How do I monitor the number of registrants for an upcoming Webinar?

We have integrated Zoom Webinars in Salesforce so all registrants from a Zoom Webinar are automatically tracked as a campaign member in Salesforce which is great (name and email).  If we are requiring phone and job title on our Zoom Webinar registration form, how can we get those fields to track in Salesforce as well? Thank you! 

Our CSMS are each given a unique ZOOM link for webinar bookings.  We have to export the spreadsheet and send it to them manually every day.  Is there a way each person could be sent an update when a booking is made using their unique link instead?

I have already circulated a Zoom Meeting link for a full-day event which has started gathering registrant details, but I now want to convert it to a Zoom Event. Is there anyway I can take my Zoom Meeting and somehow pair it with a new Zoom Event booking? Possible solutions I'm hoping for are for people to register on my original Zoom meeting and it redirects them to the Zoom Event for example. I've exported the CSV of registrants from the Meeting to pre-register on the Zoom Event if required. Any help would be welcome. 

Hello Guys,  We usually require registration for our webinar to be able to see how many people have attended the webinar. But usually we require our attendees to register on our website. After they register on our website (a day before the webinar) I export the registrants list with email addresses and import to the Attendees List on our webinar on the zoom page. After that, the attendees receive the link to join the webinar with a confirmation of registration from zoom. However, when they press the join link, zoom asks them to re-register on the zoom page after which the attendees receive the join link for the second time and only on this second time they can finally join the webinar.  How can I remove this double registration issue? I mean, I need the people to register only to see who has eventually attended the event. But I do not need them to register on the zoom page, I need them to register on my website, after which I can expor

Some attendees are not prompted as an option to join as panelist when the host promotes them.Others are promoted to join as panelist when the host promotes them giving them an option to join or not.Where are these settings located?

Hi all - I hope someone can help me. I created a webinar that shows incorrect branding. I went to adjust the branding and update the logo to the correct one. When I sent myself a test message, the old, incorrect branding was still showing.  I then created a brand new webinar thinking that maybe because the first one was created with the incorrect branding in place, it was kind of tied to that webinar. The new webinar still shows the old, incorrect logos.  I then deleted all logos, created another new webinar, sent myself a test message and the old, incorrect logo is still showing up.  Is this a Zoom issue or is the logo pulling from somewhere that I don't know about? I was updating the logo on both the webinar branding section and on Account Management > Webinar Settings.  Please help!

I would like to send an marketing email to my attendees once they register for a webinar and in the email I would like to add links so they can add the call to their calendar but the only links that I can see are the links that allow me as the organiser to add to my calendar. Is there a way that I can access links to send to my attendees? Many ThanksRachel

We will provide live translators in English, Chinese and Japanese (we have Zoom Enterprise).From Zoom's Support pages, I found this:When using language interpretation and sharing your screen with computer audio, the shared audio will be broadcast at 100% to all. We recommend avoiding sharing audio in while language interpretation is active to avoid the audio imbalance this may cause.  What is the best way to provide the audio for all languages for this 3 part webinar?Is break out rooms a solution?Thank you.

We've just finished a webinar and I'm trying to download the registration list. When we try and access the reports page: https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report we get the following error message: Requested resource not found (Service: AmazonDynamoDBv2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: ResourceNotFoundException; Request ID: MBRTTAA29DQR2O5VJK3AL7OM6RVV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG; Proxy: null) (-1) This is rather time sensitive as we are waiting to send the recording out to our audience. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  We appreciate any info and thanks for your time.

Hello everyone, I have a problem.I schedule a Webinar, I invite my contact list.They can only enter from Desktop or iPhone.Android users ( Mobile & Tablet ) get an error when they click on the link it says ( Event Expires) and it does not allow them to log in or register.

I recently found in a Webinar, if a Panellist or Host has been renamed and they type an answer a question in the Q&A Box, their original name is displayed (not their current name).  Weirdly, the icon shows the initials of their new name, but the full name in Bold displays the name they joined the webinar with. Also if the choice to Answer Live, the correct name displays in the "John Smith is going to answer this question live" prompt, but once they click Done the incorrect name is shown (ie "Jono1234: This question has been answered live") I've tested it on Mac Desktop Client and iPhone client and get the same result on both. 

Hi everyone.  Is there a way to do a prerecorded webinar with zoom and at the end make live Q&A? Basically I would like to inject a prerecorded video into the webinar session, so I don't have to repeat the same webiar over and over again, but at the end enter into each session I can answer the questions people has left in the chat. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Hello- I recorded a webinar and need to edit the content.  Do we have access to the source file? 

We have issues with registration. If one person is registering multiple people, not all of the registrants are being captured. Is this due to same IP address submitting multiple registrations and being blocked? Other reasons that could cause this to happen?

I m working on getting a Microsoft Teams Rooms device to join a Zoom Webinar. it joins normal zoom meetings fine but this particular webinar just throws the generic "404" however if the same link is opened on a normal windows device it pulled up fine. is there a way to disable direct guest join for webinar's?

You are unable to edit or delete webinar at this time showed up as a popup in my google calendar, what does it mean? Has anyone ever gotten a pop up like this before?  - Melissa

Is there a setting  in zoom portal wherein  the Zoom webinar does not required registration but when joining, the attendees are required to enter their email address? There are attendees that when joining the webinar via browser or their personal app they login with their pet name or nicknames and sometimes doesn't input their email id. It is difficult to track in the report. Some attendees doesn't have a zoom account so we don't consider the Authentication. Please advise

Is there an easier way to invite a panelist?  Can zoom generate a separate panelist link to join?
