Analyze webinar registrations

Hi there, I am hosting a webinar where we asked those registering a few custom required fields such as language requirements. When I download the registration report, only the basic information is there and not the answers to these additional questions. How can I download or simply access this additional data collected? Thanks.

    Hello,

     

    1. Sign into the Zoom web portal
    2. In the navigation menu, click Reports. If you are an account owner or admin, or have access to the Usage Report role, you will need to select Account Management and then Reports.
    3. Click Webinar.
    4. Select the Report Type you would like to search for. In this case it will be registration report.

    If you do not see the details there, they may not have been entered by the end users since the fields were optional.
