screen...then it will work. This was not always the case and has created problems where you may forget to start sharing your screen again after the breakout room activity. Is there something that I must do to enable this function that must have been changed following a Zoom update?

Hello! While we appreciate the macOS IT Admin installer, it would be beneficial to have an Apple Silicon only installer. Since the installer is a universal installer, it is almost twice as big as an Apple Silicon/Intel installer. The reduced time to download and install to large fleets would be helpful to a lot of customers. Thanks!

Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.

Hello Zoom Community,I am trying to manage two meetings on the same Zoom account and I am looking for guidance on the best setup.I currently host: Advice 6:00 PMStudy 7:00 PMThere may be times when the first meeting runs over while participants are beginning to join the second meeting. My account is licensed, but I do not appear to have access to concurrent meetings.I would like to know:What is the best way to allow the 7:00 PM meeting to begin if I am still in the 6:00 PM meeting?Can an alternative host fully start and manage the second meeting without me present?If I enable “Join Before Host,” will participants be able to communicate with each other before I arrive?Are there any recommended settings or workarounds for churches or organizations running back-to-back meetings from one account?Thank you in advance for any help or recommendations.

I have recently obtained an Insta360 Link 2C camera (and a Link 2 as well). When I set the camera to 1080p and 30fps in the camera control app all is good until I open a preview or call in Zoom. Then the camera is forced back to only 720p in the camera app. While the camera is being used in Zoom the setting cannot be changed. So I pause the video in Zoom, then change the resolution, then go back to Zoom and it happens again. This only happens in Zoom with the Insta360 Link 2 cameras. It does not happen in other video call services and does not happen with other brands of cameras in Zoom. The zoom and camera apps are fully up to date. 안녕하세요 줌 회의 진행중 화면구성과 관련하여 문의드립니다.  저희는 회의진행시 메인 발표자 1명과 참여자들이 순서대로 돌아가면서 보고 및 발표하는 형식의 회의를 주로 진행 하고 있는데 회의 여건상 화면구성을 여러발표자 모드에서 진행 하고 있습니다.여러 발표자 모드에서 진행하다보니 메인 발표자를 제외하고 1번 참여자가 발표진행후 2번 발표자가 발표하는 동안 1번 발표자가 화면의 밑으로 바로 내려가지않고 약 2분가량 발표했던 화면 위치에 그대로 있다보니 결국 화면 상단에 3명 도는 4명의 참여자가 위치하는 현상이 생깁니다. 발표를 마친 참여자가 다음 참여자로 바로 전환 되거나 발표 후 화면서 하단으로 위치하는 데 소요 되는 시간을 최소화하는 설정이나 방법은 없는지요?추가로 여러 발표자 모드에서 상단에 2명의 참여자만 고정 할 수 있는 방법이나 기능을 알고 싶습니다.

We understand that more than 30 days may have passed since deletion and that, according to standard retention policies, the recordings may have been permanently removed.However, these cloud recordings from 2025 onward contain very important archive and work-related materials for us. Went back to check the meeting registration for a scheduled mtg snd It is not listed on my schedule. Where is it and why is this happening? 

Dear all and Support Team,I am using a personal (individual) Zoom account and would like to request a change in my account settings.Currently, the option requiring all meetings to be secured by a single security method is enabled, and I am unable to modify it. This forces the use of the Waiting Room and prevents participants from joining meetings freely.I kindly ask you to:— disable the mandatory Waiting Room requirement for my account;— allow participants to join meetings before the host without being placed in a Waiting Room.This functionality is essential for my use case, as I need participants to be able to join meetings without waiting for host approval.Please let me know if any additional steps are required from my side.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

hello,the new transcriber efficiently shows the live hebrew transcript of zoom meetings, but when coming to the saved notes, it somehow ignores all the saved data and shows the “original” transcript in different languages which are not hebrew.seems like a bug- it sould be possible to see the original transcription effectively. please fix it!

We run hybrid meetings. We have tried two set ups.A set of 10 conference room microphones for each in person participant. There is a receiver and speaker that plugs into the hosts laptop. The speaker picks up the feed from each of the 10 microphones and allows the in person participants can hear the Zoom people. For the in person audience we have a sound system in the room with microphones. The problem is the in house system causes an echo for the Zoom participants. We tried it once without the in room sound system. That was great for the Zoom participants, but the in person audience could not hear.We have a directional microphone that we would put in front of one of the loudspeakers in the auditorium. That worked fair for the Zoom people, but it picked up a lot of the other room noise and there was an echo.I we are able to put a Bluetooth transmitter on the output on our sound system can Zoom accept a Bluetooth signal as a microphone or audio sourc
