simple plan options for hobby groups

It seems the new enhanced with AI and other stuff, plans are costing more and more.  And the simple plan that is now called the Workplace Pro is near $200 a year.

I had been facilitating Zoom sessions for small groups / clubs, from, 10 to 45 people.  Not big non-profit organizations, so not 501c.  After near 7 years, had to drop the new labeled Pro plan due to out of my pocket cost.  

I am not a business, these are not businesses, these are clubs some not even formal clubs, just people gathering virtually, some are seniors and can not drive to a meeting, and some can not make the 150+ mile drive.

The  ‘Basic’  plan does most everything we’d need except cuts you off at 40 minutes.

Are there any options for half the $200 plan, that lets you have a 2-3 hour session ?
...the  50% off program would be great but you have to be a bigger or formal organization to qualify
