I need to change the email associated with my account, but I no longer have access to the old email. I’ve tried troubleshooting a couple of ways with no luck. I then put in a ticket for Zoom to help and haven’t heard back and it’s been a few weeks/month. Anyone have any ideas to help?! I need to change it. We just renewed our yearly subscription. Otherwise I’d just cancel our account and start a whole new one.

I would like to report an issue regarding my recent subscription renewal and user plan change.Since 27/2/26, I notice that my plan needed renewal. However, the credit card registered on the account had already expired, so I needed to update the payment method. At the same time, my company planned to reduce the number of users from 2 to 1.Since 2/3/2026, I tried several times to downgrade the number of users before renewing the plan, but the system would not allow me to click or make any changes. I also checked the steps provided by ChatGPT support, but the options they mentioned were not available in my account interface.Because my subscription had already expired last month and I had an upcoming meeting that required more than one hour of usage, I had no choice but to proceed with the payment first. I updated my credit card details and the system immediately charged my bank card. However, there was no payment confirmation pop-up and I did not receive any OTP ve

Zoom looks like a scam now!!! I canceled my subscription last month, but the money was still charged. I haven't used it a single day! Today there was another attempt to charge me for a subscription that I don't use and was sure I canceled it. I can't do it myself. I write to support, your useless bot answers me and sends me to instructions that I can't follow. And also replies that there are no refunds and this is provided for by the policy. That is, I can't cancel the subscription and there is no refund. I insist on dealing with this immediately.

Hello, My other account is currently inaccessible, so I’m posting from a different one to reach the team.Google Sign-In was disabled, and now I’m completely locked out — I never created a separate Zoom password, so I can’t log in using any other method.   Every help article or chatbot response tells me to “log in” to fix the issue, but that’s exactly what I'm unable to do. I’m now stuck in an endless loop where all recovery or reset options lead back to the same login screen. "You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025)"   I have already paid for the account and urgently need access restored. Please help. How can I re-enable Google Sign-In or connect me with someone from Zoom Support who can manually unlock my account?   Thank you very much for any assistance — I’d really appreciate help from a moderator or support representative.

I paid for a Pro annual subscription in full. After cancelling the subscription (with the expectation of a possible refund), my account was immediately downgraded to the Basic plan with a 40-minute meeting limit.However, I did not receive any refund, and the annual period I paid for has not yet expired but I don’t have access to the Pro features. At the moment, I am unable to contact support directly, which makes it difficult to resolve this issue.Can someone clarify whether I can return to my paid plan?

My subscription has expired.  I have never used it. I do not want to renew.  I do not know my account name or password.The credit card I used is no longer valid . But zoom keeps trying to renew using my old credit card.Will zoom eventually give up and just close the account? 

I tried to sign up with my new work email and accidentally clicked educator account. Because it isn't complete, I cannot delete or contact support. I need this account deleted so that I can get a new one and join meetings. Please help!! It is saying my personal Zoom account isn't valid and I can't contact anyone through that either!!!

Dear. We were not using zoom from last two months and bill is generated and send to us of two months. we tried to cancel the subscription, the cancel subscription button is not highlight when we are moving the cursor on it. kindly help us to cancel the invoices of last two months and cancellation of subscription. 

Due to the sale of my company last year,  I no longer have the email address that my paid Zoom account is linked to. I still have the password, but when I try to Log In to Zoom, I am asked to provide a code -that is sent to the email that I no longer have access to - so I am unable to proceed with logging in to the paid Zoom account. Hello, I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error:  Unable to update email(Error code: 33000). The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account.  When I do this, I get the same error code. I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract.Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, I cancelled my zoom subscription a year ago and haven’t since used the service as no longer required. I have been charged this year and, after logging in, the cancellation was never processed. Any advice please to get my refund.
