Solved

I've been using recurring meetings- meet anytime for 1:1 meetings that occur randomly through the week. Today I tried to schedule a new one, but the function for "meet anytime" is gone. Support article says it should be listed under the "recurrence" drop down, but I don't see it there. It seems like it was forcing me to put in a specified date and time for recurring meetings, which really just doesn't work for what I need.

All my clips disappeared. When I try to contact support it says my account is Basic and for that reason I cant contact support except for reading the community, when my account is supposed to be a paid account (the last payment was 4 days ago and successful). in my main profile online it says my account is "Workplace Pro". When I try o creating a new "Clip" id doesn't save it after I record. In the clips area it just says "No Data".What is going on?? How do I get my clips back??

Good morning, I was editing the recording—saved in the cloud—of my meeting on Saturday, October 18th, when the message “error” suddenly appeared. Since then, I haven’t been able to view that recording anymore; it’s not in the trash and it’s no longer listed among my recordings. What should I do?

I have a basic account.  I tried to log on and it prompted me to create a 2fa code (which I already had).  I did this, and now my new 2fa does not work, and I cannot log onto my old basic account.  Zoom will let me reset my password, but not my 2fa.  I created a new basic account to post this question.  How do I delete my old basic account and switch to the new?

Hi Zoom Folks, So this was working but has broken again in the past month or so. It was working fine at some point before 6.2.3.2056. Sorry for not being exact but this also coincided with a hardware error on my old laptop (since replaced). The issue that I'm seeing is reported here  but for the record it seem like zoom is now trying to use (/usr/libexec/xdg-desktop-portal:297866): xdg-desktop-portal-WARNING **: 22:51:56.438: A backend call failed: No such interface “org.freedesktop.impl.portal.RemoteDesktop” on object at path /org/freedesktop/portal/desktopXDP: remote desktop session owned by ':1.549' closed** (/usr/libexec/xdg-desktop-portal:297866): WARNING **: 22:51:56.438: Failed to close session implementation: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Object does not exist at path “/org/freedesktop/portal/desktop/session/1_549/zoomcast I've tried also using GNOME under wayland but still get the same behaviour. Cheers Steve

I want to be able to share screen more than one application at a time when I'm in a Zoom meeting. But my Zoom only lets me share screen with one application at a time. If I want to switch between applications I'm screen sharing, I have to first close out of the first screen share, then start a new screen share. This is really annoying and time consuming and distracting when I'm trying to lead a meeting. Please advise!Thank you

I'm using "All Screens" mode in Zoom to proctor an exam for about 30 students. Is there a way to record the session--that is, is there a way to record all of the shared screens? I know that in All Screens mode, only 3 shared screens will show up in a window at a time, and you have to toggle left and right to see other screens. Can Zoom record the entire session--the toggling back and forth of shared screens? I'd like to be able to review the shared screens after the exam, since it's impossible to do so for that many people during the exam time. Thanks!

I really need to know this. I appreciate your answer

Why does the sound quality of other apps get impacted when participating in a Zoom meeting (even when muted)?  Is there a way to fix this or work around it? BackgroundI regularly host drop-in Zoom meetings (e.g., office hours for an instructor).  Often, the Zoom meeting will be empty unless someone drops in to get help.  While waiting for someone to join, I am often doing other things including listening to music, watching a video, or similar (which I pause/stop when someone joins).  I am always muted when doing this. The audio is great when Zoom is not in a meeting.  However, as soon as I join a Zoom meeting, the audio quality of the non-Zoom apps drop significantly.  As soon as I close the Zoom meeting, the audio quality returns to normal. I have tried changing audio settings in various ways (including selecting all of the various options in the "Audio Profile" section of the Audion settings) and have not seen any specific improvements.&nb

An error shows on the top of the page, and we also failing to create a meeting as of this writingexecute SQL error, method: PRIMARY.MeetingOccurrenceInfoMapper.getItems, rawSQL: SELECT meeting_number, occurrence, account_id, meeting_id, create_time, modify_time FROM ZMWEB_MEETING_OCCURRENCE_INFO WHERE meeting_number = #{meetingNumber}we also get other errors"invalid meeting ID" when were trying to delete previous meetings"get trashcan list failed" when we are trying to look into recently deleted

We have a conference room set up with big screen, camera, and mic/speaker on the table. When someone wants to use this for a Zoom meeting, they connect the cables - but they also have to change Zoom's settings for camera, mic, and speaker. When they go back to their desk or on the road and want to use Zoom, they have to change Zoom's settings again. This is a) cumbersome, and b) hard for some of our technically-challenged users to cope with. Is there any way to switch between groups of settings? Spelunking through AppData, it appears that settings are buried in a number of database files. (I was hoping for an ini or json file)

Hi everyone,I’m using Zoom on a Mac and had previously uploaded a custom background image. I’ve deleted the image, tried resetting my settings, uninstalled Zoom (even using Terminal and deleting library files), and reinstalled everything fresh. But the background still appears in every meeting — even though it shows as “None.” It’s like the image is permanently stuck and now labeled as “None.” Has anyone experienced this? Any tips to fully wipe the background from my account or force Zoom to refresh the virtual backgrounds? Thanks in advance!Sandra B1.

Hello, I am looking for ways to better customize the email templates that are sent out via Zoom upon registration, reminder, and post webinar emails. Similar t what Webinar Jam does.   Is there a way to do this?

Hi, there!I would like to know if it is possible as a host to switch camera and audio to OFF for just a single or a few participants?

I can't enable Live Streaming in meetingI can't find livestreaming of meetings in Meeting (Advanced) to enable it

En mi tarjeta de debito se realizo un cobro de zoom workplace de 420 soles, que no reconozco, soluciones? a alguien mas le paso? nose porque paso esto

Hello, can anybody help me with troubleshooting zoom?Meeting organisator has a list of emails, he does not send any invitations. Other people see the meeting in their accounts. I don't see the meetings. The problem is on my tablet and on one of my phones. I see the meetings and can participate on another phone. Yesterday I was able to see the meetings in zoom web interface on my tablet, I was able to start the meeting somehow. But now all the meetings disappeared. What should I do?

The support article at: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362643-Sharing-computer-sound-during-screen-sharing tells how to share computer sound, but I need more than that.   I teach music theory/composition via Zoom, so I need screenshare PLUS microphone PLUS computer sound, simultaneously.   How can this be done?

I was working with a customer who had a brand new Dell XPS 15 9520. They are experiencing a problem with audio as follows:1. Audio works completely fine (mic and speakers) outside of Zoom2. When joining a Zoom meeting through their Outlook calendar, Zoom seems to disable the audio devices altogether. Zoom says that it is unable to detect audio devices and to switch to another device. This issue persists after the meeting has ended and then the PC will not play any audio. The sound devices are still listed in the device manager. 3. When the PC is rebooted, the audio comes back. When starting a meeting from the Zoom desktop client, the problem does not occur. This seems to only occur when the meeting is joined via invite link on an Outlook calendar. For troubleshooting:1. Reinstalled Zoom desktop client and Zoom Outlook plugin from zoom.us2. Uninstalled NVIDIA audio driver3. Installed realtek audio driver 6.0.9285.1 from dell.com/support. I have not seen this issue on any

At some point I stopped being able to schedule recurring meetings. I just started receiving the mentioned code. I had subscribed into and integrated it with Calendly and then canceled the subscription. Not sure if this is causing it.

Okay, chatbot failed miserably. When I answer or make calls on my laptop using my AirPods the called person cannot hear me. When I delete Zoom and all its files, my calls can be heard just fine. When I reinstall, the receiver is again not able to hear me at all. The Audio Codecs are seizing control of my AirPods volume and making them useless when Zoom is loaded on my device. What ya' got for me? Hope a real live person can help. My work requires I use Zoom or I wouldn't. FaceTime works just as good for me.

Hi, I’m having an issue with the Zoom mobile app. In every meeting I join, the only control that appears is Unmute. I don’t see Start Video, Share Screen, Participants, or More, even when I tap the screen. What I’ve tried: My camera works in the Zoom preview before joining a meeting Rejoined meetings Updated to the latest version Uninstalled and reinstalled the app Joined the official Zoom Test Meeting (https://zoom.us/test) — still the same problem Confirmed that hosts have not disabled video Extra detail: If I switch my phone into split-screen or zoomed display layout, the controls appear. But when I return to single-screen mode, they disappear again. This looks like a UI scaling bug. Phone: [insert your phone model + OS version here] Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix, or will it require a Zoom update? Thanks!

Hello everyone, 1. I published my first webinar event, now what should I email the moderators and speakers.   What do they need to do?2. Is best that speakers send their content to the moderator or should the speakers be given share access on the day of the event? What is your experience?

Hi,I would like to switch over to zoom phone from our current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones likey cisco 9861 or poly e550. \1) Can I set a BLF button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours for the auto attendant? We often stay late or arrive early and want the ability to answer calls. Is there another easy way to accomplish this?2) I have two employees who work from home on occasion. Can I setup two phones for each of those users without paying an additional monthly fee? As I understand it, a user can have 3 devices - just confirming. We will all share a single number.3) I currently have workplace pro that I use just for zoom meetings. I see I can mix and match plans. So could I buy the 15 unlimited plan for 3 employees then the pro plus for myself to add zoom meetings capability?4) Can I create 4 park locations. For example, 70, 71, 72, 73 then easily park a call in that location? Thank you very much for your time.
