Solved

I have downloaded the latest Zoom app from the website, but whenever I try to install it says "The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance" But Zoom has no technical support unless you are a paid customer. I guess freebies get no help.

I set up to host a meeting and when I started the meeting it would not let anyone use their device audio. Wanted everyone to dial in.  Closed the meeting and tried again. Same problem.  Then closed the meeting and another person started a new meeting with their ID and that meeting had normal audio. There must be some weird default associated with my account.  How to fix this

I just saw a carge of 130,42 € and 0,90€ in my personal credit card but I didn't subscribe any plan (I have a base one).Did it ever happen? Does it can be a scam?

I'm a Pro member.  When logged into Zoom, I can see that my account is noted to be "licensed".  When rescheduling a 60 minute Zoom session in Outlook, Zoom presents me a warning message letting me know the meeting will be limited to 40 minutes.  As I understand Zoom's policy, I'm thinking there should be no 40 minute limitation on Pro customers sessions.  Any advice?

Hi! I can log in to my PC app, but a second after I get logged out with the pop-up message saying that my session has ended and I need to log in again. This didn't start to happen until after I changed my password, because I tried to open zoom on my android tablet, which didn't work either. The mobile app didn't even want to open the window to join a meeting or sign me in on the tablet. Recently, joining a meeting on the PC app without signing in often results in camera not turning on and only shows a spinning wheel.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times on both my laptop and tablet.

There is a man here on zoom pretending to be a Hiring Manager for Oxley Holdings offering employment his name is Richard Lewis email *********** he tried scamming me for $500 dollars said it was for equipment and I still see him on zoom he just sits on zoom all day trying to scam as many people as possible.someone needs to do something he makes you think you get hired then asks for your debit card offers to put money on it after he asks you to send money

When I try to access a recording sent to me in an email as a link with a password it says recording does not exist 3301. does anyone know how to solve this? I have been receiving recordings in the same way for 2 years without an issue until today.

We have the meeting ID starting with US02web.... How can I change it to show or ministry, like Https://GEA...

I meeting I have had people register for has been deleted. I have asked Zoom via chat if they can tell me when and if I was the one who deleted it. I need to know if the platform is stable, or if I somehow did something wrong because I cannot have a repeat. They will not tell me if they can even find that information or not. Vent: I have been trying to find this answer for 10 days, sitting through 3 chat sessions, wasting over 2 hours of time. The agents just want to keep their metrics low and not actually tell me an answer. The tickets are marked as low priority.

Hello, so all of a sudden my Mac & iPhone cannot log me into Zoom as it says error 1132. However the same account is able to be signed into using my old MacBook and work iPhone. I have had constant emails from zoom trying to help saying send the error message, update, uninstall, reinstalll and still the same result.  I have appealed too twice and no luck. Can someone please help me out as I am getting very tired of the same help line answers that clearly aren't listening to what im saying.

I have researched how to do this, but the associated domains tab is not in my account profile - I have a pro account. Please help

MacBook Air; Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1 Zoom 15.11.11. 22019   System will not let me update Zoom. Error Code 10004. I can enter a meeting via browser, but then message that browser won't allow access to Share Screen.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to configure the voicemail greeting.    The situation is that a User account has two direct lines assigned to it.   Each line works fine and can easily switch between them on the Zoom App.   However, I'm having issues trying to set up a new voicemail greeting for the 2nd number.  Ultimately, I need to configure it so that if a call comes in on line 1, they get greeting 1, and if a call comes in on line 2, they get greeting 2.    Is this possible? Thanks!

Three participants at a webinar raised their hands to speak: All three followed the same exact instructions to unmute. Only one was able to unmute and speak, the other two were not able to, although they kept on pressing the unmute option that kept on popping up. They are not new to Zoom; they have participated in the past and know how to unmute in order to speak. Could this be this the host's admin mistake?

I have PRO Zoom, and have read the articles here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/211579443-Scheduling-and-customizing-a-meeting-with-registration#h_01EDCWZNM0R30ERQ1C8MEXWWJ8 Yet - there is no "Question" tab at all, at the top.  Please see screenshot attached.  Am I missing something?  Is this no longer available? Thanks!

(pt-br) Eu gravei algumas aulas na nuvem para exibir através do acesso em um ebook, mas acabei esquecendo de pagar. Eu quero saber se eu pagar pelo serviço, eu teria acesso aos vídeos? (eng) I have some videos in the cloud, but I forgot and I didn't pay the bill. Hi all, I'm hoping I can get some help.  I conduct weekly Zoom meetings for our business with clients across the U.S.   Starting about 5 days ago I was on one of these meetings and I got dropped FOUR times!  The clients were still on (nothing happens to them), and I don't receive an error message, I just get kicked off.  Since about 5 days ago, I have had this same experience multiple times.   We thought maybe it was our Internet, and got an Ethernet cable and a booster from our Internet provider and today did a test, and even though we are connecting directly to the Modem, we still had this issue.  We also thought it might be the computer we were on and changed that too.  We are still having the same problem.  I am at a loss and have another Zoom meeting scheduled tomorrow with our clients that I can't cancel or postpone.   It's beyond unprofessional when the host is dropping in and out

This mostly obscures the audio and video buttons at the lower left corner. On top of that, it looks bad. I'm a longtime Windows and Mac developer, so I think you need to do more than just get the main desktop size. 😉 I'd start with a search: taskbar height site:stackoverflow.com You also want to check whether the taskbar is visible or not, and it can be on the sides or top of the screen, so take that into account.

I have a Chromebook, and got the message today at the top of Zoom screen that "Zoom Chrome app will no longer be supported since June 2022" (maybe they meant as of June or after June?), and to use Zoom for Chrome PWA to join meetings. I have downloaded that app, and now just need to know if this app will still work on my Chromebook beyond June? The info made it sound as if this was so, but I sent a note to Zoom support to double check, and the tech guy said no, b/c the PWA was not an extension. Does anyone know?  I need this to teach, so appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hello,Is anyone able to give me a yearly cost of using zoom being able to hold unlimited classes with up to 25 guests each time?   Thanks very much!!Enid

Hello!I joined a weekly scheduled meeting (Pro level) that didn't show a host. When I contacted the admin to get a host id so I could claim host, she said it would cost more money. Can anyone explain? Thanks! Jane

The issue is this: we have a green screen on the wall and we wish to display a map there. However we see the map only partially there. Now when I write this, it seems quite obvious: Zoom fits the image to the whole meeting screen, it does not scale it to the green screen part. That is why there is a big chunk missing, no matter which resolution the image is.Is there a solution to this, so that we could project the whole map there? Has anyone worked with this kind of setup?

I pretty new to setting up the meeting with interpreter. I just changed meeting ID from Personal Meeting ID to Generate Meeting ID, Can the old link I shared to everyone can be used for the meeting? I talked to the support center and they said it does not work like that.

We're in the process of organizing a conference in zoom events that's scheduled to take place in a few months. Given that we'll need to continually update things leading up to and during the event, I have a question regarding ticket details. Specifically, I'm wondering if it's possible to edit ticket prices even after the conference has started. Is there a possibility that ticket prices might get locked at a certain point before or during the conference, preventing any further edits? We're keen to understand if there are any restrictions on modifying ticket prices and how we can go about making these changes if needed.
