Scheduler

I have two issues:1) the meeting scheduler zoom plug-in in outlook no longer works2) I can't log in with username and password and I can't change the passwordTo schedule a meeting, I now have to open zoom workplace via the icon on the desk top (no problems with that, so I don't know why I can't log in the other way) and create a new meeting from the home page.I'd be grateful for any advice.  Many thanks.

Why is my Zoom Scheduler showing No Availability when I have time available for bookings? It has nothing to do with conflict with my other calendars, I have time available for sure. I don't understand why it has the whole day showing no availability. I would attach pictures here to show but not sure how. 

In Zoom Scheduler, if a calendar event is marked "out of office" instead of "busy" it is not considered blocked time. The time will still show as available booking time. Scheduler only removes availability if the calendar invite is marked "busy" or "tentative". This is really unfortunate as it causes availability in Scheduler to be inaccurate. What is Zoom's reasoning for this?

Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account? 

I have a personal free account (email 1). I also have a corporate account as a user, with a different email (email 2). I sign into 'email 2' account and set up my meetings there, but the invite from zoom is sent from 'email 1'. I need it to be sent from the 'email 2' account instead. How do I get this to happen please?

Feature Request: Enable Zoom Scheduler to check availability for both a user’s calendar and a Zoom Room’s calendar before showing available meeting times.This would allow seamless scheduling for meetings that require both a specific person and a specific physical space, ensuring no double-booking and improving hybrid meeting logistics. Hybrid meetings often require both a person and a physical conference room to be available. Without this feature, schedulers risk booking times when the room is unavailable, leading to inefficiency and rescheduling.

I am currently on a free trial for Zoom Scheduler.  I was informed that the trial will end in 3 days time and I do not want to continue.  Is there an option for not wishing to continue when the trial ends?  I tried to stop it today, but Zoom just assumes that I want to buy it, but I don't.  I did not even want to be on this trial.  I just clicked to look which I find rather underhand.  This is no way to treat customers.

I’m trying to add other licensed users as Alternative Hosts when scheduling meetings, but I keep receiving this message: “One or more people you want to add as alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. Remove the following users to continue:Unable to assign "email@samecompany" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time”  I have verified that the other party is licensed and we all work at the same organization together. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a solution?

Noticed today that when a client books a meeting with me using my scheduler the confirmation of booking is EXTREMELY delayed.  I have a Business level account located in North America.   Any word on the ZOOM SMTP server experiencing delays? Thx

Is there a way to generate a report for meetings removed by the "Remove recurring meeting series after instances" feature?

I want you to know that just by looking at something that I have not signed up to it.  I recently looked at scheduler and before I knew it, that I was told I had subscribed to it.  I haven't! How can I get out of it?  I only looked.  This is a sneaky thing to do! I just looked, I did not buy.  Can I please be not subscribed to scheduler because I am not using it.  Is there a way to unsubscribe? 

Hi, I am registered with Zoom using my active Gmail address.  With my previous - now deleted email address/Zoom account - Zoom would open Outlook to send the meeting invitations once the meeting was scheduled.  When I schedule a meeting now, it doesn't do that.  Should Zoom be generating an email from Gmail to send my invitations, or do I just copy the information and send it myself, or does it matter?  Thanks!  

My use case:I want to schedule a weekly presentation that my audience can sign in for using a schedule page created with Zoom Scheduler. I want Zoom Scheduler to only display dates that have an event and not "empty" days that have "No availability". But Zoom does not allow me to make the setting "Don't display days without availability". I urgently need this feature!

I have been spammed by a party (or parties) in one country. I want to keep the scheduler available, but avoid one country.Please advise.

When a booker schedules an email and the confirmation email comes to our inbox, their email is in the body of the confirmation email.  When we reply to that email to follow-up or respond to a question, it only says "Zoom Scheduler" in the "to" field not the booker.  How we do get the booker info in there, so that we can reply/follow-up?

I just signed up for scheduler, need to get sms or email notification when someone creates meeting, so I don't have to keep checking zoom calendar,  how to do that? Tried setting notifications to you everywhere but no email or sms works for creating meeting. Email is sent to attendee when creating meeting but not to host, email is sent to both when meeting cancelled.

When using the link provided in Zoom scheduler, it takes you to the page, allows you to select the booking page of choice, but once clicked pulsing gray blocks where the time blocks should populate and the 'spinning' thinking wheel is all that shows.  After a few minutes it will show a simple error message with no explanation as to why the page did not fully load.  Greatly appreciated if anyone has a solution or can relate to having a similar problem.  

Hello, every single time I create an availability poll and try to update it, the scheduler freezes and never updates. I just get the spinning wheel forever until i force quite out of Zoom and log back in. This has been happening every single time - for months - on the Zoom App for Mac. I've tried making sure my laptop and zoom are on the most up-to-date system but I've never gotten it to work. My workaround has been to delete the entire poll and make a new one but its a horrible option when the link was already sent to clients. Any troubleshooting tips?

Just today when people were schedule meetings with me via my Calendly link I got the error message from Calendly that Zoom was not connected.I chatted with the help bot; however, was not able to complete the instructions to reauthorize the integration as there was no setting option in the upper right corner after I clicked on scheduler so I was stuck.  I have also reached out the Calendly as I am not certain which side of the equation the issue resides.

I recently joined Zoom and linked it to my website.  When clients book appointments they get a calendar invitation but the Zoom meeting link does not appear when booking the appointment.  It just says "URL will be provided when booking is complete."  The meeting link will show if I manually create a Zoom meeting from the Zoom site.  Also, my Website (go daddy version) says the website is connected to my Zoom account.  I want the client to be able to book a session and then the appointment/calendar link is automatically generating with the Zoom meeting link.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Problem: (1) Available time on the calendar is not showing (2) I believe buffer spacing has become buggy / is causing issues Situation:I have a calendar hold that offers 30-minute calls, but these calls can not have another call within 15-minutes before or after this call In the past I have leveraged the "buffer" feature to not schedule calls within 15 minutes on either side of the calendar hold. I also set up the calendar to schedule calls in 15 minute increments. Historically this has allowed calls to be scheduled every 45 minutes, IE: 8am, 8:45am, 9:30am, etc. Recently, it seems like the buffer times are recognizing each other, and will not allow a call to be scheduled within 30-minutes of each other. IE: a candidate schedules a call at 8am and the calendar hold does not show that an 8:45am is still available. OR a candidate will schedule at 8am and another candidate schedules at 9:30am, but there is no availability

I have 6 different meeting types for my clients to book on Scheduler. I added them in a random order. I have noticed that the newest meeting is the first to display on my booking schedule page and my public page. I want these schedules to display on my public page in a specific order. Is there a way to do this?

Pretty sure this is a feature, not a bug, but wondering if there is a workaround as it causes some issues with end users in my company being unsure of if they actually sent the invitation. Issue detailed below ('I' means anyone in the company). When I send an invitation to a meeting I am hosting through Outlook, the invitation gets sent to me, but immediately is put into the deleted folders. The other recipients receive the invite no problem, but since I'm the host (and I believe it auto-accepts the invite) it goes directly into the deleted folder instead of my inbox. Unchecked the option in Outlook that will send accepted invitations to Deleted, but no change. This occurs whether the invite is sent from the Zoom app or directly from Outlook. Also tested with multiple accounts. We don't use Gmail or another mail service, so using anything other than Outlook isn't an option. Thanks!

Hi, has anyone experienced zoom sending an invitation to someone on its own? A client forwarded a zoom meeting invite from me that i did not send or create that meeting. This meeting is not in my zoom account.
