I would like to be able to unmute a blind dial-in participant who has much trouble unmuting herself. I am able to unmute each of the other participants because they are using the Zoom app and have given the host permission to unmute them. Is there a way for the dial-in participant to give the host permission to unmute them? If not, is there any chance Zoom may add this functionality at some point? TIA

 Hello All, I'm seeking support on Zoom technical issue which i faced yesterday during hosting a meeting where I was sharing my screen (sharing videos and audios), accepting participants from waiting room etc. The problem which I faced was that the zoom was narrating everything like when a person is joining the meeting or when person is leaving, when i was making someone co-host, or when I started sharing my screen. Please help me to figure it out because tomorrow again i have to do the same.Also, let me know if it is a global issue from the main account or was a problem with my zoom account or system(mac). Thanks!    

Hello everybodyI can't share my screen anymore during a meeting. When I press the button "share" and then "screen", instead of sharing, the meeting is recorded. Can anyone please help? Thank you very much!

Hello Zoom Community, We are in the process of submitting our Zoom App for review and would appreciate some clarification regarding a couple of points: If our app is approved for production, does this mean it will be available to all Zoom users, or is there an option to keep it private for specific users or accounts? We need the Client ID and Client Secret for the Zoom Client SDK to integrate with our platform. Can anyone provide guidance on how to obtain these credentials?  Any assistance or insights you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,I can't find this exact issue here yet.I am a delegate for a user and when creating new zoom meetings for that user it creates duplicate meetings with the same ID.  This can only be viewed by logging in on the web app and viewing the users meetings.  It creates only one meeting on the calendar. Both meetings seem to be functioning properly as the same meeting - meaning, when the zoom link is clicked from the invite, it starts as usual for all attendees, it showed that both meetings are currently in process (little red camera next to zoom link on web app).When I delete one, both are deleted.  Very odd, I guess it's not hurting anything as it seems to be functioning fine, but it is just filling up pages of double meetings on the web app.I have re-synced, re-added the account, done all the things to try to get my account to sync correctly with the users account.Help!

screen control option not available for chrome os zoom app. anyone plz help

I have this problem where when I join a Zoom meeting, the client kicks me out as soon as I'm in. This happens whether a host invites me in (restricted access) or a non-restricted access meeting. This happens on only a singular device, Windows 10, desktop pc. It is not limited to the signed-in account. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom software 3 times and that has not changed the problem on this one device. Need to know how to hide individual profiles.Only option we see is to turn off all profiles. 

Several months ago, I attached the live streaming keys/URL no problem & I was able to start a Zoom & have the live stream stream into a Facebook group page. For the last few days, I have had nothing but problems with the Zoom app, "Live Streaming." It has 2 going at once, it says it's live streaming & it's not, Facebook doesn't see it as connected & when I select custom stream it gives me a Zoom page error saying I'm just not able to. What in the world is going on? The last 2 nights I had to delete the app & reload it in & then I could stream to Facebook. Today was Day 1 of my official challenge & no such luck. Errors all over the place! Embarrassing & had to use my phone for a serious live presentation, which was not seemless at all as I could not share my screen from my phone. PLEASE! I have a PAID account! How do I NOT have access to speak to someone on the phone!? I am so PISSED right now, I need some answers.

Hi, I just got the zoomphone. Assigned the number and outgoing is working good. But I am not able to get incoming calls nor SMS. And I can't send sms as well it shows that I don't have a direct number. Can someone please help me how to set it up? Thanks

I meet regularly with someone else who has her own zoom account, she used her account number for the meeting. Is there someplace within my own account that I can schedule this meeting, using her account number, or do I need to keep hitting the link which I have to locate somewhere else (like on my Ical, where it somehow got corrupted)?

Running Zoom meeting on a Crestron Microsoft Teams Room System. Noise suppression setting has changed, default noise suppression is now Browser built-in noise suppression. This setting allows a distracting amount of background noise (typing, papers shuffling) to go across the call. If I select Zoom background reduction we no longer hear the distracting background noise. How can I permanently make Zoom background noise reduction the default noise suppression selection on all of my MTRs? I do not have the issue when running Teams, only zoom meetings 

So from the docs there used to be an option to use 3rd party surveys:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067657 (under step 6)But since Zoom implemented their own surveys, it looks to me like you guys quietly gutted this feature. Is this feature still available? If not, maybe update your docs so there's no confusion. 

We can upload custom emojis in Zoom Team Chat, why can't we use them in the in-call chat in Zoom Meetings? Seems like an easy change. Thank you

Problem:We utilize a Zoom Phone call queue for our team, with availability set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We've encountered an issue where users remain in the call queue rotation even when they are marked as "Out of Office" (OOO) or on Paid Time Off (PTO).Specifically:Users set OOO or PTO in Google Calendar, which syncs with Zoom, correctly updating their Zoom status.However, these users continue to receive call queue calls.The Zoom documentation states that enabling "Allow queue members to set their own Business Hours" should prevent calls from routing to members outside their business hours.This feature is not functioning as described. Despite enabling it, users still receive calls while on OOO/PTO.Currently, the only solution is for users to manually remove themselves from the call queue

When analysing the surveys in a meeting where guests can also register, the names are not displayed.I have a meeting and a survey in which everyone can participate, I did a test and registered as a guest where I can also enter my name.If I now take part in the survey and then look at the results, I only see Guest in the name and not the name entered by the guest.So I can not do any analysis of the result because I only see Guest as name. The anonymised participation option is switched off. 

I HAD A MEETING THE OTHER DAY AND TH PERSON SHARED THE RECORDING WITH ME AND IT HAS AN ACCES CODE AND EVERYTHING BUT WHEN I PRESS THE BUTTON "WATCH NOW" ITS SAYS THAT I CANT AND I DONT HAVE PERMISSION. HOW CAN I WATCH IT THEN? THEY SNET ME THE SHARE VIDEO AND THE CODE ACCESS. I DONT UNDERSTAND

My profile picture is no longer showing when I turn my video off or is already off when entering a room or meeting. How do I get the profile pic to show again and not just have my name?

The latest update has "Upload Slides as Background" shaded out as an option. (In the Advanced tab). Offering that option made it a lot easier to set up my meeting room, so please restore this option in the next update.  I don't have a problem with the new presentation mode, but why can't you offer both? "Slides as Background" is super easy to load and then you see the participants and chat super easily without having to organize it yourself. PLEASE RESTORE THIS FEATURE!

Hi, Im holding meetings in zoom where attendees are over 200 and I'm being asked for segmented attendee data to identify which functions are engaging with the training.  Is this possible? At the moment I can only export a list of email addresses so its a manual job to identify which functions they all belong to.I wondered could I set something in the settings so that when joining the attendee registers which function they're from?Any help appreciated.
