As a business coach, I have a number of workflows in Notion that I want to fire off the back of a transcript of a coaching call becoming available. It seems the transcript file is only available when the meeting is recorded to the cloud? However, it was only a year or so back when zoom made cloud recording storage way smaller (making management of the files much more difficult) and actively encouraged us to record files locally. I’ve now got a bunch of systems in place based on saving the recording files in dropbox, but now that the VTT isn’t saved there… it seems I’m supposed to manually download the transcript from the “My Notes” section of the Zoom app? Why can’t I access that transcript through an API?I’m a reasonably capable Zapier user and the only solution I’ve made work is cloud recording, but that upsets a whole variety of other systems and I can’t really work out why Zoom is making it difficult to access a transcript, or encouraging us to use cloud recordings when they so rec

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address.    Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account?   I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Can I locate my log in history from my phone via a zoom meeting from my Teams calendar?

I Zoom services from my church. The microphone inputs are connected via a Flow 8 mixing desk and feed in to both a PA system and into Zoom via my Macbook Air. All microphones work well through the PA system but those on Zoom complain that what they hear is interference which dominates the voice input to that microphone whilst they receive good quality sound via other mics in use at the same time.I do not understand why this interference occurs on Zoom but not on the PA.Can anyone help, please?

Hi. I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro. When my earbuds are actively connected via Bluetooth, and I join to a zoom meeting on my phone, the microphone on the earbuds does not work. The only way to get it to work is to stay in the meeting, disconnect the earbuds entirely (power them off, or toggle Bluetooth connection), reconnect the earbuds, and then the microphone on the earbuds will work. This issue only happens to me with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro. I also have Nothing Ear 2 earbuds, and those do not exhibit the issue described.I saw some posts here about the same behavior on Buds3 Pro, so I guess this has been an issue for a while. Here is a 5 minute video of me reproducing the issue with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, and also showing that the issue does not happen with the Nothing Ear 2:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hsDHymCR2g Let me know if there is any other information I can help gather. Thanks!Samsung community forums post:https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy

On the Linux version of Zoom (apparently just Zoom Workplace, even though I just use it for occasional club meetings) I have the option for “minimize to notification area” **UNchecked**, yet the program is too stupid to obey that setting.  What is needed to force the application to work the way I tell it to?   Or is this yet another user-hostile company that would rather blunder forward with it’s own wants, and too bad for the users.

We have a running contract with Zoom for meeting and webinar licenses. I am posting here because my ticket has not been even responded to by Zoom support which is unexpected and disappointing. As part of the package we have got 2 webinar licenses (500 users). Recently we had an urgent requirement of 1000 users licenses so we upgraded them to 1000 using our credit card. Now we want to downgrade them to the OG 500 users but I can't do it from my admin account (billing section).  It displays a message "You are not able to make this change to your account mid-contract. To contact our team, please use this form." I have filled the form but no-one has responded, I logged a case using support option but it is also open and no response. This is an urgent need as the card will be charged for 1000 users webinar on 1st June if it is not cancelled/downgraded to OG 500 users. Can someone help please?

Our Admin is unavailable any longer and cannot help us change admin or even access the account to pay for Zoom. The website for Zoom loops and doesn’t give actionable answers. Can anyone help?

Summary On Linux, Zoom Workplace 7.2.0 and 7.2.1 cannot join webinars from a link. The client launches and receives the zoommtg:// URL, but no webinar window ever opens. It stays on the home screen with no error dialog. I can't not find the Dual Monitor set up in my settings.  I want to be able to see participants on one screen and my shared presentation screen on the other monitor.  Can you tell me precisely where the Dual Monitor toggle is in the settings?

Hello community, since the Update to MacOS 27 (Golden Gate) a little black “ghost window” appears on the lower left side of the main window of my zoom window. It does nothing - it’s just there. It seems that it only appears, when someone joins the meeting. I cannot bring it up only by launching an new meeting by myself. The screeshot I did after my colleague left.I wonder if someone else has the same experience.Regards,StefanHardware: MacBook Pro M1 Max

Hello, everybody!I am running a latest Zoom version on Intel-based Apple Mac Mini 2018, on macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419).When I try to share screen with audio (share audio checkbox is active) from my computer, the Zoom Audio Device driver installation DOES NOT pop up, how it used to on other systems. I tried to uninstall / reinstall Zoom several times, I also tried older versions and it just does not work.Does anybody know how to (manually) trigger the installation of Zoom Audio Device driver? Please help!

I created a recurring meeting over a year ago. It no longer appears in my Meetings list, but it is still active, as I and other members of our group use it every week. I would like to edit the configuration of that meeting, but I do not see any mechanism for doing so during the meeting (when I am host), and I do not see any mechanism for accessing the meeting from the webapp homepage. Creating a new meeting and ensuring the new meeting id and passcode get to all the members, especially those who have not attended in a while, would likely be very disruptive. Is there any way to access the meeting? A similar question was asked by @AASaharaClub but not effectively answered in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/My-list-of-meetings-does-not-include-one-recurring-meeting/m-p/201824

Good Afternoon,We are utilizing Scheduler for Summer Intern Interviews and wanted to see if there is a way for the attendee to attach their resume when they choose a time slot for their interview? It looks like they can copy & paste their resume, but it does not look pretty to the interviewer. Has anyone used this product for this type of scheduling and can give me some tips? Thanks,Elizabeth

Zoom has an option for 'Captions'  but when I also click, 'Interpretation' for foreign languages, the Captions do not print the interpretation, but instead keeps printing out the foreign language. I lose that part of the conversation. Please try  to include the interpretation  in 'Captions.’

Hi, Community!I really need your help. I can’t find the recording and transcription for my Zoom meeting, even though it recognized me as the meeting Host, even though there was a transcription during the meeting, even though I enabled Automated Recording and Automated Transcription before the meeting started. Context: I have the Pro subscription and had the meeting on Friday 10:57 pm CST - 11:47 pm CST.This interview was with a very important client, so I take full responsibility if I tapped a button wrong or something. But I really hope that the recording and transcription are just in the processing stage and not completely gone/nonexistent. Please help! Thank you!-sydjames841

I've had two instances where my scheduled appointments were cancelled, but they still show as busy when others try to book an appointment with me. This is becoming a problem. How can I fix this and what might be causing it? The opening has been available for over a week but isn't visible to others, and the same issue happened with another time slot, which became visible again after a few days.

I had a meeting and now I cannot find the recording.  It looked like a person in the meeting AI meeting notes.  Is that different from zoom recording?

I am trying to export a registry to exel. the problem is i can not see the names ****** when i go in as owner I can find the BAA settings. Has anyone else had this problem?

We’re exploring the idea of integrating Zoom ZVA into Manage Engine and would like to reach out to any of you that have done this already. The documentation is quite limited therefore we’d like to start a conversation with anyone doing similar or who’ve implemented already.

Danke

There’s a weekly meeting that I’ve attended for years. Never had a problem with seeing and saving the live transcript until a few weeks ago. Now, when I click on Transcript nothing happens. No error codes, nothing happening to the display. Zoom’s VA is dumber than mud and after literally hours trying to troubleshoot with it, I’m done wasting my time there. Others in the meeting can still see/save the live transcript just fine.I have a basic, free account. I’m using the zoom app on a Windows laptop. Windows is up to date, zoom is up to date, everything is up to date. Please help!
