Hello, I am the host of a webinar. Today, I did a practice session with one panelist, audio is working when speaking. I will have a prerecorded presentation for the webinar, when I am sharing my screen, there is no sound coming from my computer. I can hear the sound from the video, but not the rest of the participants. I cannot click the option share sound (it is grey, not available) when I click on share screen. I tried to restart my computer, it did not work. Could you please help me with this?
Is there a method to retrieve a Panelists email invite WITHOUT having it send the email? Most notably I would like to retrieve the unique passcodes and join links of each. This is for single session live webinar in Zoom events. I am used to the regular Zoom Webinar setup where when you add a panelist, you could retrieve their unique join links and passcodes by "Copying Invite" in the panelist area, or by exporting the panelist list (which i see is no longer an option either). For the way In utilize Zoom Events/Webinar, emails cannot be sent out to the panelists, and I had this setting turned off in Zoom Webinar.
I deleted a user from my overall Zoom account (5 uses total), and his webinar recordings are deleted too. we still have our webinar license, but they cannot retrieve the old recordings from his email. does anyone have help for this?
How can i change the sender name on confirmation emails for my webinar. At present it is my personal name, I want to change it to my company name. I have a Workplace Pro account.
Hi Zoom Support,We are encountering a blocking issue when using the Zoom Webinar API (`POST /webinars/{webinarId}/registrants`) to register attendees. For all webinars — even newly created ones — the API consistently returns:"You have reached the limit for the number of attendees you can add. Contact Zoom Support for more information."Important context:- We are on a Zoom Webinar 1000 license- This issue occurs specifically during the Webinar API registrant creation step- Zoom dashboard shows 0 total registrants (Approved: 0, Denied: 0)- Registration setting is set to Automatically Approve- The error occurs even on new webinars- We are not reusing old webinar IDs or emails beyond expected limitsAdditionally:- Our frontend architecture uses Zoom Meeting SDK (meetingsdk-web v3.13.1)We suspect this is a backend-level lock or stuck cap affecting our account globally. Please assist with clearing any backend attendee cap or advising how to restore registration functionality.Thank you
When an attendee receives a registration confirmation email for our webinar, they receive an email from my name (and the Zoom no-reply email), but the photo icon is the Zoom logo. Is there a way to customize this photo icon so that it could be our own company logo?
What is the generic SENDER email address that ZOOM uses when the ZOOM platform sends a registrant the info/ZOOM link for an upcoming webinar ... does anyone know, possibly, please?
I find that the csv import intermittently doesn't work. I set up a monthly webinar with the same panelists using the same csv file, and it seems to work about 50% of the time. Today it asks me to confirm that I am complying with Zoom policies after I select my file, and then it goes back to the previous import screen without uploading the csv file.
Problem: Follow-up email to attendees did not include hyperlinks as intended I have done dozens of webinars and never had problem with having the follow-up email deliver intended content. However this week I am finding the follow-up email delivered only the top few lines of the message and none of the intended links.I have a 'preview' of the email and it looks correct. What can I do?
Has anyone found a solid app that will handle registration and reminders for a Zoom Webinar? I've tried Zapier and Leadpages but haven't found it to be reliable.
Are you able to use Slido or Vervox as part of a Zoom Webinar? Is there an upgraded version needed for this type of use?
I have an upcoming webinar and I am exporting the attendee list, however, the export only includes name and email address, yet I have included last name, company and job title as required questions, but they aren't included in the export. How can I fix this?
I set up a webinar with additional links to panelists - all inside our organization. When we started a tech check 30 minutes prior to the webinar, some were able to join, and some could not and received this message:"The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom account platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."I did not require any special authentication or password when the webinar was set up. Links on all previous meetings and webinars worked without any problems. We were supposed to host a webinar for about 500 people and had to switch to Teams at the last minute since we were not sure how many people might experience this problem.Any idea what went wrong?thank you!
I have a webinar that, when people register, they must answer a custom question. How do I pull a report that will provide both the registrant name and answer to that question? I have looked under Analytics & Reports - Meeting & Webinar Registrations but no data comes up when I select "Webinar" from the drop-down and include my meeting ID. Any tips?
I have tried everything and for some reason can't get the music to play during our "breaks."The instructions say to click on my photo and then settings then "audio" there is no "audio" settings on my settings.
I've been attempting to set up event subscriptions, but I keep encountering an error when trying to validate the endpoint URL. The message I receive is: "URL validation failed. Try again later." This issue has arisen while developing a new application.
We are running a webinar via Zoom Sessions. Where is the ability to start or stop the recording manually? The recording controls are not present in their usual location! If the "auto-start" was not configured beforehand, you cannot change this without restarting the ongoing session either.
Normally I can run a webinar and record using QuickTime in high-resolution. Today, I could not do that when the Zoom Webinar was active but I could record with QuickTime when the webinar was not active. Does any one have any solutions to this? I'm looking to record the webinar, record the same webinar via quicktime without the slides that way I can edit a nice video together using both. Let me know.
I found a solution after extensive trials. 1) Create a filter in Gmail - @zoom.US2) Set to delete all3) Tell you real clients to send all invites to whatsapp3) Stop using zoom untill the provide a fix>I get invites all the time from @outlook. and they change it for every webinar. I have unsubscribed 100's of times but they keep on coming. Zoom has no solution or does not care. So this is my final fix. Cheers

Hello Zoom Support, I’m experiencing a persistent issue related to a recurring Zoom webinar that I created a couple of weeks ago. Here’s the full context:I originally created a recurring Zoom webinar via the Zoom web platform and added one panelist.I did not send invites through Zoom, but instead created a separate calendar event in Google Calendar for all participants. I added the Zoom link there manually and sent out the invites via Google Calendar. After some time, I needed to cancel and change the topic, so I went to Zoom and deleted the webinar entirely from the Zoom dashboard.I also went to Google Calendar and deleted the full recurring series of events by choosing “All Events.” The event shows as deleted on my end. However, participants are still seeing the event in their calendars — including the panelist, and others who received the original calendar invite. In some cases, it even shows Panelist as the organizer now, even though I was the original host. I’m concerned this ma
I'm planning to host a webinar and will disable the chat for participants, relying on the Q&A function for questions. I wondered if there was a setting where presenters can use the chat as a "one-way communication" with participants? I will have 300+ participants and didn't want the chat going but my presenters would like to share a link to a survey with their audience at the end of the session (without receiving responses back or fielding side conversations). Thanks for advice!
Hi everyone, I've been using zoom webinars for some time, and today I encountered this problem for the first time.I was in webinar practice session with two others panelists and none of us were able to share sound during screen sharing. I can see the Share Audio option in the bottom corner, but I can't check it.I would appreciate any solution to this.
