연간 결제가 되어버렸는데, 월구독으로 변경하고싶습니다. 환불 부탁드립니다.  

Hi zoom support, I need help understanding/resolving an issue with my Zoom Workplace Pro subscription.Here is what happened:I had previously cancelled my Zoom Workplace Pro plan in July, and the plan was supposed to expire in August.Today, September 8, 2026, I decided to renew/reactivate my Pro plan.However, I mistakenly used an old renewal/expiration link from August instead of starting a new renewal from today.I completed the payment of ₹1,743.36 via UPI. My bank shows the payment as successfully debited to ZVC India Pvt Ltd, and I also received a Zoom email saying “Payment processed” for ₹1,743.36 via UPI.The checkout page showed the plan as an annually billed monthly plan, with the next charge date shown as October 8, 2026.The problem is that my Zoom Pro subscription has not been reactivated.My account is still showing the plan as ended/cancelled, and it shows an end date around September 3, which also seems incorrect because the previous subscription should have ended in August.Mo

I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for. Has anyone had success getting through to Zoom?

Salve, non riesco a scaricare i report presenze. Fino a qualche mese fa si andava su report, organizzatori attivi e poi partecipanti. Adesso questa funzione non esiste più. Mi sapete dire come posso scaricare le presenze/report  delle persone che accedono alle riunioni?Grazie!

계정이 여러개라 공동체 계정으로 결재를 진행하고 공동체와 매주 수업을 운영해야하는데 학교 계정으로 구독을 해서 공동체와의 수업에서 사용할 수가 없게 되었습니다. -  학교계정이라 전화번호가 없어서인지 오디오 연결 및 사용이 안됩니다 ㅠㅠ  구독을 취소하면 환불이 안된다는 말이 있어 구독 취소 시도를 못하고 있어요. 결재한 계정의 구독은 취소하고 환불을 희망합니다. 그리고 함께 매주 공부하는 다른 계정으로 구독을 하고 싶습니다.  빠른 응답을 요청합니다.

I have an active plan till next month 16th. I do not want to renew the plan. If I submit cancellation now(in case i forget to cancel before the next billing date),  will my current plan be active till the billing cycle ends?

I did not intend to get this service. I’ve never used the upgrade and would like a full refund on my pending cancellation for Zoom Scheduler annual.

We have linked google account with the sign-in.How do we unlink the google account and setup a new sign-in with password that is not linked to the google account?There is answer about delink it thru google app permisssion. However, we are not setup a new password profile. it is a bad loop that we only MUST link it back to zoom to do anything. Please help provide how unlink google account and setup a new password, so we can use a NOT LINKED google account to sign-in.Thanks,Arthur

Hello. I need to use Zoom for online teaching, but i can't even open the file on my laptop, to install it! After downloading the apk file, when i right click on it, i get the option to open or save.  When i click on open, nothing happens! Please could somebody help me solve this problem, so that i can finally install Zoom? Thank you so much! Marlene Ps I don't have any other Zoom downloads on my laptop, and i've cleared the cache.  I dunno what else to do!

 This is my first time making a purchase. I intended to buy the ZoomPro, but I accidentally bought the ZoomMate (Standard Capacity) instead. I only realized the mistake later and haven't used the item at all. Is it possible to exchange the product for the ZoomPro? Pleaseeeeeeeeeee

Buyer beware with Zoom billing.I recently paid my annual Zoom subscription. When I submitted the first payment, Zoom indicated that the payment had been denied, so I submitted the payment again. I subsequently discovered that my credit card company had approved BOTH transactions.I contacted Zoom Support and explained what happened. Zoom has refused to refund the duplicate payment. I even offered what seems like an obvious alternative: apply the second payment to another year of service. Zoom refused to do that as well.The result is that Zoom received payment for two years, while I receive only one year of service.I have now canceled my Zoom subscription. It remains active until the current subscription period expires, after which I intend to switch to Google Meet.I understand having a nonrefundable subscription policy. I do not consider retaining a duplicate payment caused by an apparently failed transaction to be a reasonable application of that policy.Buyer beware.

Hello. We received the message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignments for your account." I understand that we are no longer allowed to transfer a single license between two users. I made a mistake while I was trying to cancel my account. I don't longer need zoom just eventually, but mean while I  click on moving backward billing chosen payment monthly.I was doubting if your ZOOM will be returning my money back , then I moved back and billing again for a year.
