Good morning, I would like to ask some information about the Zoom Webinar and Zoom Events products. Are the live transcripts generated by the system, which understands what is being said and writes it down? Can they be downloaded at the end of the webinar?Are webinar recordings saved in an online cloud, do they download automatically onto the organizer's device, or do you have to download them manually?Is there a certain amount of cloud space included in the plans or does it have to be purchased separately?Can one set up personalized registration and follow-up emails, with questionnaires and links?Are there post-webinar reports to download, e.g., on the number of registrants and the number of actual attendees with relevant contact information?Are live chat and instant surveys included in both plans?Do subscribers to a webinar need to download the Zoom app to participate?Thank you, 

Hello everyone, We have set up a recurring webinar for our customers. Now we had to change the date of one of our webinars. The problem we are facing now is that our attendees were not informed about the change and have the wrong blocker in their calendars. Does anyone know how we can inform the already registered participants about the change so that the calendar blocker also changes?Thank you, Laura 

Hello all, I'm new to the Community and hoping I might find an answer to my issue.I have run a number of webinars, and notice on the post event attendee reports, that some of the attendees' approval status is showing as "denied" even though they registered and attended, and were there for the duration.  Can anyone shed any light on why this might be happening please?   The majority show as approved.Thanks if anyone can help - it's just one of those annoying little issues I need to understand 🙂 Roz

I recently ran a webinar and created a survey using Zoom.  I have just extracted the report to get the results and have seen that the results have been anonymised.  This has not happened before as used quite a few times and always get the person's name who gave us the feedback.  In our survey we had a few people asked for us to contact them but, can't do this if anonymised.  How do you stop this?  The survey didn't give them an option to remain anonymous so it is weird this has happened. 

I will have 2 panelists that will share there screen at different times. What is the correct setting under My Settings, Meeting Basic.  Under Screen Sharing there are two options: Host Only or All Participants this info comes up but not clear what selection should be"For webinars, the hosts and panelists can start screen sharing, but not the attendees" TIA

What is the simplest way to find the closest area code to help a webinar or meeting attendee join via phone? People basically have to go look up which area codes belong to which states, then figure which is closest to them.  Is there a simple map somewhere?

Hi there Can we turn off the request for name and email before joining a webinar?I am not talking about the 'registration not required' option as I have done that, rather where someone from outside the organisation clicks the link and they are asked to provide their name and email before joining - can we turn that off?We are hosting for a third party who do not want ANY names/emails captured, anywhere along the process of joining,  for GDPR reasons. Thanks in advance for any help you can give! David.

Hello. Is it possible for me to record a webinar,  share the recording at a later date and require that people register in order to see the recording? This way I do not have to do a live webinar every time I want to provide the content. I can simply share the webinar recording with people who have registered.

Hi We are working on setting up our first zoom conference. We wanted to be able to run a test session with our presenters.. like you can for a webinar. These are set up as meetings. Is this possible? Also I believe there is a way to upload documents and power points slides into the zoom events platform, but I can not figure out how.   Can anyone help?  Thanks

Is there a way to save custom questions to use in future webinars? My organization has some standard registration questions with answer dropdown lists that I want to load into Zoom but it doesn't look like "Save as Template" includes custom registration questions. Some of the questions have more than 20 answer options so recreating them for each webinar is a pain. 

I wanted to record a shared screen in side by side view.  What recorded was the thumbnail view of the speaker partially overlaying the shared screen.I was the host.  My view was shared screen.  I had set it to also have attendees see the host screen.  Still, the recorded view was thumbnail.  What did I et wrong?

Hi there, I am hosting a webinar where we asked those registering a few custom required fields such as language requirements. When I download the registration report, only the basic information is there and not the answers to these additional questions. How can I download or simply access this additional data collected? Already added the 2 licensed users one as owner other as admin. When I tried to create two zoom event sessions it allows me to create for the same time for different users. When I launched the session it allows me to launch the one session and gives the in-progress error as shown in given below attached screenshot. So, my question is how can 2 sessions at the same time be launched when 2 licensed users are added? Also, help to explain license assignment process !

I'm doing a paid webinar but need to be able to register some attendees myself so they don't have to pay.  Is there a way to do this besides adding them as a host or panelist?

Zoom Pro says that it supports 'Social media streaming'. I want to do this, but cannot find any guidance or training on how to stream either notices of events or recordings of events.

Is there a way to upload a recording to Zoom and have it launch as a webinar on a specific date and time?

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to make webinar templates available to all team members on an account? If it's not possible, this would be a really nice feature.  For starters, it would allow multiple team members to set  up a webinar with the same firm-standardized template. Anyone agree?

I donr know how to help my client, who during accessing our free webinar, by clicking a link sent by us- was asked to use the phone number to have an access to sound- which ended 100 Euro bill for calling those numbers? Why did zoom ask for calling to use the sound>? What can I do to help my client?

Please confirm the below points, 1. All the webinars have the same Attendee Status (eg., Attended, Cancelled) or it will be a different Attendee Status for each and every Webinars? 2. If the same attendee status is for all webinars, then please provide those attendee statuses? Thanks

I am planning to create a webinar that requires pre-registration, in order for most of participants to be able to get email and unique link to join my webinar. However, some members might have difficulty in accessing email, so they might instead be asking for a link to directly join a webinar (some kind of generic link). Is there a way to also invite new participants during the webinar with generic link, or any link that acts like an invitation link of a webinar that does not require pre-registration? Thankyou
