Good afternoon! Can you tell me why the video that is saved on the computer is not converted? I double-click on double_click_to_convert_01 but nothing happens?

I recently was the only user on my Zoom workplace Pro and had my own "meeting ID" that I used for all my meetings. I've now added a user to my account. I am wondering if we will use the same meeting ID? That is can she be logged into her account and I logged into mine (allowing us to each host different meetings at the same time)?, but using the same link we provided to our participants? 

The participants can't hear me while speaking. What can I do?

Hi there,   Looking for some help in adding the "blur virtual background" effect, it worked previously but now has disappeared. I have updated my zoom (5.7.6 1320) and my computer software on macOS (10.13.6) and restarted my computer several times!   Thank you in advance!

Need Inactive user report beyond the 6 month default. Obviously data is there, it just seems there's no way to export because of 6 month limit. Even trying to back calendar up to dates I need in 6 month increments doesn't seem to work. Data needed/desired is user last sign in from Aug 1, 2022-Feb 3, 2025. As I said, when paging through the default results, I see the data exists, just not in a time frame that I need it.

We have a webinar coming up and I want to be able to drop my email in the chat that is a hot link for people to click on. How can I add my email address so it is a live link? I’ve seen it done so I know it is possible. Thank you! 

Workplace version 6.3.1Appears with one of the latest updates to Workplace, Message groupings were rearranged.  Granted I like the addition of the Apps group, I'm not happy with Shared Spaces pushed all the way to the bottom.  Once another folder is opened, our Shared Spaces gets push out of view.Is there a way to change the order of Messages? 

How do I disable typing suggestions. It's distracting and annoying while trying to type. I turn this off in other apps, but I cannot seem to find out how to turn it off here. It started popping up after the latest updates.

I just bought the basic phone plan for my small 1 person business. The purpose is to have a virtual phone # for the business that I can use on my personal cell phone to avoid mixing business/personal. For some reason the setup gave me an Extension - not needed, this prevents clients from calling me (it's stupid to require random callers to need to know the Ext #. It should just be a straight pass through call). Using the Zoom Workplace app on my android phone - try to make a call and I get this error message "Sorry, the requested service is not available in your calling plan". What the hell? I literally only bought this "Phone Service Plan" plan because it said it could be used as a virtual phone for my business. This should not be this difficult to setup and use.  2nd problem - using the Zoom Workplace app, I cannot figure out how to setup/record the Voicemail. this should not be rocket science. I am new to hosting Zoom Webinars. Although I host many Zoom meetings and rely on AI Summary to capture the content and create a summary, after hosting my first Zoom webinar, I was surprised to not see the same report. I do find the transcript within the video recording page, however do not see a way to export it. Is there a setting or permission in order get the AI Summary after a webinar, as after a meeting, or, must I copy and paste the transcript within the video recording page to a document? Any easier, more efficient ways to get that AI Summary?

_Can't verify phone number._I go to Add Phone Number, select a label and a region, and I type the number,and get the verification code. But when I type the exact code, it doesn't work, and I try again, and then it saysI sent too many code to this number.Tried again 2 times and still the same problem. Please help, thanks. 

I am trying to update to the latest version of Zoom from my old iPad.   After signing in it says I need the update to be 5.12.2 or higher.    When I click update it asks me to download the last compatible version as the latest version is not compatible with this device.   I click Download and get the same message again, and so it repeats. My iPad is 10.3.3 (14G60)

When I create an invite for my coworkers to have a meeting in our conference room with internal and external employees, the meeting appears on our tablet in the conference room so I just need to hit "join" which has usually just started the meeting on the screen in the conference room but is now giving a message that it is "waiting for the host to join" and will not start the meeting until someone externally logs into the meeting but the original invite was created from the conference room calendar itself so should be the host already. Any ideas what is causing this?

Hi,I freshly downloaded Zoom Meetings, and when I went to open a meeting, and it prompted me to join the audio channel, I clicked 'join' and the meeting closed. Also, when I navigate to settings, if (and only if) I click onto the 'audio' tab, the settings window closes I currently have an external microphone and headphones that run through VoiceMeteer Banana. This setup has worked on my laptop, but not my desktop computer. Any help?

Hi, I have an account with the following specs: Zoom Pro, Zoom Webinar - 1000, Zoom Large Meeting - 500. I understand that we cannot have concurrent meetings, which is why I'm interested in licenses and users. I'm a bit confused about how this works. How do I make it so that a user/license holder can have all the specs listed previously without having to purchase a whole new account to get all of this? Does an additional license need to be purchased and assigned for each of these three components? Or can I purchase a license for the Zoom Pro, assign a user, and that user will have access to everything within the main account?

HiI have the Pro plan and just increased it for one month to 500 participants as we are having an event in a couple of weeks and anticipate having more than 100 online.We have been using zoom for a couple of years and use the same meeting link twice a week. Normally when I log into zoom this shows as a recurring meeting, but now when I log into zoom and click on meetings, I don’t see any meeting scheduled at all. However, if I use the usual link we email to our users, it connects me to the meeting.But I am concerned that no meeting shows up under the MEETINGS tab …Tx.Lyn

Windows up-to-date (AverMedia Cam), Zoom updated to Version 5.11.10 (8200) (64-bit). Using my camera in NVIDIA  Broadcast mode causes Zoom to crash when I go to the Zoom Video Settings. I cannot get Zoom to recover from the crash; even after a reboot Zoom remains crashed/frozen if I re-open it. There is no error message, once the crash happens, no part of Zoom is functional.

Please disregard the location, I had to put it in so I could post this.I've been having a reoccurring issue with my profile page not loading. If there is anyway to fix that I need the solution ASAP. I have the most recent version of Zoom on my MAC. Refreshing the page, signing out and resigning in, restarting computer, clearing data, and closing the tab and pulling it back up do not resolve the issue.  

I've been successfully hosting hybrid Zoom meetings with my Mac laptop, iPhone, and iPad all connected in the same room for 4+ years. One for the speaker video and room audio, one for the class video, and one for me to control the session and share docs on the screen. Only 1 of the 3 devices is connected to audio--to avoid feedback. Until this month. Now, I get a message that Zoom is unable to turn volume to 0 on iOS devices. And the phone and tablet now give low volume feedback during our meetigs. What changed and how do I avoid this problem?

I want to use the free plan on my phone but when I install the app and try to set it up, it wants a credit card. Is there any way to avoid giving a credit card

We set up en recurring meeting (every 2 weeks) a long time ago. When we used the link the meeting starts. How can we get rid of the meeting? Or can we ignore it and set up new meetings at the scheduled time? Thomas
