Solved

Hi, I wanted to ask the community about Translated Captions. Our company works with a global audience and we have an Enterprise account. I can't figure out why the Translated Captions option is not in our portal. The first picture is what we see and the second picture is what we want to see (with the option to enable the feature) . If anyone can assist that would be great. Thanks.

hi-I want to see the meeting attendees in my meeting summary and I do not think this is possible.  its important to see who came to a meeting and who didnt.  is there any way to do this?

Does anyone know how to change voicemail greeting on an iPhone and whether it can be done through the app or Safari. Thank you, James

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see the names of the participants in the Waiting Room?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room, but not who they are. We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs and our webinars are setup without registration, in case that makes a different. When I search Zoom support, I get conflicting information.  Thank you.

HelloSo i was wondering, if there is a online french meeting for kids of the age 10-18 or something. And meaning by that, i mean like where you can learn the language French.if there is would you introduce me to that :)

How can we enable the outbound call to these countries:Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, VanuatuScope: Apply to our multiple Zoom Phone site. We are currently unable to create a support ticket through the Zoom Support Portal, whereas this option was available previously. We have also attempted to seek assistance via the Zoom Virtual Assistant and phone support, but both channels appear to be AI-based and have not been able to resolve our issue.Could you please advise on how we can raise a support case or connect with a support representative?

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them?

That the transcript is downloadable in the Zoom Workplace client under Recordings and Transcripts even when the recording is local The specific ask: an API endpoint (or extension to existing endpoints) to download those meeting transcripts when no cloud recording exists Your auth model (Server-to-Server OAuth) and the endpoints you tried (/users/{user}/recordings, /meetings/{meetingId}/recordings) and their responses (200 empty / 404We store our recordings on our network to be shared with the larger teams that do not have Zoom accounts and would like to be able to download the associated transcripts and summaries that are available through the user front end via the API that you can do with Zoom Phone. Here is the information from the chat bot that says it is currently not possible via the API. Zoom’s Meetings recording/transcript APIs only surface cloud recordings (and their associated transcript files). Local recordings (saved to the host’s computer and then uploaded to Google Drive

I have been having issues when starting meetings that I have created.  I keep getting the message "Please wait for the host to start this meeting" message, although I am the host and the person who scheduled the Zoom meeting.  This happens when I click on joining meeting directly from my calendar that I have created.I verified I am logged into the zoom integration on google calendars but I'm still experiencing this issue.Looking for assistance.

Hello Zoom Team,My name is Artem, and I am an IT student and an independent developer.I have created a desktop application called Conference Notebook to help users organize Zoom meetings more efficiently.Current features include:• Creating and managing a meeting schedule.• Storing meeting names, dates, times, and Zoom links.• Automatically opening the meeting link at the scheduled time.• Displaying all upcoming meetings in one simple interface.• Editing and deleting meetings.• Automatically removing completed meetings.• Saving all meeting information locally on the user's computer.• Optional automatic startup with Windows. The goal of this project is to simplify meeting management and reduce repetitive manual actions before every conference.I believe some of these ideas could be useful as a future Zoom feature or as an official integration. If anyone from the Zoom product team is interested, I would be happy to demonstrate the application and receive feedback.Thank you for your time.Best

How much time is wasted around the world with the phrase “You are on mute”?How many jobs have been lost by a “hot mic” that someone wasn’t aware of?Both of these are related to the mute function not being particularly visible.I wish there was a MUCH more visible way to indicate that you are on mute - maybe the color of the frame changes? or a light pattern/watermark shows up over your video?Note - red and green would not work as colors (unless a pattern was also included) due to accessibility for colorblind folks.

I would like to record myself for a presentation.  However, the record to cloud function automatically starts whenever I start a new meeting. I have turned off every automatic record feature I can find and it still starts recording automatically. I have gone through the steps listed in the tutorials and step by step instructions. I want to be able to stop and start recording or pause on the zoom screen and I don't see that icon. What am I missing?

This STILL seems an issue. We have an Enterprise license for a very large company. I host Software training meetings. I went into my “upcoming meetings” a week before. I named an “alternative host” who also is on the enterprise license. He did NOT receive an email. I forwarded him the email link that I “copied” from the meeting details. He clicked on it, and it prompted him to register, then said “host cannot register”, The meeting he is named as Alternative Host does NOT show in his upcoming meetings. Very frustrating when you are trying to have a back up instructor step in for you. Does Zoom have any reasonable resolution for this? Is there some work around?

Unfortunately, this problem persists, and there seems to be little interest on Zoom's part in resolving it. As an interpreter, I find it incredibly frustrating that changes are being made to functionality, and it seems no one has actually asked a professional interpreter whether that particular feature would help or hinder us in doing our job. Yes, we need to hear the original when we work directly from what we call the floor. However, if we need to follow an interpreter on another channel (which then becomes the original for that interpreter), having the two audio feeds is chaos! What has possessed ZOOM developers? Why would it be less of an issue for the interpreter to hear two audio feeds at the same time than it is for a participant, who can in fact disable the function as it is deemed too distracting for them, and the Interpreter?? Is it not equally as distracting or even MORE so?How can we impress upon ZOOM the need to reinstate that feature for the interpreters???? Suggestions a

Hello,I want to set up a recurring meeting with no fixed time, as I have done multiple times before. But the option seems to have disappeared, I can only choose recurring daily, weekly or monthly. I contacted support, but got no reply. Does someone in this forum have a tip for me how to fix this?

If I start a meeting as the host the only way so far to get invited people into the meeting is through a link I would need to send to them.  Why can’t the invited person just use the zoom app, click join meeting, than enter meeting ID, than enter passcode for meeting and hit enter and wait for host to let them in to join a meeting.

I just recorded a test meeting and saved it in the cloud. Can someone please tell me where I access the cloud? It's not obvious as when I record to my laptop, a separate window opens showing the recordings. Thanks,David
