Hi there,I'm holding a conference on Zoom Events where we'll be recording each session and giving attendees access to the recordings afterwards, via the event lobby. I'm keen to use automatic cloud recording, so that it's one less thing to do.But for at least one session, I'll also be having interpreting. And I've been told by Zoom that to capture the audio of the interpreter, I need to have someone select the relevant interpreting stream and record it, saving it locally to their computer. But I also want to record the main audio. So for at least one session I need to have two things recording: the main audio (ideally via automatic cloud recording) and the interpreter audio (via local recording). I can figure out how to do the former, but can't figure out how to do local recording at the same time. Whenever I try in test sessions as the host, I have to pause the main recording. I've also tried to assign recording permissions to an attendee in-session to see if they're able to do this,

I have a webinar panelist using powerpoint slides as a virtual background. She cannot find the control/play button to play a video embedded in her powerpoint presentation. Is that an option or is it shut off when she's using slides as a virtual background? When she is just sharing the slides normally, the control/play button is there and she can play her video.

Not sure if this is something that isn't working, or just isn't a feature of Zoom. We hosted a webinar and had a post-webinar survey (in Zoom, not third-party) and then had the option to have the link sent out after the webinar ended as well. We didn't use the follow-up email feature in Zoom and instead pasted the link to the survey in a separate email we sent out to participants ourselves as follow-up. I just went in a submitted a survey response myself. When I went to the "Reports" tab and downloaded a survey report, no new responses had been recorded. I believe only the responses that happened the day of the Webinar were recorded. Where did the other ones go? I know at least 1 other one was submitted (my test one) and I'm worried we are missing data from other people that responded.

Is it possible to make the text of a webinar registration form larger? I am working with a visually impaired audience who struggle with reading small text on the screen.  

Hi there, Is there any way to see the Zoom webinar attendees who downloaded the files shared by the host on the chat? Thank you. 

We want to host a Hollywood Squares event for our organization and I wanted to make sure I can create the functionality. We are creating a webinar with 9 panelists; however, we're unsure about adding two contestants. The panelists would be spotlighted so that they appear on the screen at all times, but we do want to see or hear the contestants as well as the host. 

I have created a Webinar to use with "Webinar on Demand."I have also created the necessity for registration and approval to be able to watching the recording.However, once someone registers, is approved, and the receives the link to watch the recording, is there a way to disable the ability for them to forward that link to someone else (who hasn't registered and isn't approved)?What's the point of registration & approval if only one individual is necessary to register & be approved and then from that point they can can simply share the email link with whoever they choose?

I learn that the number of sessions we can hold at the same date&time is 13. It's the limit.However, in the hub (or the admin page), it seems like we can create more than 14 sessions on the same date&time.So what will happen if we publish more than 14 simultaneous sessions? Is it gonna be just an error when attendees try to join the 14th session? Your feedback is much appreciated.

I have set up a webinar with mandatory registration. Unfortunately, the registration page looks buggy (see attached screenshot). It looks like the labels for first name, last name and email adress are white-colored on a white background, so they are invisible. Happens with different browsers (Chrome 102.0.5005.63,  Firefox 101.0.1) and from different networks. Is there anything I can do?

Dear sir/madam, I don't know why the name of attendees can't be shown in webinar mode recent months (but Panelist detail can be shown and working fine). Is it a bug now? Please advise. Regards,Alan Chan

Hi there Can a Webinar host screenshare with their camera off?  I'm hosting a Zoom webinar with a 3 panelists discussion (I remain with my camera off and behind the scenes).I will spotlight the 3 panelists throughout the webinar for all attendees to see at the same time.For about 10 minutes of the webinar, we want to show a short film. **I only want the attendees to see the video, not any panelists or myself alongside. ** Can I as the host (with my camera on), screen-share this content from my computer without turning on my camera? Do I need to UNspotlight the 3 panelists before screensharing? Thank youKhd1

Is it possible to allow webinar attendees (not host/presenters) to see the list of other attendees in the webinar? I know often times when a participant sees a name they recognize in a chat or Q&A box it spurs engagement, but prior to that, it would be helpful to allow them to see the attendee list. Is that a permission you can turn on?

Has anyone found a way to restrict the Q&A in a Webinar so that only Attendees and Host / Co-host can see it?

I had registered to attend a Zoom educational seminar, but finally could not attend the session. Is there a way I can watch a past Zoom event, which, however, was not recorded by the host? Perhaps by purchasing a Zoom premium account? I  do have the meeting ID and the access code. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Is it possible to see more than just an atendee's name during a webinar, i.e. organisation or email adress? I hate to make comparisions, so I will, in GotoWebinar, when you mouse over an attendee's name, you can see their email address. It would be handy so we can see what organisation the attendee is from.... Thanks

I have scheduled a webinar with panelists. Then I changed the date/time of the webinar. The panelists have not received an updated panelist email. How do I re-invite existing panelists? The discussion "Panelists invites" says that panelists will automatically receive an updated invitation if the date/time change, but this has not happened.   

Hi, We like taking group photos after events. When we host a webinar however we need to promote attendees one by one in order to allow then to switch on their camera for a group photo. Furthemore, for larger events we have to scorll through multiple screens in order to take screenshots of everyone. It would be great to have a 'Group Photo' feature in the webinar tool that enables all attendees to switch on their camera and which shows everyone on the same screen. Thanks.

I'm looking for an automated method to have "Participation Code" displayed over the webinar presentation, for a short period, with a different code every so often, to confirm that the student is present during the webinar. I know I have attended classes where this is done, but not sure how to do it. Thank you in advance. Wade

Dear All, Good Afternoon to you all (Im from Sri Lanka), Im using Zoom since about 3 years and conducted 5 or 6 webinars. That is my experience. I need to show all panelists' cameras including speakers to all attendees as follows. Can we do this configuration?I mean I need to show all panelists not only speakers. Like film roles. Exactly like the attached images.   Thank you all 

I've changed the webinar recording to View recording on demand (registration required) and set up the registration. I want people to register to watch the recording and run the recording on a specific time and date for those that registered. How can i do this? 

Hi , This is what was advised by zoom after my search in the web. (Enable Disclaimer - Last Point)  However, I do not have this option. Try going into setting option security (advance), but couldn't find anything.Maybe I missing something.  Need this due to auto translation when the form is opened in different regions. Please help advised.  Thank you in advance. ConvatecGEM
