I am using Zoom business acoount and i want to pause my payment for 3 months. but when i checked the option i have only cancel option. But one my friend using pro account and he has an option for pause

    From what I know, the pause/subscription hold option on Zoom is not available for every plan type or billing setup. Business accounts often have different subscription policies compared to Pro accounts, especially if they’re annual contracts or have multiple licensed users attached.

    That’s probably why you only see the cancel option while your friend can pause theirs. It may also depend on whether the subscription was purchased directly through Zoom or through a reseller/app store.

    You’ll likely need to contact Zoom billing support directly and ask if they can temporarily suspend the Business subscription for a few months instead of fully canceling it.
