Zoom AI companion sharing

No @score_guy .... anyone joining your meeting with an email address can receive a summary.  Is it possible the meeting was scheduled before the setting changed?  If so, you can still go into the scheduled meeting and modify the summary distribution.  However, you can still share it with everyone in the meeting.  Just log into your account settings, select summaries & choose the one you want to share....and then click on share and add all the meeting attendees.

We are using Zoom with AI Companion enabled and have configured the

following settings:

- Meeting Summary: enabled

- Auto-start summary: enabled

- Distribution: "All invited meeting participants, including persons outside our organization"

- Email notification upon sharing: enabled

Issue:

We have noticed that the AI Meeting Summary is only sent to participants who actually */attended/* the meeting. Invited participants who were unable to attend do not receive the summary automatically. This behavior is unexpected.

The purpose of an AI meeting summary is precisely to keep people informed who could not attend.

Question / Feature Request:

Is there currently a setting or configuration option that allows the AI Meeting Summary to be automatically distributed to all invited

participants, regardless of whether they attended the meeting? 

Additional context:

- We do not use Outlook; meetings are scheduled directly via Zoom

- All participants have active Zoom accounts

- We are the meeting host
