Hey Zoom community, I’ve been using Zoom for virtual meetings and recently started exploring its potential for eCommerce consultations. Since I work with Sellvia, I’ve considered using Zoom to connect with potential customers, offer product recommendations, or even provide support for my store.Has anyone here used Zoom for similar purposes in ecommerce? Any tips on setting up effective consultations, integrating scheduling tools, or automating follow-ups?Would love to hear your experiences and best practices!

We recently changed computers but the audio in Zoom is heard very low, we have already raised the volume of the bar in the Zoom settings but it is still heard very low, in other applications such as Teams we have no problems.

Hi, I live remote from a non-profit group I belong to.  There are monthly meetings in a conference room setting.  The leader of the group is the Zoom Host, with her laptop.  I am the only one dialing into Zoom. Except for the Host, I cannot clearly hear anyone speaking.  It is muffled, and most words are undiscernible...how can this be corrected so my meeting experience is more productive? Thank you, Beth

Hi, I'm on Pavilion laptop with Windows 11 24H2. All of a sudden, my speakers are not working for Zoom, but they work for everything else. When I do a speaker test, the bar is flashing as normal to show that it is making sound, but nothing comes out of the speakers. I uninstalled and re-installed the app a few times, even removed FXSound sound enhancement, but I am still not getting any sound out.  Mic and camera work fine. Has anyone got any suggestions please? TIA

I’ve noticed that my face is quite asymmetrical, and I recently realized that my students may have been seeing me in a way I find unflattering. I assumed that clicking the 'Mirror My Video' button would fix this, but I’ve now realized that it didn’t work as I thought. I’m looking for a real solution to this problem, or I might consider unsubscribing and switching back to Google Meet.

Can I have 200 participants on Zoom A large meeting license—depending on the license— allows up to 500 or 1000 participants to attend a Zoom meeting. The owner or the admin of the account can add this feature for Licensed users, and it can be subscribed to on a monthly or annual.

All users are assigned an 'Enterprise Essentials' licence when they login to Zoom for the first time, which is supposed to be for staff only as we have a limited number. I would like to have all users assigned an 'Enterprise Student' licence by default when they login to Zoom for the first time - is this possible to achieve within the Zoom admin console settings? Thanks,Anthony

Hi I'm using a Workplace pro account for work.  We have a single licence.  When I'm signed in to the zoom app on my macbook and go to schedule a meeting, as soon as I enter an address into the 'attendees' field, zoom automatically  adds a particular colleague as the host of the meeting to the list of attendees.  Worse  - even if I delete this colleague from the list, and send the meeting out, it still has him as the host, and all of this is with his name and email address (i.e. not the email address connected to our pro-account) as the host. I've scoured the internet and zoom for where this setting (presumably something like 'default host for meetings') might be, and simply cannot find a way of changing this - help! Thanks in advance

After updating to 3.6.11, Zoom refuses to let me play a video that I was able to play before the update. I get an error saying the video resolution is larger than my screen size and it won't play the video. I had no problems before the update.

 The video played just fine before updating to 3.6.11. Now I get this error and Zoom won't allow sharing the video. 

A couple weeks ago, I bought a new HP touchscreen computer. I downloaded the Zoom application as normal, but my camera is not working. The only camera I have is the computer's default camera. I know there is nothing wrong with the camera itself because Google Meets works just fine. This is a problem because I'm required to have my camera on for work. What is the problem?

Hello,I have an issue that is due to my own mistake and not double checking which account I was signed into but I am hoping there is a way to fix this issue if it happens again in the future... I am the Executive Assistant at the company I work for and my Zoom account was added as a licensed user on my Boss's Zoom account. So for each scheduled meeting I am marked as an Alternative Host which works great when I select the link while signed into my own login. However, sometimes I have to sign into my boss's account for certain tasks; if I don't sign out and log back into my account before starting a meeting it will automatically sign me into his account and I have to run it has him which then makes him unable to join the meeting. How do I "end the meeting" and/or "sign into my own account" without making the link an issue for others to join afterwards, as this was the issue I ran into twice now? how do i reactivate a zoom meeting link

I can perfectly access Zoom with other devices; however, my pc won't let me even access the audio settings. So whenever I try to open a meeting, as soon as I reach the part about activating my audio, my computer is becoming really slow and it's giving me an error message (Zoom Meetings has stopped working - Hang on while Windows reports the problem to Microsoft...).  I upgraded my hardware only to some degree, but more than enough to launch games, make video calls and watch live streams. So I personaly don't believe it's a problem of my setup, even though my screen almost freezes entirely. Furthermore this problem also occurs then I open the audio settings in zoom (so without trying to participate in a meeting). (I just installed zoom again, so it shouldn't be a driver problem.) 

Please advise whether there is any way to retrieve a meeting recording which is ended abruptly due to a power outage or device malfunction. This has happened several times and a solution for future or advice on retrieving the recording would be greatly appreciated.   

Does anyone know how to change the background image of the screen that says "Tap Controller to Start?" The default is a shot of the Golden Gate bridge in the clouds. We've manage to change the display for Digital Signage but when there's a call starting, it changes to this image, which we'd like to change. Hello,  Is it possible to receive an email with a list of attendees/participants that had joined a meeting? Now I have to download the list manually every time after a meeting. I would like to automate that. 

I am not seeing the option to allow download for users who have the replay link. Instead I have to go into each recording individually and update the share settings. Is there a global default I can adjust?   Alternatively, if that is not an option, does anyone know if I can enable certain individuals to access my recordings and act as an admin on my behalf to share the download?

I used to be able to show my personal meeting controls to my participants (toolbar, workplace app, etc.).  This was helpful when training others to use the platform.  I keep the setting to "always show meeting controls" turned on in the workplace app so that I see the controls, but there used to be a second setting in the web interface that would show the controls to my participants.  I can't find that anymore.  Has this function been taken away?
