How can we confirm to Zoom meeting participants that AI is not enabled? It is very important because it is supposed to be an anonymous participation and nothing is supposed to be transcript out of the reunion.

    Hi Sylvie

When you’re in a meeting, then in the top right corner you will find AI Companion “star” icon. From that place you can disable AI Companion features in that meeting.

Then there is AIC Setting icon (also marked on picture above). In there you have more control who can use AIC to ask questions or start meeting summary. Eg. you can set it to “Only meeting host”, to be double sure that no other participant can enable those.

If you also want to disable transcription - go to your account settings in the web browser:
Settings > Meeting > In Meeting (Advanced)
Make sure those options are disabled:
    - Full transcript
    - Save Captions

Also I’m not sure if that’s relevant to your case, but enabling this option might also help:
    AI Companion > Meeting >
Restrict AI Companion when external users join

You can also change default option “Who can ask questions about the meeting” to:
    Only meeting host

You can also entirely disable AI Companion in meetings in your settings.

Better try out all those options first in a test meeting just to be familiar with how it works and what happens when you enable/disable those options.
