Utilisation of AI companion

Hello,

I currently have a ZoomWorkplace Pro Monthly subscription that costs me $22.99 per month plus taxes.

As I understand it, I have unlimited access to AI companion for note-taking and for meeting discussion summaries.

Is that correct?

Can you explain to me concretely how to use AI companion?
