Zoom Phone-AR Targets

Every time I add an AR Target in Roles, it automatically assigns it to every Target Member. We don’t want every target member to have access to all ARs. So, I have to manually go to every Target Member and remove the Targets they shouldn’t have access to. Is there a setting somewhere I can stop this from happening? This is very time consuming to have to manually remove the Targets from every member every time I add a new Target.

You can set up additional Auto Receptionist Admin roles by using the Duplicate option. Using the Duplicate option, you create an Auto Receptionist Admin (copy) which you can rename and assign whatever auto receptionist(s) you want as targets. You can edit the role settings. Finally, you can assign members to this roles. I think this will solve your issue.
