Can anyone help me understand how this works or is anyone using it? Are all the prerequisites required? It talks about certain phones you need to have I'm just all sorts of confused. It shows having zoom phone application clients so can we page to these devices? I tried visiting with support but all they do is send me the links to the articles I've already read, but they don't really explain what the end result is. I was with a company in the past where for paging all we did was buy the ip horn and give it a license and assign it a common area, you can then call that extension and get a page in essence. Do you still go through this same process and the cloud thing is just a way of grouping them all together? 

Has zoom started letting small businesses that are sole proprietor setup sms ? 

I'm late to the party on this and just figured out that I can't send texts anymore. I never realized this was a requirement of mine. How do I create a brand when I am a sole proprietor without an EIN.  This is not required for tax purposes for my business, so I don't plan to get an EIN. I tried to use my SSN - probably a dumb move - but that was rejected. Now what do I do? Anyone? Anyone? I keep emailing support with no response. Really upset right now.  Also - how long does the approval process take??? Weeks???  I read that somewhere. 

Good day!Please tell me how to set up a conference so that the session rooms do not close when the organizer leaves and there is no one else, but the conference is still running. I'm using Zoom app with an electronic whiteboard (Android).I'd like to use a web camera(external camera) and a speaker to the online meeting by the electronic whiteboard.Where can I switch a web camera from a built-in camera?   Actually, when I use Zoom for Windows, I can choose a web camera or a built-in camera. ( I can select a Speaker, too. ) But I can't find the settings menu for Zoom Android.  Could anyone help me how to switch a web camera / a speaker?

When starring a contact or chat channel inside the Chromebook PWA Zoom app and then closing and reopening the app, the starred items are no longer starred.  Thanks  

Currently within the Zoom for Chromebook PWA app any chat channel that receives email messages are displayed as an unsupported type of message. Is there any development being made to make this become compatible in the PWA app? Thanks 

You used to be able to navigate in Zoom (chat, set up breakout rooms, make someone a co-host, etc.) while sharing your screen with an embedded video were playing in PowerPoint. Now, when you click anything, the video stops playing. It's back to the way it was a couple of years ago, but then there was an update a while ago that enabled us to do stuff while the video was playing. Now you can't. What happened?

I constantly use the safe driving screen in meetings.  Yesterday it was working fine, but today it stopped allowing me to unmute when I tap the Tap to Speak circle.  The app was not updated recently (since 2/28), the settings in the phone or Zoom were not changed.  I can unmute using the standard meeting screen.  I followed all the troubleshooting advice - changing app settings, phone permissions, force stopped the app, reinstalled the app.  Nothing seems to have helped.  All the settings are as suggested.  No error messages. Phone - Samsung Galaxy S23Zoom app version - 6.3.11.28195

Hello,I am having taking a class online, and when the instructor sends a "quiz" in chat. When I click the link it downloads and I'm able to fill out the test, but when I try to submit it when I'm done I get a "missing data" message but I have everything filled out. I don't know if it's because I'm using a MacBook (ver 15.3.2) , because this recently started happening once I started using my MacBook. I used to have a cheap HP and I was able to submit my quizzes with no issue. The only reason I switched to a Mac was because I needed more "RAM" memory for my old HP, so I don't know if there's some type of setting I need to change or what to fix this issue.

Hi Team, We recently signed up for Zoom Phone and used the service for few days, during which we also ported in our business number. Unfortunately, our account was permanently suspended due to a reported violation. As a result, we are unable to log into our account or access any information. We submitted an appeal to have our number released or ported out, but the appeal was rejected without any explanation or details provided. This number is extremely important to us as it is actively used for our day-to-day business operations, and the current situation is causing major disruptions. Your support in resolving this matter would be sincerely appreciated.

Anyone know why when i record a meeting and play it back, i only hear myself and not the other person on the recording?

I am trying to log into my desktop app. i do not remember my password. i hit forgot password. it takes me to a "google or apple" page. i click either of them (tried both) and it just logs me in onto the website automatically. no option to actually reset my password ever. still don't know my password. still cant get into desktop app. 

Hi everyone,Over the past week, I've been experiencing an issue when trying to copy and paste images from one Zoom Whiteboard to another. This feature had worked flawlessly for several months, but now it suddenly stopped working.Specifically, I'm copying images from a whiteboard where I prepare teaching materials and trying to paste them into the whiteboard I use during class. When I paste, the images briefly appear and then disappear again. It looks like the whiteboard reloads itself right after the paste action.I've tested this in Firefox, Chrome, and the Zoom Workplace App on Ubuntu — the issue happens in all of them.Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can fix it?Thanks in advance!Cheers,Hannes

In Zoom Pro, when I am in "multi-share" mode with my students all sharing their screens, I would love to be able to put their screens in order instead of my view being in the order of when they clicked share. It would be wonderful to be able to sort my view of their shared screens by last name or first name, or - even better! - to be able to put them into a specific order of my choice (for example, being able to put the three I need to keep an extra-close eye on all together as the first three). In a related wish, I would also love to be able to request a participant to screen share, similar to the options we have to "ask to unmute" and "ask to start video."

I am the owner of the account and unable to locate the team chat tab on the home page.  How do I get into the team chat admin page?

I have a zoom room setup running with a neat bar but not getting connectivity. I see that it has a valid ip address from our network but cannot connect. The iPad is also connected to our network. Tells me to "please check my network connection..."  When accessing settings for the neat bar it gives me Status - not connectedDisplays mac  addressdisplays valid ip address, subnet and gateway. My network team says they see the device connected to our network but still the device is not talking to anything.    

I am using the Zoom extension for Google Calendar (in Chrome) to keep track of my client appointments (i.e., Zoom meetings). If a client has a recurring Zoom meeting at the same day and time every week, will the Zoom link that the extension sends in the invite continue to work each week? 

Since the last zoom update, I am getting a small popup message at the top of my video window with every meeting I start. It says "Turn On Reactions 'zoom.us' has turned off Reaction effects. Click (the video icon) and select Reactions to add more impact to your gestures". It has an "x" to close the popup window. But that doesn't close it.  It only closes when I click the green video icon in the top function bar. Whether I turn Reactions on or off - the popup is still there. I don't know how to upload and image so I hope this is explanatory enough. Don't know if this is a bug, or if it's pilot error somehow. Would appreciate any tips on how to get rid of this popup!   I'm using a Macbook Pro running OS Sequoia 15.3.2.Thanks.

I  have tried going through and correcting the gender from "her to him" etc - but that doesn't seem to make any difference.  I would think, especially for the primary user (me), there would be a way to indicate my gender, but I can't find it.  Can anyone help?  

Zoom is not playing sound on my brand new laptop running windows 10. Zoom can see the speakers (onboard or bluetooth) and appears to be playing a test sound - bar showing signal but nothing is coming through. Mic is working fine.Occasionally there will be a split-second of sound and then dead. Speakers work with everything else except facebook messenger   Here's what I've tried: - off and on again (zoom, soundcard and laptop) - updated windows - updated soundcard driver - updated zoom and rolled back to a previous version - adjusted control panel settings (allowed applications to take exclusive control, disabled audio enhancements)

I hosted and recorded a meeting last night. The audio visual recorded and downloaded just fine, the chat also downloaded. There were 10 documents shared with participants in the chat, those are showing in my Zoom Workspace above my recording but when I try and download them I receive "Download Failed" error message. I cannot even open the documents to view them. In the past, items that have been shared via chat have come over with the chat download, these did not. I am really needing these documents, any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I also reported this as a problem.
