Hi , This is what was advised by zoom after my search in the web. (Enable Disclaimer - Last Point) However, I do not have this option. Try going into setting option security (advance), but couldn't find anything.Maybe I missing something. Need this due to auto translation when the form is opened in different regions. Please help advised. Thank you in advance. ConvatecGEM
Is there a way to "force" people to enter their email and name when entering a webinar? We hold large events via webinar and I need to see their full name on the participant's list. However, if they have clicked "save my name for future use" or whatever it says - we can see things like "The Smith Family" or "iPhone". Is there a way to override the saved name and force them to enter a name each time they access our webinars? TIA
We want to require SSO for our Users, but we have a few accounts that are used by Departments to host Webinars, so they use a shared email address for hosting. We want to allow those accounts to sign in with email address and password, but all other accounts to require SSO.I cannot figure out if this is possible and how I would go about setting it up. I have SSO set up and configured, so that is not an issue.
Hi, My company has a zoom account to organise webinars for max. 500 attendees. However, we have recorded the webinars and now I am wondering if there is also set a maximum on the number of viewers when we make the webinar on demand? Thanks for your help!
Hello everyone I thank you in advance for your answers. We use the Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme in our webinar studio. We use 4 cameras and a separate laptop that runs the PowerPoint presentation and is also connected to the ATEM Mini. We broadcast the presentation on another separate laptop, which is connected to the ATEM Mini with a USB-C cable. (So to speak as an external webcam) Our problem is that the Zoom broadcast is of poor quality. Does anyone have a solution for this? I look forward to an answer from you. Thanks very much
Hi there, my colleague was running a webinar, I clicked the link to join, she asked me to record the session and so made me host to do this. After the session I can't find the video - have looked in downloads folder. 24 hours later still no sign - any ideas?!Many thanksTim
I'm creating a webinar survey and I have a question that can have the following answers:YesNoOther: I want the participants to be able to write down the "other" preference. Is it possible? TIA
We are newly licensed for Webinar and had our first session. It went well. But our host asked is it possible to view the chat along with the recorded video? I guess they want the people who watch the recording to be able to see that chat that went along. Thanks!
I have a paid webinar account (monthly) but the webinar page shows a warning at the top: "Your free trial will expire in 5 days and you will lose your scheduled webinars and relevant reports. Upgrade now to a paid plan to keep using webinar features." Why is the warning there if it's a paid plan and not a free trial?
Zoom webinars that put your presentation not presentain slides front and center
Hello, I want to turn on the practice session for an upcoming webinar. Registration already opened a few weeks ago and we have a couple hundred people registered already. I was wondering if changing this setting would cause any issues for people who had already registered? Thank you!
I have scheduled a webinar and shared the registration link with my network. I've now found out however, that all those who registered receive an email notification whenever I change anything about the webinar. Of course, I'd want them to know about changed times etc but not every small detail or setting that I might change. How can I (temporarily) turn off these email notifications to my participants? Thank you for your help!
A few of our panellists have been unable to access the webinar using the link generated when the webinar is created. They are taken to a login page - we want them to just access the webinar using the link we send them, as some companies cannot use the Zoom app and they need to access via a browser. It seems this is happening with events that are being recorded - could someone advise please?
How do I monitor the number of registrants for an upcoming Webinar?
We have integrated Zoom Webinars in Salesforce so all registrants from a Zoom Webinar are automatically tracked as a campaign member in Salesforce which is great (name and email). If we are requiring phone and job title on our Zoom Webinar registration form, how can we get those fields to track in Salesforce as well? Thank you!
Our CSMS are each given a unique ZOOM link for webinar bookings. We have to export the spreadsheet and send it to them manually every day. Is there a way each person could be sent an update when a booking is made using their unique link instead?

I have already circulated a Zoom Meeting link for a full-day event which has started gathering registrant details, but I now want to convert it to a Zoom Event. Is there anyway I can take my Zoom Meeting and somehow pair it with a new Zoom Event booking? Possible solutions I'm hoping for are for people to register on my original Zoom meeting and it redirects them to the Zoom Event for example. I've exported the CSV of registrants from the Meeting to pre-register on the Zoom Event if required. Any help would be welcome.
Hello Guys, We usually require registration for our webinar to be able to see how many people have attended the webinar. But usually we require our attendees to register on our website. After they register on our website (a day before the webinar) I export the registrants list with email addresses and import to the Attendees List on our webinar on the zoom page. After that, the attendees receive the link to join the webinar with a confirmation of registration from zoom. However, when they press the join link, zoom asks them to re-register on the zoom page after which the attendees receive the join link for the second time and only on this second time they can finally join the webinar. How can I remove this double registration issue? I mean, I need the people to register only to see who has eventually attended the event. But I do not need them to register on the zoom page, I need them to register on my website, after which I can export the attendees list and import
Some attendees are not prompted as an option to join as panelist when the host promotes them.Others are promoted to join as panelist when the host promotes them giving them an option to join or not.Where are these settings located?
Hi!As a host I would like me and the panelists to stay in the webinar when my webinar is over and have a chat with them afterwards. Is there any way to do this in Zoom webinars? Per
Hi all - I hope someone can help me. I created a webinar that shows incorrect branding. I went to adjust the branding and update the logo to the correct one. When I sent myself a test message, the old, incorrect branding was still showing. I then created a brand new webinar thinking that maybe because the first one was created with the incorrect branding in place, it was kind of tied to that webinar. The new webinar still shows the old, incorrect logos. I then deleted all logos, created another new webinar, sent myself a test message and the old, incorrect logo is still showing up. Is this a Zoom issue or is the logo pulling from somewhere that I don't know about? I was updating the logo on both the webinar branding section and on Account Management > Webinar Settings. Please help!
I would like to send an marketing email to my attendees once they register for a webinar and in the email I would like to add links so they can add the call to their calendar but the only links that I can see are the links that allow me as the organiser to add to my calendar. Is there a way that I can access links to send to my attendees? Many ThanksRachel
How do you download a webinar attendee report with unique users only? The list I am able to download has several duplicates. Thank you in advance!
Hello,I am organising a 3 part webinar where 1 presenter will be live and 2 presenters may be pre-recorded. We will provide live translators in English, Chinese and Japanese (we have Zoom Enterprise). From Zoom's Support pages, I found this:When using language interpretation and sharing your screen with computer audio, the shared audio will be broadcast at 100% to all. We recommend avoiding sharing audio in while language interpretation is active to avoid the audio imbalance this may cause. What is the best way to provide the audio for all languages for this 3 part webinar? Is break out rooms a solution?Thank you.
