Scheduler

Whenever I schedule a Zoom meeting on my desktop, the email invite opens in the old version of Outlook instead of the New Outlook, which I prefer to use. I've already set the New Outlook as my default email app in my system settings, but Zoom still defaults to the old version. ICS files are set to open in New Outlook btw. Does anyone know how I can fix this so that Zoom opens email invites in the New Outlook? Any help would be appreciated!

I've been trying the scheduler trial and I have to say I'm perplexed. I've used Calendly for years. And for my needs, most are handled with the Zoom Scheduler version. But two things that I seem to see that are a pain: 1) I can't have a page where the person can select between a zoom meeting and in person. In calendly I can. And for my type of work, I need people to have that option. 2) It takes FOREVER for optional times to load for someone to select in the calendar!! Calendly loads optional times/the calendar within 1-2 seconds. Zoom's Scheduler takes approximately 45 seconds (at fastest so far) up to 2 minutes! For most people seeing the little "wheel of death" as we used to call it, it meant the page crashed. So I can imagine the clients closing out the page assuming it's broken when it's just trying to load. Does anyone else have this issue? I've only got 1 calendar (my ical) attached. I’m trying to create a scheduler for a sales team and set it up so clients can schedule a demo and then we assign it to a representative on the team.  I’m struggling to get this set up.  We use scheduler as individuals but having a calendar publicly available where customers can sign up for a demo would be helpful.  I’m told it can be done but can’t find step by step instructions.  Any ideas where I should be looking?

Hi, First time I have had cause to use this forum. I'm setting up a bunch of meeting for next year and I want see them all at the same time but the "NEW" feature Display period won't allow me to set a new Date Range.I'm unable to over type or select a new date range. The help ? mark is of no use what so ever. Id screen shot the proplem but can't see a way to upload it here.Stuart.

I've set up the scheduler and have managed before to set Date overrides. However, this feature seems to have stopped working. I'm just adding dates, and keeping the hours to 9 to 5, click add, see the date added, but when I navigate the scheduler page, I still see the date showing and I'm able to book an appointment. What am I missing? Is there a tick somewhere to make this work? 

Zoom cannot leave well enough alone. I have been a zoom user and subscriber since their first year in service. I used to find it very user friendly and functional. Now I believe it has deteriorated into a  total bag of turds. The UI is total garbage. I should not have to struggle to access basic functions and services. I should not have to waste time on a new tutorial every time some tech idiot decides they have a good idea that destroys the ease of use. Zoom has become a typical "griftopia" American business that does not care about individual users and only cares about large corporate subscribers.

Hey Guys, I like the auto call feature when you have a Zoom meeting scheduled let's say at 6:00pm. At 6Pm Zoom gives you an auto phone call, and when you answer the call, there is a pop up to join your Zoom meeting. However when a client uses Zoom scheduler to book a Zoom phone call, the call gets booked and plugged into my schedule, but at the time of the phone call appointment, there is no auto call, and only a Zoom desktop pop up appears. Anyone know if this auto call feature would work for a scheduled Zoom call?

I am the owner of a Zoom licence for my society and I would like to avoid to be the only one able to open sessions which are led by colleagues within the society.  How can I do simply ?  Thanks  

The "Appointments distribution by type" report in the analytics records no information - it is just a blank graph, even when different types of meetings are booked in the same period. 

I am the only one able to start sessions on my Zoom Pro account.  And I would like to temporarly transfer this responsibility to another people of my organization ?  Nothing is done today for that (no e-mail déclared in Zoom paramters).  What I have to do ?  Thanks a lot ! 

Ok, it is beta, it is connected to my icloud. But what calender will it be using? I have many. Can I choose? Where do I see the actual configuration?

 A few days ago we received an few messages like the one above to re-autorize our Office365 email connections.  A bit surprising but oh well, went to re-authorize and we are stuck here....Anyone else seen this ?  Cannot authorize because of the Microsoft Graph API error. Thanks,Andrew   

Am I just missing it, or is USA (+1) not selectable when entering a phone number?  I have had to use Puerto Rico to get the +1 in front of my number.  I might have missed it since there seems to be no order to the countries.

Did something recently change with the 12 hr vs. 24 hr time format settings in Zoom Scheduler? Scheduler Settings -> Profile -> Time Format I am a user based in the United States, and I want my public meeting pages to display with a 24 hour time format (e.g. 13:00) by default. However, that's not happening anymore, even though I have the setting turned on. They are displaying in a 12 hour time format. Anybody else having this issue?

Hello, We've recently run into an issue with some of our booking pages and feel it might stem from  misunderstanding how the host distributions options work. Hoping someone can help clear this up. Priortize fairness (the option we had selected): At a certain point users were no longer able to book any new appointments with our hosts at all as it would appear all of our hosts were considered either "overbooked" or unavailable (even though some of the hosts had nothing in their calendars at all). Troubleshooting the booking page confirmed this.This was a major problem since we cannot be in a situation where there are no booking slots available and these "overbooked" hosts were only technically overbooked if you looked at the entirety of the booking page and not the day itself. (example: 3 appointments in the next 3 months isn't really considered overbooked unless all 3 are on the same day). We've now change

Why don't yopu make the upgrade to the new Zoom interface an option the user can specify when it will take place?   The previsous interface was perfect for my needs, and when in a hurry to schedule a new meeting I am met with an interfweace that I now have to learn all over again. I figured it out, but I must say I find the older interface design more lelgant and efficine.  Your giving me features I don't care about. And I love Zoom... It is so much more reliable than any other video conferencing platform. Just thought you should know All knowing and all wise Zoom 

Hi, this post is more for curiosity. I'm wondering if I am in a tiny minority of people who have a large number of "No Fixed Time" meetings. This is because we have many clients with whom we "hop on a call" on short notice, at varying times. This use case seems to be a real second-class citizen, in that, a. You can't create such meetings from the desktop appb. The whole page is wasted space for me - see screenshot. I have to scroll down, click the tiny "Recurring meetings" link, and then scroll down through my many meetings to find one (alpha-sorted of that list was restored in - thanks!). Most of the screen is used with the beach umbrella and "no meetings scheduled, enjoy your day". (I don't have any meetings SCHEDULED, but unfortunately in my situation, that isn't automatically a beach day... sigh.) If this is indeed a low priority use case, that's fine, but I have one small suggestion: at the top of this page can there be a simple one-

When scheduling a meeting in the Zoom Workplace desktop app (v6.6.2), the attendee search field gets stuck loading and then turns into a blank white box. The app does not technically go into “Not Responding,” but it becomes unusable and requires ending the task through Task Manager. This seems to happens when the app tries to pull contact suggestions from the user’s Google integration. Typing certain letters (like C) eventually returns results after about 10 seconds of loading, while others (like J) trigger the freeze. The Zoom web portal does not experience the freeze but also doesn’t provide any attendee auto-suggestions — it requires typing full email addresses manually. I re-authorized my calendar, cleared my browser cache, ensured proper time zones, but I am unable to show any availability slots for next week. It was working fine just a few days ago...

I am trying to extend the Scheduler Repeats Date Range, but it's only allowing me to schedule 2 weeks out at a time (to the end of the month). Is there a way to schedule out Zoom time slots for the remainder of the year?

Hi fellow community members, I’m experiencing an issue where individuals booking meetings with me via the Zoom scheduler are not receiving the cancel or reschedule link in their confirmation emails, all other pertinent details are there. any suggestions to remediate this.  Thank you for your help!

Zoom Scheduler feedback. Suggestion to customize the Meeting Title. With Calendly, Bookings, FreeBusy and other apps, the Title of the appointment can be changed to be however you want it. The default for Zoom Scheduler is "30 minute meeting with Josh (1 of 20 spots filled)" That is worthless information to me. I have to open the invite to see who scheduled the appt, the company name, and the purpose. Ideally what I would like is the option of the title to be: "Purpose of the Call (Company Name or Person Name)".  Let me choose in the settings area how I want the variables to be used in the meeting title.  And I just don't understand the purpose of the "1 of 20 spots filled" in the meeting title.  Maybe show that when the other user is scheduling the meeting, but not in the title of the meeting.  

I have added a user as a co-host to several recurring meetings, but they don't show up in their web portal so they can start it from there.  How do I enable this so all meetings show up?
