So yeah, I'll try to be simple and fastZoom does not detect the microphone, and in other apps like discord / windows / whatsapp web it works just fine.I'm talking about zoom desktop, in zoom web it works just fine.So, any ideas? I also did the configuration stuff in the mic (that is to say to give windows permission, same with the volume stuff)So, any ideas?Software: W10 Pro 22H2, Audio Driver: Realtek (R) Audio 

The 1132 error code indicates that we have investigated an incident and found a violation of our Acceptable Use Guidelines or Terms of Service.   Why did Zoom immediately blocked me from using Zoom in my laptop. How to resolve this asap. I need to use Zoom asap.

When I am texting an individual number, I can add as a contact and their name is displayed. However, when I start a group text message, it won't let me rename the chat, like "Joe Smith's Family." Is there a way to rename it without having to add every single person as a contact?

Can you help me figure out how to my Zoom account to my outlook? I added the add-on for Zoom in my outlook but when I got to sign-in, it won't allow me to select to sign in with my Apple ID. Since I have it linked my apple ID, i don't have a typical password so now I'm stuck.Any help?

I work in I.T and have just had a customer call stating that whilst they are in a MS Teams meeting, if they were to receive a call to their Zoom Phone, it would disconnect them from their Teams meeting and automatically answer the call to their Zoom. They stated they have never had this issue (nor have I seen this issue before today), and they stated that this is happening to around half of the workers (small business, around 10-15 employees). I'm personally unable to test this issue without the involvement of the customer as we don't use Zoom Phone, and we also would not like to inconvenience the customer at all. The version of Zoom the customer is running is 5.16.10 (26186)Would heavily appreciate if anyone has any knowledge on this issue that can be provided.

Hi everyone,  New to the Forum. This evening I did 2 recordings for a video podcast using my laptop to record and since I don't have the pro account as yet, I added the "Sembly" app to get transcription and "minutes" from the recorded session.  Using the Sembly App external to Zoom, you have to send the invitation link to the app, it will then join the call and act as a Virtual Assistant, recording the meeting and it's AI wizard will summarise meeting, capture transcription all alongside the Zoom call being recorded as normal which is accessible after the call. However when I finished the record and twice, went to end the call - using the "End Meeting for All Users" option the call ended - as expected - but the usual window that should open saying "converting file" to save the recording never showed, both times. I thought maybe it's a delay and it will show up later and on a troubleshooting site, it said restart Zoom

When using a Zoom Room, it would be nice to have the option to hide when the "room is speaking" from the room's display. Otherwise, for the duration of the meeting, there is a box at the top of the screen that says "XXXX Room is speaking", which seems unnecessary to show the people in the room. We have noticed it getting in the way of slides in a screen share.  Thank you for the consideration.

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there.  In Privacy and Settings:– Zoom is ON in Accessibility– Zoom is ON in Camera– Zoom is ON in Microphone– I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

Hello,We have a call center with federal requirements to provide anonymous support for our hotline callers.  Is there a way to remove the caller ID or prevent it from showing when it goes to a call queue or attendant?  Our hotline counselors and volunteers should not be able to see the caller ID from the original caller. Any ideas on how this could work? In our previous system we forwarded the call to another number that redirected to our call queue.  However with Zoom, we are still seeing the original caller's Caller ID. Is there any way to make a custom call route that may help us do this? Thank you! 

I am taking a class that requires us to meet via zoom meeting and do some role playing situations. One of the group hosted the meeting and sent email links to the rest of us to join the meeting. We all have zoom through our university and the links were sent to our university email. I am not very well versed on zoom and assumed that because the host had information going to the cloud and transcript activated that I did not need to do that. All seemed to go well. After the meeting ended the host sent us links to our portions of the video that we could submit for our assignment. Because I did not have transcripts activated during my portion, I did not see the text until I opened the email. The names of the other members were accurate, but my name seemed to be a random name. My user profile on my university account does have my name correctly listed, but this didn't match. Did this happen because I did not do cloud recording on my end, the video itself was fine? Hello, When I enable live transcription during a Zoom meeting, I want to ensure that participants are not forced to see the subtitles.1. Is it technically possible to prevent participants from seeing subtitles even if live transcription is enabled?2. If it is not possible, is there a way to hide my language settings so that participants do not know which language I have selected for the subtitles? I would appreciate any advice or possible workarounds.Thank you!

In a manually-transcribed meeting where I'm not the Host, my viewed transcript omits everything before I've clicked on "View full transcript". How can I get the full transcript? I'm using Zoom 6.3.11 on a Windows 11 laptop.The same omission happens when I return from a breakout room and forget to turn "View full transcript" back on.

I register my webinars on the cloud and I don't have any pronblems with the audio transcriptions.I have a fiend who would like to make audio transcriptions from this webinars that last 90 minutes which he downloads on his hard disk. But he doesn't find the audio transcriptions file?I don't know how to help him so far. I wonder if there is a duration limit on the transcription or if the problem comes from the fact that he registers his files on the hard disk? I thought he might shut down his PC before the transcription was made but he says it is not the case.Any idea or feedback welcome.Thanks in advance

For the past 4-6 weeks I have been experiencing intermittent unstable Internet connections with every Zoom meeting on paid and unpaid accounts. Over the course of an hour, video and audio freeze with an unstable connection notice 1-2 times, more over a 3-4 hour meeting. Once it completely booted me out of the meeting I was facilitating. This has caused tremendous problems during recording. I am in a home office running Mac OS 12.6 on an M1 Mac Mini and Zoom 5.15.7. My Internet speed is a gigabit on Ethernet and tests out at excellent speeds when Zoom freezes and I get the unstable connection notice. Still, I've taken to putting my email client and web browser offline when running Zoom, but it has not curtailed the problem. Internet use in the rest of the home on gigabit speeds is minimal to moderate, with no one else reporting Internet loss or degraded speeds/service, and the rest of my Internet services continue to work. We have a Voicemailbox for compliance, and we can't capture any data that could be tied to an employee.  Is there a way to have a VM box not capture the who called #..  or anyway to mask it only for the one number? Thanks!

The invite does not have an unsubscribe link and I have been getting spammed with them for months now. The sender is Zoom and if I block it I will not be able to receive emails for other zooms that I actually register for.
