Scheduler

I set up my Zoom account with a particular email account for my log on and profile.  But when I schedule a meeting a different email appears as the host of the meeting and the invite is sent out from that different email account, not the account which is on my profile.  I am fairly sure I didn't make this change and I can't work out how to change it back.  Any ideas?

I am trying to figure out how to work in Zoom scheduler/meetings.  My firm has several types of meetings and a few different people who rotate taking meetings based on knowledge and capacity and we are trying to come up with the best way of handling that without the need for an ungodly number of booking pages.   I tried setting up a booking page for one meeting type as an "any host available," but it defaults to only one of the group of hosts no matter how many meetings I schedule.  Fine, but when I edit the meeting to make someone else the host, it doesn't remove the meeting from the original host's calendar, notify the client, or notify the new host.  Is there a way around that? The booking pages are also allowing for overlap between scheduled meeting types.  While testing this I was able to book more than one meeting at the same time for the same host.  How do we ensure that doesn't happen? 

I am trying to set Zoom Scheduler to sync with my Google Calendar.  When I go to set up it only shows the option to sync to an iCalendar or Outlook.  I have added the Zoom add on to my Google Calendar and it gives an option to set up a Zoom meeting through Google Calendar.  I also get an email notice in my Google Email when a meeting is scheduled through Zoom Scheduler and I can acknowledge and it populates on my Google Calendar.  Is there a trick to get Google Calendar as an option in set up?

Hoping somebody can help with this as I’ve been sending multiple messages with support but I am still without a resolution. I have been using Zoom Scheduler for at least a couple of years now and I have always used the same calendar.  For some unknown reason, over the last week or so I have been receiving requests to authorise integration with my calendar, once I did this it worked temporarily but now my calendar has completely disconnected and I am unable to integrate at all.  Just to confirm that I have made no changes to my account etc but it seems after the most recent Zoom update this has caused issues. I am using Mac desktop app. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

My Scheduler calendar was working fine last week.  Now i get the following message.  What could be causing this issue? The host's availability could not be retrievedPlease contact the organizer to resolve their calendar connection

I am having the hardest time finding this solution. I, like so many others, have multiple Google Calendars. You know, Family, Personal, Business, etc. I want to automate Zoom to select my Business calendar when scheduling meetings. Is this possible? Currently, I must first select the calendar, which defaults to my Personal calendar.  Thanks, DD 

Since last week, I haven't been able to change the date range in my 'Any host available' scheduler. When I try to change to the date range in the 'Availability' tab, I can no longer click on the 'Finish' button.I can click on the 'Previous' button, but not on the 'Next' button.If I click on the 'Previous' button and try to push 'Finish' in the 'Host' tab, I am taken back to the 'Availability' tab, where the same issue persists.Note that this is even the case if I remove all date overrides in the past and change the schedule to not include any past dates.The issue is the same in Safari, Chrome, and the Zoom app (Mac).Help!

Having this error in the desktop app and cannot look at calendar or schedule a new meeting.What is going on?

Somehow my picked time slots on all Tuesdays are not appearing on my planning page. Also: can I re-open a time slot which I have been using for a test? The chatbot is not helpful.

My clients and I are BOTH receiving emails for cancelled appointments or for appointments that are rescheduled for different days/times but the reminder is for the ORIGINAL date/time.  This is causing a lot of confusion with my clients and it looks VERY unprofessional for me.   How can I fix this?

When I scheduled a meeting with a recipient in the old, old interface, the attendee was invited to put the meeting on their calendar. I also received an iCal appointment on mine.  Then there was the option to send the iCal notice.  Now the only appointment for me is on the Zoom calendar, and not on my regular calendar.  I'm missing appointments by the boatload.  I'm searching for a way to do it, but I can't find it. I'm seriously considering changing to Teams, which is an idea that I abhor, but Zoom is now screwing with my livelihood!

I have the application installed on my Windows 11 PC.  When I schedule a meeting, Zoom states that the host is my Microsoft Work Account. I used to be able to use Office365 Outlook to schedule a meeting. This function is no longer available. I can only enter invitations by manually typing in the addressees. How do I switch Zoom from being associated with my Microsoft Work Account to being associated with my Microsoft Personal Account? I created my account using my email address and Microsoft Personal account.

Hello Zoom Community.Sorry if my question was asked already. I could not find the answer.My current set up is a set schedule every week on what times I am available for each day of the week. Zoom scheduler also looks at my Google Calendar to see what is open. So if I have something personally blocked off my Google calendar, it won't show up on the Zoom Scheduler availability for the users to book.My question is, how do I delete the availability on specific days within the month? For example, let's say my availability is 10am-8pm on Thursday, July 5th specific to client review meetings. How do I delete the availability on that specific Thursday but still have then 10am-8pm still be available for all other Thursdays?Right now I manually block off the time off my Google calendar. My set up is that I also have another Zoom availability for certain types of bookings I can still be available for on July 5th (example new client meeting).Is there a way to

I just paid for Zoom scheduler after a free trial and linked a Microsoft 365 account calendar to it. Initially it seemed to work fine (during the free trial period) but now it is not updating my calendar at all. I have a meeting someone booked with me on Scheduler, and I received the email but no invitation and no calendar entry. I can't even save as a meeting, I have to recreate the event in my calendar and copy the entire message into it. This almost entirely defeats the purpose of paying for this product? I guess I can try removing and reconnecting the 365 integration, but Zoom says it is still connected. So frustrating to pay $100 for something that doesn't even work.

As a teacher, I use a scheduling system for my students to book lessons. Recently, I've encountered an issue where some students have been able to reschedule their lessons as late as one hour before the scheduled time. This has been problematic for me as an instructor. I'm looking for a way to implement a 24-hour minimum notice period for rescheduling. I want to use scheduler for my business, where multiple employees could have their calendars available for clients to schedule with them. I paid for an additional user, but I can't find any instructions on how to add another calendar. Anybody know how to do this?

I have my google calendar bidirectionally synced to my account, however the scheduler is still offering times during calendar events. For example, I have an event scheduled on my google calendar for Friday 2-4pm...Zoom Scheduler is offering 2pm as an available time to book a call with me. Please help 🙂

Can anyone help? I've restarted my lap top twice. Created a meeting and the second page loads. But not the webinar. It shows in my list as existing but I can't get the registration link as that page isn't loading. Very frustrating. My wifi is good.

When adding the iframe code to our website (Squarespace) it appears fine on desktop but doesn't seem to be mobile-friendly. It doesn't stack like it's supposed to on mobile. So all you see as a user is monthly view calendar and when you click on a date it doesn't dropdown/pull up the times to choose from. They stay to the right - off of the mobile view and you can't scroll to the right to see them. Shouldn't the iframe option work on mobile  just like it does if you were to click the Zoom Scheduler link on mobile?
