Can't make working scrolling and Cyrillic chars input simultaneously with changing enableCefOsrMode

I’m using Zoom Version: 7.1.5 (4332) on xubuntu 22.04. Starting from 7.0.x I noticed issue with entering Cyrillic ‘с’ and find the workaroung by changing enableCefOsrMode to false (enableCefOsrMode=false) in .config/zoomus.conf but after that change - the mouse scrolling doesn’t work anymore. Current version have same issue too.

Is any way to have both items working as expected?
