Good Afternoon How can i create a new account or user under my subscription in order to buy a new license for a customer. I need to link this with his email that will not have access to my subscription but only to his plan. Can anyone help on that?ThanksAris

I need to make an upcoming live seminar accessible to individuals across the US and UK.   This will not be interactive, but I may want to record it. How do I set it up?  Will the participants need more than a meeting ID to join? Thanks for your help! Deb

I've taught many webinars using the same keynote presentations that have several 60 second to 5-minute compressed videos and the videos have worked fine. But today, while the videos played fine on my computer, most of the attendees said the video visuals froze after a few seconds and only the audio continued. The same happened when viewing the vids on my other computer that's used as a monitor. Does anyone know what may have caused this? It's pretty disturbing to suddenly not have videos working on a Zoom webinar.

Hi, We have set up surveys on our Zoom events - after our meetings and webinars, we plan to have an end of event survey and an end of session survey. For some reason the surveys are not coming up when delegates leave the meetings or webinars. This is essential data that we need to collect and we have already missed out on one day of our Event as the end of session survey did not come up.  We have gone through all of the relevant settings to make sure it is turned on in meetings and webinars, and added the survey under advanced options in the actual event - and listed if for all sessions - it recorded two responses but is now not working -  Any advice?  

Hi there! I have a recurring training webinar schedule set up. I am wanting to change the dates and times effective July 1. Is there a way to set up a new recurring webinar schedule without affecting current webinars, but keep the same registration page?

Good morning! One team member in our organization is responsible for organizing/executing webinars, while I am responsible for taking the participant list and uploading it into our CRM for follow-up communication. She is currently downloading the list and sending it to me, however we are trying to streamline this process. We had hoped that by adding me as a cohost or alternate host that I would be able to access the participant list myself, however this doesn't seem to be the case. Is there a way anyone is aware of (apart from her sharing her login information with me) that we could set it up to where I can have access to webinar details like the participant list and recording? Thanks for any help you guys may have!

I was hoping to do a free webinar for a very large group but some friends think I need to at least charge $1 to lessen the possibility that the webinar is bombed. First off, it seems such bombing in webinars is highly unlikely as compared to zoom meetings, though maybe I'm wrong? Secondly, would a $1 charge lessen the possibility of problems or just annoy my webinar folks. Thanks!

Hi,I wonder if you can limit the number of people who can attend a webinar. I have just set up a test Zoom webinar and can see that the webinar size is 500.  I would like to set up several webinars and then send out the Registration Link to everyone so that people can register but would like to limit the number of attendees to 20 for each webinar - therefore if the number of 20 people has been reached on a webinar and someone else tries to register they will be advised that this webinar has reached its maximum numbers and they will need to register for an alternative date/time. Is this possible or is the number set at 500 and can't be changed?Many ThanksMandy 

We have a webinar that has been created for a while capturing attendees for a few months and although we've enabled Branding in the settings it isn't coming through into the webinar.  Is it possible to force the branding onto older webinars? or will it only be available on newly created webinars? 

If you disable panelists to active their webcam before the Webinar started and after is starts can you enable the webcam usage?

can i change recoding setting while cloud recoding? changed setting can apply at recoding webinar?

Hello all,We are looking to use eventbrite for the ticketing for ZoomEvents. Is this possible?  What I see is that Eventbrite will intergrate with zoom meetings and zoom webinar but can not find anything for zoom events.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  We have already started people to register via eventbrite and had to pivot to zoom because originally it was going to be inperson.  Any ideas?

Hi! I have recorded a webinar, but now I realise that the settings were "Record active speaker with shared screen" when I really wanted "Record gallery view with shared screen". Is there anyway to change this afterwards?

I am looking to see if anyone has found a way to request a confirmation from registrants. This is a feature that Calendly has but I can't find a way to do it in Zoom for webinars (or meetings for that matter). See the image attached to how Calendly describe this. To be clear, I am not talking about the confirmation that goes out from Zoom on our organization's behalf. Ideally, I would like an email to go out to registrants 24 hours before the event asking them to confirm their attendance. I would love these to go into the event report in Zoom as CONFIRMED registrants, so this is a feature add. But for now is there a way to send an email asking them to reconfirm and receive an email when they have confirmed? I can see this is possible if I set up Zaps that add them to a group in my Mailerlite, then schedule an email with a link they can click to reconfirm that then automatically adds them to a new Mailerlite group called [Event Name] Confirmed, but that seems a

When hosting a webinar, and attempting to show a video, the participants cannot hear the audio from the video, but I can hear it through my laptop. I assume I have some audio setting not properly selected. HELP!

We have been using zoom webinars for a number of years and always worked well.Yesterday we started a webinar and all attendees kept getting a "This webinar has not yet started message", to the point where we had to create another link and email all registrants (losing some participants in the process).No idea why this happened, considering we used the same settings as always. I was wondering if someone has experienced this - I want to make sure this does not happen again?Thank You,Theresa

We are trying to present a PowerPoint slide deck AND a live presenter at the same time to our Zoom attendees.  We have searched through the Zoom FAQ's and have not found anything that clearly notes the actions we would have to take to present the slide deck and the presenter on camera side by side. We assume that this is possible on Zoom given the number of people and businesses that use Zoom. Does anyone know hoe to set up Zoom to be able to show both a PowerPoint deck and a live presenter side by side? Thanks, 

Hello, I am really new to Zoom Webinars.  I apologies if this information should be known.   I see in the FAQ's that Attendees are view-only participants.  Which is really useful.  Can someone help explain a little more detail how this works; in particular from an anonymity perspective?  Are their any additional changes that are available for options like Chat and Q and A so that one Attendee can not see other attendees name, email address and/or log in information?   Can I set the communication from attendee to attendee to be anonymous in a Zoom Meeting, Webinar, or other conferencing solution? Thanks, John Asche

Is it possible for a host to edit raw dat (i.e. voting results, char and/or q&a) before sending it to the attendees?  Is there a way the end user can tell if the file is original or edited?  We had a webinar (an AGM using Webinar format) and the host would not allow any members to talk, we could not see who was online, we could not see any other chat boxes or and Q&A questions.

After setting up a webinar, with registration required, the invite created has the salutation, "Hi there" auto populated - is there a way to edit this?  I know how to edit other components of the invite, but not this salutation.  Thank you.  

We have an issue where our Panelists (Speakers) enter the screen in a certain order/sequence during a webinar eg.Panelist 1 - Top LeftPanelist 2 - Top RightPanelist 3 - Bottom When it is recorded, the positions of Panelist 1 and 2 are sometimes REVERSED  in the recording? How can we LOCK those positions in place?
