As a Customer Success Manager, I often see users get excited about Zoom AI Companion's ability to summarize meetings—but many don't realize that we have a powerful feature that makes those summaries perfectly structured for common meeting types.I'm talking about Zoom AI Companion’s Pre-Built Meeting Summary Templates. While creating custom templates requires the separate custom AI Companion add-on, every user on Business, Business Plus, Enterprise, or Education accounts, can now leverage the excellent pre-built templates Zoom provides for free! It’s the easiest way to elevate your post-meeting follow-up.Here's a look at the 9 pre-built templates to structure the AI Companion's output to match the intent and outcome of your meeting, ensuring key data doesn't get buried in a general summary.- One on One: Great for coaching, check-ins, and performance reviews. The summary will capture what was discussed, how it impacts the employee's development, and—most importantly—who owns the next ste

Smart Chapters are not smart. I had hoped they would generate based on the meeting's agenda headings, but that does not appear to be the case. Seriously, what is the point of having chapters if they do not actually align with the meeting's agenda? Am I just not seeing a way to sync meeting chapters to agenda headings? Or, at the very least, a way to predefine chapters? If "Smart" chapters don't align to the actual topics discussed (aka the topics listed in the agenda) then they really don't serve a purpose IMHO.

Hi - I just did my first Webinar. I recorded it and I have easy access ot the recording and the participant's log. However, I cannot find the Q&A log. There were a few comments/questions I did not have time to answer during the webinar, and I would like to go back to those people.  So ... is there a record of the webinar Q&A?  Thank you!Irina

Can you please advise how I can sync with ICal as it is not working anymore and causing much additional effort at the moment. I do not use outlook or google and want to use apple calendar. The seemless sync was one of the main reasons choosing Zoom. Could you please help? Me and my clients are really frustrated.

Hi, I been having the issue where I do not have the free student account that has meetings longer than 40 minutes unlocked eventhough I have been using my university email for it. Is there any way I can fix this or allow the student plan to work?

In Zoom Scheduler, our booking page Description is automatically being inserted into the attendee's Outlook calendar invitation. We can remove {{description}} from the Booking Confirmation Email, but there doesn't appear to be an option to edit the calendar invitation template separately. The description is also appearing as unrendered HTML (<p>, <br/>, <div> etc.) in Outlook. Is there a setting to remove the booking page description from the calendar invitation, or customise the calendar invitation body independently?

Hello Support, One of our users is using the Zoom Basic Free Plan and had enabled 2FA on his Zoom account. Unfortunately, his mobile phone was stolen, and he no longer has access to the 2FA code or the recovery code, which were both saved on the stolen phone. Could you please assist how we can disabled 2FA on his account so that he can log in? Let me know if you need any other information from my end.

I am no longer receiving email summaries from the AI companion.  Looks like they are in the chat but not via email.  When reviewing the settings I do not see the following setting: (Optional) Select the checkbox next to Include the full summary text in the email sent to users to send the full summary as part of the email to appropriate recipients." Also in AI Companion Managment Summary List the "share" button is not longer enabled.  Edit and Delete are enabled and active.  Any REAL HUMAN assistance is appreciated! Barry

I ran an update for ZOOM and the portrait to landscape issue using Zoom has fixed the problem for me.

Zoom now no longer works on my MacBook/iPad setup. (I get an error: “Load cannot follow more than 20 redirections”) Thanks! /S

It seems the new enhanced with AI and other stuff, plans are costing more and more.  And the simple plan that is now called the Workplace Pro is near $200 a year. I had been facilitating Zoom sessions for small groups / clubs, from, 10 to 45 people.  Not big non-profit organizations, so not 501c.  After near 7 years, had to drop the new labeled Pro plan due to out of my pocket cost.  I am not a business, these are not businesses, these are clubs some not even formal clubs, just people gathering virtually, some are seniors and can not drive to a meeting, and some can not make the 150+ mile drive. The  ‘Basic’  plan does most everything we’d need except cuts you off at 40 minutes.   Are there any options for half the $200 plan, that lets you have a 2-3 hour session ?...the  50% off program would be great but you have to be a bigger or formal organization to qualify curious,Frolin

Zoom was working before an update. Now on a user's laptop, after the update, anytime we open a zoom meeting/start a zoom meeting, it will freeze or crash after the camera begins to show a preview. Zoom will sometimes return after a minute or so.I have tried:Checked Windows System updatesChecked  driver updates for Camera - installed latest from laptop manufacturer's websiteChecked Wi-Fi speed and signal.Uninstalled/reinstalled the latest version as of last weekChecked Camera permissions in Windows for the Zoom appI am at a loss for what else to try! It looks to have to do something when the meeting is in the pre-start stage before the meeting is actually created.

I don't want to see chat previews so I have to choose the option to disable chat previews every time I join a new meeting. I would like to have the option to disable this feature permanently. I have to keep selecting this option every time I join a new meeting, as well as every time I join a breakout room, and every time I come back to the main room after leaving a breakout room. There should be an option to just disable this feature permanently, it is distracting.

Hello, good morning, I have a problem with zoom for linux (the ubuntu version), the problem is that when I mute the audio with the keyboard, the shortcut doesn't work, preventing me from following the zoom conference (it's a course), I have a equipment not compatible with windows 11 and I need a series of programs in which there is uncertainty as to whether they will continue to work in windows 10 after the end of support for it, so going back to windows is not an option nor do I want to do the dual boot on my computer.please, could you tell me how to solve the problem? I imagine that zoom for ubuntu will have dependencies, what is the package that is causing the error that I am commenting on? I would like to before formatting (of course, it will have to be linux), learn about this operating system, since there are things that have to be interacted with commands in this system and I would like to use it again this way (I have experience in the command environment since I lived in the d

I have a virtual meeting coming up but am not familiar with Zoom.  I am hard of hearing and have cochlear implants.  I have a device to stream through the processors that I can plug into the computer.  How do I set the sound settings in the meeting for that?  Is there any way to practice to make sure it works?

I am the host and I can see all the participants but not myself.

I schedule meetings often but had an email about a change. Won't I be able to schedule meetings after October?

Hello,I only used the service for one day and wanted to cancel my subscription. However, I was unable to cancel it immediately, and my subscription was canceled as an annual plan instead.I would like to request that my subscription be changed to the monthly plan instead of the annual plan, with a refund for the remaining amount.I only intended to use the service for about one day, and I tried to change or cancel the subscription to the monthly plan, but the process did not work as expected. Therefore, I am contacting customer support to request your assistance with changing the subscription to the monthly plan and processing the appropriate refund.I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.Thank you.

Hi,I created a dashboard to monitor in real time the calls that are waiting in a queue (voice). I configured two thresholds to see a Warning and a Critical message to be informed about this situation. The next step should be to be able to send this alerts to a chat channel. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? How did you handle it?thanks¡
