Hello - we are using an integration with skill jar that automatically creates webinars in our zoom account using zoom's default webinar template. We have to go into zoom every time to adjust these settings (which is often several times a week). Is there a way to have zoom use a custom webinar template anytime a new webinar is created in an account?
Hello, We have a few upcoming events that we would like to leverage our Zoom Events license for. Setting up the event is done easily enough, but we have two on-site rooms that will be "attending" the event, from which we will have speakers and presentations. As it stands, with the scheduled set up that Zoom Events provides, each of these panels is given their own webinar/meeting. What is the best practice for an event like this, where the on-site rooms are static throughout the day but there is still a schedule in Zoom Events? We have found so far the only way to do this is to have someone physically in the room join each new webinar/meeting as part of the event, but this is very cumbersome and difficult to coordinate when there are several sessions going on, sometimes in multiple rooms. Does Zoom events have any way to have this work more seamlessly?
Hello there! I have a chapter wanting to do a 9-12 Saturday morning conference with three different sessions, two breaks (5 total different events) and a short welcome and closing. What is the best way to use the platform for this? Schedule five different events? Or keep one big long event and just move from session to session? Looking for any and all recommendations!
Is there a way to get the speakers you add for a webinar to be sticky to a template? When creating a webinar and adding the speaker info, then saving as template, the speaker info is gone when trying to schedule a webinar with that template. Thanks in advance for any replies. 🙂
When I created my Webinar Attendee Report (CSV file), it includes the list of Attendees by user name but the Email column is blank. So If they didn't include a unique first and last name or user name I am unable to see who actually attended. Has anyone else had this problem and if so were you able to fix it? Thank you!
Hey there!I am getting an error page when I trim a recorded webinar. It's saying that I don't have access. I've attached the screenshot. I am the only name on the account. I've been editing recordings for months, and now this page pops up. PLEASE advise! Thank you so much...
In my personal experience, I prefer to have the Chat On always, that way I can approach and interact with my audience, but since a couple weeks now it appears to be DESABLED for my audience and they can't chat with me. Only I can write to them. The thing is that I can't find anywhere to turn it on once again. Any hlp? Thanks
hi there,i have an issue - next week i will do a WEBINAR in Zoom with my own account, but i want to simultaniously stream that webinar also in a MEETING of a friend of mine, who has another Zoom-ID. (because we want to reach more customers)is it possible? what do you think, ist there a solution?
Enabled the Chrome Zoom APP - now my Google calendar will not load. Goes into a mode where it is searching for "something". Accessing the settings for the Zoom APP - when I disable the link for Google calendars - the calendar loads, but no capability to setup a Zoom call. How can I get the option to schedule a Zoom webinar in a calendar invite??
When clicking on "go live on Facebook" from the webinar, a window appears that reads we are not logged into Facebook. We are correctly logged in to Facebook on the browser. How else do we connect Facebook to our Zoom again? Is there somewhere in the Zoom settings where we have to enter our Facebook login information? We also tried setting the custom live streaming service option for Facebook, but, when testing it and clicking on "start webinar", no live video appeared on our Facebook page. How can we successfully fix this issue and be able to share our webinars on Facebook again?
Can I turn on video and audio for attendees?
Hi is there a way I can transfer alt host duties to a panelist during the webinar? Im not the one who owns the license and the official host sets up the webinar but isn't present during. Last time my wifi went out the zoom exited completed and attendees had to rejoin. Is there a way I as an alt host could transfer alt host capabilities to a panelist during the webinar or can the license holder be the only one to do that?
I'm looking for the cheapest option where I can livestream my zoom lives to my facebook group. Which plan would that be? There are so many with add-ons, it's kind of overwhelming.
Dear Zoom Experts, When I download the recording video data, usually get 3 of mp4 files. What is the difference between them?I can guess "1920x1080" and "640x360", but not the others. GMTxxxxxxxx_Recording_1920x1080.mp4GMTxxxxxxxx_Recording_as_1920x1080.mp4GMTxxxxxxxx_Recording_avo_640x360.mp4 I would appreciate it if someone could tell me about it.Best regards,
We havn't done a webinar in some time in our organization. We tried one last night. The attendee list on the right shows the number of attendees on the top of the tab. example (25), but when you click on the tab it does not list the attendees during an active meeting. Any ideas? The user has proper access and is on the latest version of Zoom
Dear Zoom Experts,I'm setting up Zoom Webinar for a mix on internal/external people.Actually, me and my colleagues done some Zoom webinars that I set up, unfortunately only me could download the reporting data. So I'd like to know if there is the way to set up that "Alternative host " can access the cloud data and download them. If you know how to do this, please let me know. Thanks!
When sharing a video in full screen, how do you hide the panelist screen? Although the panelist video is off you can still see the frame.
Hello everyone, I am new to Zoom webinar. I was wondering if there is a way I can link up a direct room link to an email for people that have not registered yet for the event through Zoom. I have a registration page I created here: Claudia Audley July 22 Online Event | Omlet. They register through an embedded form and can add the event to their calendar but it doesn't have the Zoom link in it. You have to register again when I added the invitation link here to the thank you email once people register here: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_885KZGQJSBO8uWLVTu7BCg Any suggestions?
Hi - not sure why but created a new webinar template and tested out the registration. Following my registration an old video recording of one of my prior webinars starts to play. Also a custom question from an old webinar is appearing but don't see under my custom registration questions, only when I test out.
Once the webinar has started can the panelist/hosts go back to a practice session? When the program is over the panelists like to continue talking privately, but, of course, not in front of the audience. I read that there is something like that in BETA for Zoom Events only. Also, can the attendees all be removed from the webinar en masse? Thanks!
If I cancel someone's registration on zoom webinar, can they still join the event if they have the zoom link?
Meetings have rooms. How do I create rooms for a Webinar Event? Have search the zoom support center - only see how-to's for Meetings, not Webinar Events Please advise ....sorry, Meetings are not an option for our registration/attendee tracking interface to SalesForce
Hallo, ich würde gerne eine Befragung erstellen und diese dann für mehrere Webinare nutzen. Unter Vorlagen werden Befragungen leider nicht hinterlegt/übernommen. Vielen Dank und Herzliche Grüße
i am hosting a webinar next week with three separate sessions. 1pm, 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I'm planning to have the 1:00 speaker join a practice session before i launch the webinar. For the remaining speakers, I'm planning to have them join as participants and then promote them to panelist right before their time. This seems less risky then having them join and accidentally turn their camera or audio on before their session time.Thoughts?
Hi there, I am planning a webinar and I want to offer full-day and half-day registrations. The full day registrants would do both morning and afternoon sessions. The half-day registrants would do either the morning or the afternoon session. Is there a way to make sure the half-day registrants only have access to half of the session? I don't want to have two separate webinar links for the morning and afternoon as most people will be full-day registrants. Is there a way to lock the half-day registrants out of the half they did not pay for? Thanks, Derek
