  Hi there,my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.

if you create a Shared Space and choose one of the default channels you have created (where every member of the organization is in the default channel) to add the members, does the Shared Space get updated each time a new employee is added to the default channel?

Hi everyone,I’ve been using Zoom Team Chat more lately, and I’ve noticed that sometimes notifications don’t appear when new messages arrive — especially for group chats. Other times they show up fine. I’ve already checked my notification settings, and everything looks enabled.Is anyone else experiencing this?Could this be a sync delay, or maybe something with desktop vs mobile settings?Any tips or things I should try would be really helpful. Thanks!

How does Zoom name files beginning with GMT?  Do the digits after meaning anything?  It is weird that it uses so generic file names which makes them to identify FOR EXAMPLEG M T  |  A B C D E F G H - I J K L M N _ Recording DO THE Numbers A - N represent anything such as timestamps, recording IDs, or anything useful or is it Random?   I have a bunch of downloaded meetings in a folder and trying to identify which is which.

When searching in team chat, it should show the total number of occurrences. Like if we want to know how many messages a person sent over a given period.

I've been using the remind feature for chat messages on messages coming in through the Incoming Webhook app, and while it works messages will randomly say I was reminded on December 1st, 1969 and I have to go back and reset the reminders which can be frustrating when I have 10+ reminders to have to fix, by then also having to go back and look up when I need to be reminded.

User that have left the company are still showed in my user chat list with the label deleted. We have set suppress option in the admin portal but still, they are there. Anyone can help?

Hi team, I am running zoom on Crestron UC-Engine. I am taking three outputs to three displays. One output is taken from HDMI and it is working fine. The other two output is taken from the DP port and is connected to the displays using DP-to-HDMI cable, but the content is not getting streamed. Just wanted to know if there is any settings to changed for taking DP port output. Your support on this will be valuable.

We need a tab to show all of the threads we have sent messages in, not just those we have been tagged in.

How can we make it so that threads within team chat channels are closed by default rather than open by default?

Is there a way to retrieve a chat after I have left the meeting and the meeting has been closed? 

In the current Windows version of Zoom Workplace, the Home/Today panel on the right side cannot be hidden. It can only be expanded, not collapsed. There is no collapse button, no menu option, and no way to disable it. This blocks the workspace in Team Chat and reduces usability. The panel needs to be collapsible, just like in earlier versions. Please restore the ability to hide it.

Hello,I have figured out how to increase the size of the font within the actual chat message itself. What I cannot find is how to increase the size of the Team Chat List (the bar on the left). Even changing the settings on my computer for apps doesn't affect the size of the font. How can I adjust the size of that font? If I cannot, that is a huge accessibility oversight. 

After the recent update, it’s become very difficult to manage chat messages during my Zoom sessions. Earlier, I could easily see all private messages sent by participants to the host in one place. Now, I need to select each participant to view their message, which is not practical when handling large groups. As a teacher managing big online classes, this change has made it much harder to interact with students. I kindly request Zoom to bring back the previous chat behavior or provide an option for the host to view all private messages together.

Zoom chat gets stuck and doesn't auto scroll to the latest messages, I am in a big group  and many times it stops scrolling and you don't know if there are new messages or not, so I don't get information in a timely manner, then I  start scrolling and there are like 10-20 new messages, then it works for a few seconds, and stops - gets stuck again. Using IPAD pro , zoom on iphone also has the  same problem. everything is up to date, fix it please , or let me know how I can downgrade to older versions if it is possible. Thanks

I am trying to connect zoom app SDK with n8n workflow for more than 3 days but i didn't succeed yet, and i was looking all over the YT and other Platform and i didn't find any thing, so please can anyone help me with the setup the sitting ?

Zoom now allows for accessible semantic links within the chat which I prefer to use for accessibility reasons - this means I type a sensible title and use the link function to convert it to a semantic link. However, if saving the zoom chat, the export is a text file only and the url is not parsed or included, only the title. This means that if I wanted to include the chat history and any links as a follow up with a recording for participants who missed the meeting, the chat is only saving part of the information. Now that I have realised this, I can do the manual double handling of including both the semantic link followed by the full url for reference but it would be better if Zoom could do this work in order to be more accessible. Does anyone know where I can put in a feature request around this improvement or raise a complaint or bug? Does anyone have any further tips for getting around these sorts of accessibility limitations wit

Hello, Since yesterday's global issue with AWS, one of our Windows Zoom clients has not been able to connect at all. It says it is offline, and I am unable to change my status; when I try to change my status, it just gets stuck on "connecting." Every other PC in the office is working fine. I have done the following so far, but nothing has worked:- Updated to the latest version- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v6.4.12- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v6.1.11- Uninstalled Zoom, used cleanzoom.exe, then installed v5.17.5- Deactivated local Antivirus- Flushed DNS on local PC, released and renewed IP address- Used VPN to change location to same country, another country and also to USA - Tested client using the Network Connectivity Tool, every test passes without any issue- Shut down the PC fully and turned back on, as well as restart

I'm taking a language class from a teacher in Japan (I'm in the States). I'm the host ( I have the pro plan) and so far only she can write on the whiteboard. If I share my whiteboard, she can't see the tools and vice versa. Even if I make her the co-host, only one of us can see the tools and use the whiteboard all during our class time. On line it says that all participants should be able to use the whiteboard. I checked and the "disable annotation for others' is not selected, so the annotation ability should be on. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Trying to figure out why all of a sudden (last month or so), I'm getting tons of daily emails saying "jump on the zoom call you signed up for" when it's a fake company, with a bogus email trying to get me to buy or sign up for something through the zoom meeting app..and why isn't Zoom putting a stop to this?? For each one I have to go unsubscribe to some bogus/scam company i never signed up with b/c i can't report the email as spam because it's technically coming from Zoom!!!! A company I am paying to pimp out my email address? Sorry- this is an awful business practice and zero help or assistance for those of us that actually pay and support Zoom and have for years. Protect your loyal customers Zoom! Don't allow bad businesses to just start spamming your loyal paying customers! Hello all, Thought I'd make my own thread to bring more attention to this issue. I don't hear a sound when receiving a new chat in Zoom, although I've enabled  (1) push notifications for all messages and (2) play sound when I receive a new message, and disabled (3) mute chat notifications while I am in a meeting, if this is relevant. I've deleted and reinstalled Zoom, as well as enabled push notifications for Zoom through the system preferences on my Mac (a community solution from another thread). Has anyone else found a different solution? Thanks!
