Hi. I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro. When my earbuds are actively connected via Bluetooth, and I join to a zoom meeting on my phone, the microphone on the earbuds does not work. The only way to get it to work is to stay in the meeting, disconnect the earbuds entirely (power them off, or toggle Bluetooth connection), reconnect the earbuds, and then the microphone on the earbuds will work. This issue only happens to me with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro. I also have Nothing Ear 2 earbuds, and those do not exhibit the issue described.I saw some posts here about the same behavior on Buds3 Pro, so I guess this has been an issue for a while. Here is a 5 minute video of me reproducing the issue with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, and also showing that the issue does not happen with the Nothing Ear 2:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hsDHymCR2g Let me know if there is any other information I can help gather. Thanks!Samsung community forums post:https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy

Folks! There is a lot to like in the Zoom Customer Experience suite release for October 2026. Whilst there may not be any headline announcements, this release has a lot of enhancements to make the life of agents, supervisors & admins a lot easier.Check out a Top 15 summary here on Youtube:

On the Linux version of Zoom (apparently just Zoom Workplace, even though I just use it for occasional club meetings) I have the option for “minimize to notification area” **UNchecked**, yet the program is too stupid to obey that setting.  What is needed to force the application to work the way I tell it to?   Or is this yet another user-hostile company that would rather blunder forward with it’s own wants, and too bad for the users.

If you have a free Zoom account, can you record your Zoom meetings? And if it's a one-on-one meeting that goes beyond 40 minutes, can you record the entire meeting? Thanks!  Jim

Every time I add an AR Target in Roles, it automatically assigns it to every Target Member. We don’t want every target member to have access to all ARs. So, I have to manually go to every Target Member and remove the Targets they shouldn’t have access to. Is there a setting somewhere I can stop this from happening? This is very time consuming to have to manually remove the Targets from every member every time I add a new Target.Thank you in advance for any advice.

We have a running contract with Zoom for meeting and webinar licenses. I am posting here because my ticket has not been even responded to by Zoom support which is unexpected and disappointing. As part of the package we have got 2 webinar licenses (500 users). Recently we had an urgent requirement of 1000 users licenses so we upgraded them to 1000 using our credit card. Now we want to downgrade them to the OG 500 users but I can't do it from my admin account (billing section).  It displays a message "You are not able to make this change to your account mid-contract. To contact our team, please use this form." I have filled the form but no-one has responded, I logged a case using support option but it is also open and no response. This is an urgent need as the card will be charged for 1000 users webinar on 1st June if it is not cancelled/downgraded to OG 500 users. Can someone help please?

I have a friend that is having a problem with this “paid” Zoom AccountOnce he starts a meeting, he does not have the “Make co-host” option (to set another participant a co-hostI did some testing myself (using my paid Zoom Account and my free Zoom account)And I had no problem setting a co-host using my paid Zoom account but I do not have the option to set a co-host on my free Zoom accountFor example, here is a meeting setup from my paid Zoom account and as you can see there is a “Make co-host” option  And here is a meeting setup from my free Zoom account and as you can see there is no “Make co-host” optionThere is a “Make host” otpion but that will transfer the host to another participant instead of making them a co-host So I suggested the co-host functionality only exists for “paid” Zoom accountBut my friend insists he is using a “Paid” Zoom account His meetings are always over 1 hour long and if he was using a free account the meetings could only stay active for 40 minutes

Our Admin is unavailable any longer and cannot help us change admin or even access the account to pay for Zoom. The website for Zoom loops and doesn’t give actionable answers. Can anyone help?

When I join a meeting from the Zoom iOS app by entering a meeting ID and then the correct passcode, the app returns to the passcode prompt with no error. If I close the dialog, tapping anywhere in the app brings the prompt back.Setup: iPad Air (M3) and iPhone 17, both on iOS/iPadOS 27.2 beta. Zoom app version 7.2.1 (38756).What I’ve tried: deleting and reinstalling the app, a hard reset, signed in and signed out, Wi-Fi and cellular, iCloud Private Relay off. The behavior is the same every time. What works:Joining zoom.us/test, which has no passcode Tapping a join link with the passcode embedded The web client at app.zoom.us/wc/<meeting ID>/join, with the passcode entered there The Mac desktop appSo the failing step seems to be manual passcode entry in the iOS app. Is anyone else on a 27.x beta seeing this? I’ve also filed a report with Apple.

AI notetaker bots (Fathom, Otter, Fireflies, etc.) join meetings through the Meeting SDK as anonymous users. With their video off, Zoom shows them as auto-generated initials, so they look like real participants who have their cameras off. Right now a bot's only alternative is to send a video feed, which takes up a video tile and makes the bot look like an active attendee. Please let SDK apps set a static avatar image for their bot participant, either as a join parameter or a Marketplace app setting. Zoom would display it the same way it displays a signed-in user's profile photo when their video is off. That would let people tell bots from humans at a glance, without a bot needing to send video. Even cooler would be if users could also customize their bot image for some personalization and levity.Context: Zoom staff confirmed on the Developer Forum that SDK bots are anonymous and can't have an avatar: https://devforum.zoom.us/t/how-to-upload-avatar-image-for-linux-sdk/112872Would love to

Summary On Linux, Zoom Workplace 7.2.0 and 7.2.1 cannot join webinars from a link. The client launches and receives the zoommtg:// URL, but no webinar window ever opens. It stays on the home screen with no error dialog. Downgrading to 7.1.5 fixes it: the same link opens the "Webinar" window right away.Environment Zoom: 7.2.1.5760 and 7.2.0.5705 fail; 7.1.5.4332 works OS: Arch Linux, kernel 6.18 LTS Desktop: GNOME Shell 50.5, Wayland session (Zoom running via XWayland, xwayland=true, QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb) GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti, driver 615.71.09 Steps to reproduce Install Zoom 7.2.0 or 7.2.1 on Linux. Click a webinar join link (here a Luma event link that redirects to zoommtg://<org>.zoom.us/join?action=join&confno=...&pwd=...&confid=...). Zoom opens and the launcher logs the URL ("Zoom is running, send message to it: zoommtg://..."). Expected: the webinar join window opens. Actual: nothing happens and no webinar window is created. I can't not find the Dual Monitor set up in my settings.  I want to be able to see participants on one screen and my shared presentation screen on the other monitor.  Can you tell me precisely where the Dual Monitor toggle is in the settings?

Hello,I would like to confirm whether the Zoom Contact Center Knowledge Library can connect to and reference files stored in a shared Canvas folder. For example, if documents in the shared Canvas folder are added or updated, can the Knowledge Library access or reference those files through its connection/integration functionality? If this is supported, could you please let me know which connection or integration method should be used?Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello community, since the Update to MacOS 27 (Golden Gate) a little black “ghost window” appears on the lower left side of the main window of my zoom window. It does nothing - it’s just there. It seems that it only appears, when someone joins the meeting. I cannot bring it up only by launching an new meeting by myself. The screeshot I did after my colleague left.I wonder if someone else has the same experience.Regards,StefanHardware: MacBook Pro M1 Max

Hello, everybody!I am running a latest Zoom version on Intel-based Apple Mac Mini 2018, on macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419).When I try to share screen with audio (share audio checkbox is active) from my computer, the Zoom Audio Device driver installation DOES NOT pop up, how it used to on other systems. I tried to uninstall / reinstall Zoom several times, I also tried older versions and it just does not work.Does anybody know how to (manually) trigger the installation of Zoom Audio Device driver? Please help!

I created a recurring meeting over a year ago. It no longer appears in my Meetings list, but it is still active, as I and other members of our group use it every week. I would like to edit the configuration of that meeting, but I do not see any mechanism for doing so during the meeting (when I am host), and I do not see any mechanism for accessing the meeting from the webapp homepage. Creating a new meeting and ensuring the new meeting id and passcode get to all the members, especially those who have not attended in a while, would likely be very disruptive. Is there any way to access the meeting? A similar question was asked by @AASaharaClub but not effectively answered in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/My-list-of-meetings-does-not-include-one-recurring-meeting/m-p/201824

I need more cloud storage than the 5gb I have - if I cancel my current subscription and upgrade to one that offers more cloud storage, will I lose the current recordings I have on my account?  I really appreciate any advice. It seems so challenging to contact Support.

Does my workplace pro zoom account offer a BAA? I can’t find it. If not, what do I need to select to get that option?

Good Afternoon,We are utilizing Scheduler for Summer Intern Interviews and wanted to see if there is a way for the attendee to attach their resume when they choose a time slot for their interview? It looks like they can copy & paste their resume, but it does not look pretty to the interviewer. Has anyone used this product for this type of scheduling and can give me some tips? Thanks,Elizabeth

Zoom has an option for 'Captions'  but when I also click, 'Interpretation' for foreign languages, the Captions do not print the interpretation, but instead keeps printing out the foreign language. I lose that part of the conversation. Please try  to include the interpretation  in 'Captions.’

I'm trying to connect Zoom to my CRM and need help locating two specific details:Zoom Account IDClient IDI’ve looked everywhere but can’t seem to find them. Could you guide me on where to find these? Thanks in advance

Hi, Community!I really need your help. I can’t find the recording and transcription for my Zoom meeting, even though it recognized me as the meeting Host, even though there was a transcription during the meeting, even though I enabled Automated Recording and Automated Transcription before the meeting started. Context: I have the Pro subscription and had the meeting on Friday 10:57 pm CST - 11:47 pm CST.This interview was with a very important client, so I take full responsibility if I tapped a button wrong or something. But I really hope that the recording and transcription are just in the processing stage and not completely gone/nonexistent. Please help! Thank you!-sydjames841
