Hello Support,

 

One of our users is using the Zoom Basic Free Plan and had enabled 2FA on his Zoom account. Unfortunately, his mobile phone was stolen, and he no longer has access to the 2FA code or the recovery code, which were both saved on the stolen phone. Could you please assist how we can disabled 2FA on his account so that he can log in?
