Hello,My name is Anna, and I have been using Zoom for several years.Each year, I have paid approximately $157 for my annual subscription. This time, however, I received an invoice for $194, and I do not understand why the amount has increased. I am not sure whether this is due to higher taxes or some other reason.First, I did not intend to renew and pay for another full year. Second, I do not understand why the price has increased and why I am now required to pay this invoice.I would like to switch to a monthly subscription and pay on a month-to-month basis instead of annually.However, I am currently unable to cancel my subscription or change my plan because I am being asked to pay the $194 invoice first.My question is: why? I used Zoom and paid for a full year in advance. That year has now ended. Why can I not simply decline renewing for another year or switch to monthly payments instead?Why have I been issued an invoice for the next

I made a payment on Zoom in April for a one-time event,but since then, the same amount has been regularly deducted from my card every month.I am told there is a contract period, but I no longer use this service.No one wants to pay 450,000 won for three months just to hold a single meeting.I was unaware of the contract period and did not see it. I paid believing it was a one-time payment,but please let me know how I can cancel within the contract period.

I just made a mistake. Instead, I made a payment to continue the pro current plan with a total of 100 participants. I should have upgraded to 300 participants. How can I cancel the payment and choose to upgrade to a capacity of 300 participants?

Hi community,  I just purchased zoom Pro plan. In the plan description it says i can add 1-9 licensed users, but when i move to user management it says, "To add licensed users to your account, please purchase more license." I have 0 license available, and I don't know why? Please help me, thank you so much!

Suddenly they took 17 dollars for monthly payment instead of 14 And it was for taxes . but why ? Isn't it supposed to be 14?What is wrong?

I changed my personal email address and no longer have access to the old email address I used to register my Zoom account.So I can't log in to permanently delete my account.How can I delete my old account?

I would say that it is unfair to auto renew with no notice, wouldn’t you? I no longer use (and can no longer afford) the service and would have cancelled if I had seen an auto renewal notice email. I think I have a case for a refund. 

I'm having a technical issue for the past 3 months.When trying to login to Zoom using the windows app, I get a 1132 error. the link that shows up next to it "report to zoom" doesn't work. I click it and nothing happens.However, I am able to log just fine to my account using my android app, on several other smartphones. Only on my desktop I get the error message. I have contacted zoom multiple times and every time the ticket gets closed before anyone gives me any valueable help. I’m keep being told to click “report to zoom”, but as I mentioned, that doesn’t work. It seems like no real person is reading what I’m writing and addresses the problem.I feel like I’m stuck in loop of support tickets and emails where no one is helping me.

Hello. I need to use Zoom for online teaching, but i can't even open the file on my laptop, to install it! After downloading the apk file, when i right click on it, i get the option to open or save.  When i click on open, nothing happens! Please could somebody help me solve this problem, so that i can finally install Zoom? Thank you so much! Marlene Ps I don't have any other Zoom downloads on my laptop, and i've cleared the cache.  I dunno what else to do!

I am using Zoom business acoount and i want to pause my payment for 3 months. but when i checked the option i have only cancel option. But one my friend using pro account and he has an option for pause

With many years of using Zoom, I have literally have (HAD) hundreds of files in the Zoom directory.  Today the directory and all files are gone. I discovered my charge card was declined for a March 31st payment and my Zoom service was discontinued today. I had done a Zoom call with recording a couple of hours ago, and had no knowledge of an issue.  In checking into my account, I discovered the payment issues and issued a new card. which was approved and the account was reinstated. BUT all my files are gone!  I checked the recycle bin and nothing. I’m wondering did Zoom erase all my years of files, they were there earlier today. 

zoom wont let me cancel the free trial through the website. They tell me to go to google play but google play doesn’t count it as a subscription so it doesn’t show the free trial. I need to cancel the free trial but zoom keeps telling me to go to google play. Who do I contact to cancel the free trial?

I have a basic account.  I have added two contacts, but in trying to add more I am running into problems.  Some of my contacts report they do not get an email. Some of them clicked the Zoom link I sent but kept getting an error message saying "cannot use this link to add friends". What do I do to resolve this?
