New laptop - trouble launching a meeting

I have a new laptop.  I can schedule meetings, I cannot get the meetings to launch. I have a new laptop, I can log into my account, schedule meetings, but I CANNOT get the meetings to LAUNCH!!! I do not know what to do!  

My account does not allow Zoom support - a very negative.  I have tried using the Zoom messaging - I do not know if anyone from Zoom will respond - not a positive outlook for assistance from Zoom.  

So, does anyone have suggestions to assist me?

    Hey @VRS welcome to the community! Have you installed the Zoom desktop client from https://zoom.us/download? Suggest looking into the KB on Joining a Zoom meeting! This has a great walkthrough of how to join via written instructions or video tutorial! 🙂

    i was informed by Zoom that I had earned a Zoom Community badge for my question, but there have been no replies.

    This did work so well!

    Thank you so much.  

    I really hate that my paid subscription for a HIPAA compliant account did not allow even chat support from Zoom.  

    I did not know what to do except ask for assistance and that did work!
