Hi there,I accidentally entered an incorrect email address when purchasing a Zoom Pro license. Unfortunately, we do not have access to that email address, and as a result, we are unable to sign in to the Zoom account associated with the license.Please advise how this can be corrected? Additionally, which Zoom support channel should I contact to resolve this issue as soon as possible, given that I cannot sign in to the affected account? 

In my Profile view (zoom.us > Profile) it shows all of my current authenticated sessions. I have one session that is marked as “Unknown”, but I know for a fact that this is my Zoom plugin for Outlook. I would like the ability to add a note (or even change the name) for a given session so that I can easily identify it and distinguish it from any other possible “Unknown” sessions.

I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my Zoom Pro subscription. I have an active monthly subscription purchased through my Apple ID, and it correctly appears as valid in my Apple account settings. However, after being unexpectedly disconnected from a meeting, I’m no longer able to access Pro features within the Zoom application on my device. The app does not recognize my subscription and behaves as if I’m on a free plan. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Signed out and back into the Zoom app using the same email linked to my Apple subscription.Restarted the device.Ensured I’m logged into the Zoom app with the Apple ID used for the purchase.Despite these efforts, the subscription still isn’t active in the app. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this discrepancy and how to restore access to my paid features? 

Just wanted to come here to highlight Zoom's unfair auto-renewal practices. Seems like I am not the only one. Beware if you are entering a contract, Zoom will set the contract as auto-renew. You won't be able to stop it at anytime and you will be forced to pay for  the whole year. Their T&Cs actually say that Zoom will send you a notification prior to auto-renewal. I never received the notification, disputed payment as breach of contract and asked to be put in touch with the complaints department. Their communication is a joke, they take forever to reply (it's 8 months of back and forth emails with a chatbox). The result? I couldn't even find instructions to deactivate autorenew so it all ended with Zoom having to do this for me. The system is purposefully hard so that Zoom can profit and take advantage from its users. A very good platform but 0 stars from a customer service level from me. Bye Zoom, hello Teams.

After payment was done till now zoom is not upgrade why??

I had paid all the credit and it shows paid as well, but i am still not able to avail the services. Does anyone know why?

I cancelled my Zoom subscription several times, but I am still being charged monthly after the cancellation.I am planning to contact Zoom Billing Support to request a full refund and removal of my payment information. Has anyone experienced this before? Did Zoom process the refund directly, or did you have to file a chargeback with your credit card company?Any advice on the best way to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have transferred ownership to a new owner, from virtual-events@ to zoom@. However, the licenses are still with the former user. How can I transfer those? 

For a while now, there have been advertising messages popping up during a live meeting and/or when I log into my zoom desktop app. I find them inappropriate and would like them to stop. Does anyone know how to do that? I've attached two samples of advertising messages I'm getting. Thanks. 

Hello everyone,I received a notification that a refund of $25.29 USD was processed on 03/04/2026 for a payment originally made on 02/27/2026.The issue is that I did not request any refund and I did not cancel my Zoom Phone subscription.Has anyone experienced something similar?Could this be an automatic refund or a billing/security issue?I would appreciate any guidance from other Zoom Phone users.Thank you!

Hello,I am writing to request a refund for a subscription charge that was processed after I had already canceled my subscription.The situation is as follows:The system initially attempted to charge my account, but the payment was not completed due to insufficient funds. After noticing this, I canceled my subscription before any successful payment was made.However, a few days later, when funds became available on my account, the charge was processed for the previously unpaid invoice — despite the fact that the subscription had already been canceled.I believe this charge should not have been processed, as I had already terminated the service before the payment was successfully completed, and I have not used the service since.Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of this charge as it does not reflect an active subscription period.I would appreciate your understanding and a positive resolution of this matter.Best regards,R

Hello,I bought my account 2 weeks ago. I accidentally turned off password email log in. The other log in options were turned off as well. It’s my personal account, so I am the only admin. I need email password log in to be turned on again.I do have all account details and access to the email. I also have the money transfer details. On request can provide.I tried AI chat, also phoned-in, but they do not allow to speak to anyone. I believe this needs to be fixed by  Zoom rep, someone on the inside. So I am stuck. I already spent an hour each day for a week trying to find a solution.Any suggestions?

I bought Pro and it's listed on my Google subscription page however I can't access it.I performed all the actions recommended by AI; check email address, clear cache, reinstall, reboot but I'm still on Basic and can't upgrade to Pro either on my phone or desktop.Ironically I can't access support unless I'm on a paid plan! I had scheduled a recurring meeting once a week, then cancelled it, but it's still showing up on participant's calendars, not mine so I have no control over it.  How do I get the meeting and notifications cancelled for everyone else?

I purchased Zoom Pro subscription a few days ago using Apple Pay (Account emailmtg20260504@protonmail.comHowever, even after upgrading to Pro, I still cannot join meetings and keep getting Error Code 13215 ("Due to host account restrictions, you cannot join the meeting"). I am in mainland China and need to join international meetings without VPN, but Pro didn't solve the problem.I have already tried enabling China data center, reinstalling the app, logging out/in, and using web version, but the issue remains.I would like to request a full refund and cancel the Pro subscription.Could you please process this?
