We've just finished a webinar and I'm trying to download the registration list. When we try and access the reports page: https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report we get the following error message: Requested resource not found (Service: AmazonDynamoDBv2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: ResourceNotFoundException; Request ID: MBRTTAA29DQR2O5VJK3AL7OM6RVV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG; Proxy: null) (-1) This is rather time sensitive as we are waiting to send the recording out to our audience. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  We appreciate any info and thanks for your time.

Hello everyone, I have a problem.I schedule a Webinar, I invite my contact list.They can only enter from Desktop or iPhone.Android users ( Mobile & Tablet ) get an error when they click on the link it says ( Event Expires) and it does not allow them to log in or register.

We are hosting a webinar in Zoom Events. I would like to customise the registration so that people have to provide certain details when they register. I have looked up how to do this in  'How to manage Registration Settings' in Zoom Support and it tells you to do the following: Sign in to the Zoom web portal.In the navigation menu, click Webinars.Click the topic of the webinar that you want to customize.Scroll down to the Invitations tab.In the Registration Settings section, click Edit on the right side.The Registration window will appear. I have followed these instructions, but after I click on the topic of the webinar I want to customise, there isn't an Invitations tab and no Registrations Settings section so I cannot customise registration. I have noticed that if I set up a Zoom meeting or a Zoom webinar in regular Zoom, rather than Zoom Events, I am able to customise registration.  Does anyone know how to customi

I recently found in a Webinar, if a Panellist or Host has been renamed and they type an answer a question in the Q&A Box, their original name is displayed (not their current name).  Weirdly, the icon shows the initials of their new name, but the full name in Bold displays the name they joined the webinar with. Also if the choice to Answer Live, the correct name displays in the "John Smith is going to answer this question live" prompt, but once they click Done the incorrect name is shown (ie "Jono1234: This question has been answered live") I've tested it on Mac Desktop Client and iPhone client and get the same result on both. 

Hi everyone.  Is there a way to do a prerecorded webinar with zoom and at the end make live Q&A? Basically I would like to inject a prerecorded video into the webinar session, so I don't have to repeat the same webiar over and over again, but at the end enter into each session I can answer the questions people has left in the chat. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Hello- I recorded a webinar and need to edit the content.  Do we have access to the source file? 

We have issues with registration. If one person is registering multiple people, not all of the registrants are being captured. Is this due to same IP address submitting multiple registrations and being blocked? Other reasons that could cause this to happen?

I m working on getting a Microsoft Teams Rooms device to join a Zoom Webinar. it joins normal zoom meetings fine but this particular webinar just throws the generic "404" however if the same link is opened on a normal windows device it pulled up fine. is there a way to disable direct guest join for webinar's?

You are unable to edit or delete webinar at this time showed up as a popup in my google calendar, what does it mean? Has anyone ever gotten a pop up like this before?  - Melissa

Is there a setting  in zoom portal wherein  the Zoom webinar does not required registration but when joining, the attendees are required to enter their email address? There are attendees that when joining the webinar via browser or their personal app they login with their pet name or nicknames and sometimes doesn't input their email id. It is difficult to track in the report. Some attendees doesn't have a zoom account so we don't consider the Authentication. Please advise

Is there an easier way to invite a panelist?  Can zoom generate a separate panelist link to join? 

Can I start and stop Webinar Practice Mode sessions multiple times before I actually start the Webinar ?  Zoom Support docs are clear that you cannot have multiple CONCURRENT Practice session for the same webinar, but can I do a Practice session, exit and then start and stop another Practice session later, before I start the Webinar ?

Has anyone successfully used the Gutenberg Certs integration to issue participation certificates following a Zoom EVENTS webinar?  In my past experience with Zoom Events, some of the features of Zoom Webinar did not work in Zoom Events, so curious whether someone has specifically found success in using this integration when hosting a webinar through Zoom Events. Thanks!

I am associated with several groups who have been running multi-session, multi-track conferences throughout the pandemic. We've mostly been using Zoom for the meetings and webinars, and Discord for public social chat and back channel communication.We are always looking into more comprehensive, turn-key solutions, and Zoom Events seems promising, especially if it can properly handle registration and payment. The single biggest issue I've run into on initial testing is the hosting setup for webinar sessions.We don't want our speakers and panelists to worry about tech stuff, so we always have a dedicated, behind-the-scenes tech host for each session. I've taught many webinars using the same keynote presentations that have several 60 second to 5-minute compressed videos and the videos have worked fine. But today, while the videos played fine on my computer, most of the attendees said the video visuals froze after a few seconds and only the audio continued. The same happened when viewing the vids on my other computer that's used as a monitor. Does anyone know what may have caused this? It's pretty disturbing to suddenly not have videos working on a Zoom webinar.

Hi, We have set up surveys on our Zoom events - after our meetings and webinars, we plan to have an end of event survey and an end of session survey. For some reason the surveys are not coming up when delegates leave the meetings or webinars. This is essential data that we need to collect and we have already missed out on one day of our Event as the end of session survey did not come up.  We have gone through all of the relevant settings to make sure it is turned on in meetings and webinars, and added the survey under advanced options in the actual event - and listed if for all sessions - it recorded two responses but is now not working -  Any advice?  

Hi there! I have a recurring training webinar schedule set up. I am wanting to change the dates and times effective July 1. Is there a way to set up a new recurring webinar schedule without affecting current webinars, but keep the same registration page?
