HIPAA Zoom

Does my workplace pro zoom account offer a BAA? I can’t find it. If not, what do I need to select to get that option?

    hi @Linda Rankin

Yes—Zoom offers a BAA for Pro accounts. You do not necessarily need to upgrade to Business, but the agreement must be accepted; a paid subscription alone does not establish it. support.zoom.com

    To check your existing account:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal with access to billing.
    2. Go to Plans and Billing → Plan Management.
    3. Under Discover our other popular products, select View more products.
    4. Look for Business Associate Agreement (US only) and click Enable to review and accept it. If already enabled, select Manage to view the agreement.

If that option is missing, contact Zoom Sales to arrange a BAA for your existing Pro account. Zoom documents these self-service steps for existing Healthcare plans, so the option may not appear on your current account.

Thanks! I do have it and have had it since 2023. I just didn’t know how to confirm since I recently turned off the AI which had me doubting I did indeed have it.

Glad you got it sorted! Turning off AI would make me double-check my account too.
