Scheduler For a Team

I’m trying to create a scheduler for a sales team and set it up so clients can schedule a demo and then we assign it to a representative on the team.  I’m struggling to get this set up.  We use scheduler as individuals but having a calendar publicly available where customers can sign up for a demo would be helpful.  I’m told it can be done but can’t find step by step instructions.  Any ideas where I should be looking?
