Zoomの有料プランにて「ライブ文字起こし」機能を業務利用しておりますが、以下の挙動について、製品の仕様であるか、回避策があるかご教示いただければ幸いです。【発生している現象】ビデオオフ・マイクオンの状態で、自分用のメモとして文字起こしを継続している、瞬間的に文字起こしが停止し、発話してもテキスト化されなくなる場合があります。【確認したい具体的な条件】 連続利用時間による制限の有無： 2時間以上の長時間にわたってよぶセッションに関して、システムの制限等により自動停止する仕様はありますか？ 無音時間によるタイムアウトの有無： 10分程度など、一定時間「無音（発話なし）」の状態が続いた場合、AIエンジンの省電力やリソース節約のために、文字起こし機能がスリープまたは停止する自動仕様はありますか？ 【利用環境】 Windows デスクトップクライアント（最新版） ネットワーク環境は安定しております、マイク入力も正常です。 上記が「製品仕様」である場合、停止させずに長時間継続利用するための推奨設定や回避策があれば併せてご回答いただけますと幸いです。

I have a "AI Companion BASIC" plan.I recently started using Notes (which I think are stored in Docs), initially for manually taking notes, then I discovered meeting transcriptions. After starting a meeting transcription, after 30-40 minutes, the transcription ended. I read a post by someone that transcriptions end after 40 minutes for basic plan(s). On a later date, I tried to have (at least part of) a meeting transcribed, but it ended quite soon. Today I tried again, and was told I had hit my AI Companion limit. What is the maximum amount of time a meeting can be transcribed with my plan (assuming I haven’t run out of AI companion usage)? How is AI companion usage calculated?, or to put it another way, if I’ve had about 40 of a meeting transcribed (then cut off); then another one cut off even sooner; then transcription not even starting (out of AI companion usage), is that probably to be expected? I don't want the AI companion attending my meetings. I've switched it off in multiple places all over my account, and yet it pops up as a participant every single time. My meetings are private, I don't want any other parties listening in. It's a massive security black hole. It's so annoying to block it manually for every single meeting. How do I uninstall it, when it was never installed in the beginning. I went through the AI support, and everything it suggested is already off.

My meeting summaries are automatically being deleted immediately after the meeting and are inaccessible.  My transcript list shows that there is a transcript logged but I can't click on it and the download button is greyed out.  Please advise on how to fix this issue.  I need the summaries and transcripts from every meetings to be saved and I need to access the past ones.

Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?

In our administration account I setup a meeting to automatically turn on AI companion and distribute the summaries to "All meeting invitees including those outside of our organization".  The invitees included "@yahoo" and "@gmail" invitees.  Upon completion of the meeting, the summary shows in the meeting summaries list in Zoom for the administrator as complete (I can see the summary).  However, none of the attendees on the call got an email (e.g. gmail) summary sent to them.  All of them are using free Zoom accoun Are summaries only sent to paid Zoom accounts?

I’ve created a custom template under AI Companion/Custom Meeting Template. It is saved, published and accessible to the 'entire account’When I go to select this as my preferred meeting template to use and change the default template (currently set to ‘general), my template does not show up on the list to choose from.  Under the template tab ‘by my company’, the template number shows as ‘0’.I’ve looked everywhere to figure out what I’m doing wrong! Any and all help appreciated.I have a Pro license.  

Hello.   Currently I have AI companion which I use to record and transcribe calls and feed into my AI machine to help create next steps, project plans and follow up emails.  The challenge I have is when I do not set the call up using my Zoom account or I am on TEAMS or Google Meet, I cannot get the benefits of using AI Companion.  I am thinking I need to look into another product such as OTTER, but before i do I wanted to know if any of you know if it is possible to invite the AI companion to meetings you are having outside of your zoom account and in Google Meet and Teams. I appreciate any feedback anyone can provide.

The AI generated transcripts of recordings put timestamps in the middle of sentences, and overall there are far too many timestamps.  Is there a way to turn off the timestamp generation for the .vtt auto generated transcript?

I'd like the ability to rename meeting summary titles...like on the recordings.  Why can't I do that?

Previously the AI Companion notes were sent automatically after each call but that is no longer happening. I checked my settings to make sure I have the auto setting actia

I use Zoom AI all the time. I was showing a new employee this feature and opened our just completed meeting summary to show it to her. It was complete and detailed. She was impressed. I went back later today to access it and it says "A summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript.". WTW?

Hi everybody,There is a “Voice Recorder with AI Companion” feature that some of our researchers would like to use.  We have it set to “off and locked” at the account level due to several concerns with privacy.We were hoping to create a group where this “off and locked” feature could be turned on and available, but just for this group.  However, we can’t do that unless we unlock the feature at the account level, which we do not want to do.Are there any plans to accommodate a use case where an “off and locked” feature at the account level can be overridden by a group that is set up by an account admin?  The goal in this case is to give the group of researchers access to the Voice Recorder wit AI Companion, but continue to leave it off and locked for the rest of our users.  Thanks!

I am no longer receiving email summaries from the AI companion.  Looks like they are in the chat but not via email.  When reviewing the settings I do not see the following setting: (Optional) Select the checkbox next to Include the full summary text in the email sent to users to send the full summary as part of the email to appropriate recipients." Also in AI Companion Managment Summary List the "share" button is not longer enabled.  Edit and Delete are enabled and active.  Any REAL HUMAN assistance is appreciated! Barry

How can we confirm to Zoom meeting participants that AI is not enabled? It is very important because it is supposed to be an anonymous participation and nothing is supposed to be transcript out of the reunion.

I NEED TO TURN OFF the AI panel. I logged onto zoom on-line and TURNED OFF ALL  AI Companion choices. But  it keeps appearing using THE APP even though I have closed the app repeatedly (as AI said to...hahahahaha) the invasive, distracting panel is still there.  IS THERE A WAY TO HIDE IT IWHEN I USE THE ZOOM APP!Help! my ADD is going nuts

Hey folks - Even though my org's profiles allow guests to specify their preferred pronouns, the meeting summary is misgendering attendees and I have to proofread and edit the notes extensively to correct those mistakes. I think it would be hugely helpful to provide context about attendees' pronouns (assuming that isn't being done already) when generating these summaries. Thanks!

I have everything enabled according to the help center articles but I still receive this error message every time "Meeting Summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript. Next steps were not generated". Please assist

I have a Workplace Pro plan. Yesterday I activated AI Companion during a meeting in order to have a meeting summary. A meeting summary was not generated. It has worked with previous meetings. Please advise.

So, I was going to post a problem with my zoom, where every time I used anything other than meetings, it threw up an error code along the lines of ABC12345-0x26-0000-0000-00-08-00(ABC12345 is the changing part), and I realized that I deleted the MSEdgeWebView2.exe file. So, I had to reset my computer(factory reset). This is a PSA to EVERY ZOOM USER: Don’t delete MSEdgeWebView2 under any circumstance.

The Zoom AI Companion is using incorrect pronouns in the meeting summary. Please update the logic used for determining pronouns to either use the pronouns provided by the user within their Zoom account and/or always use gender neutral pronouns.

I initially enabled AI Companion and connnected it to my Teams meetings to experience its features, but I disabled AI Companion in my Web admin settings. However, the AI Companion continues to try to join meetings. I confirmed it is disabled in my web portal. I tried to enable again to manually disconnect it from other non-Zoom meetings, but I cannot reenable. I shouldn’t have to do this -- all I want is the Companion to STOP trying to joining my meetings. Any suggestions on how to stop this?I have attached a screenshot of trying to reenable the Companion to acces the settings -- it never lets me proceed. I continue to see a turning symbol on both Safari and Edge for Mac.
