I  have tried going through and correcting the gender from "her to him" etc - but that doesn't seem to make any difference.  I would think, especially for the primary user (me), there would be a way to indicate my gender, but I can't find it.  Can anyone help?  

Zoom is not playing sound on my brand new laptop running windows 10. Zoom can see the speakers (onboard or bluetooth) and appears to be playing a test sound - bar showing signal but nothing is coming through. Mic is working fine.Occasionally there will be a split-second of sound and then dead. Speakers work with everything else except facebook messenger   Here's what I've tried: - off and on again (zoom, soundcard and laptop) - updated windows - updated soundcard driver - updated zoom and rolled back to a previous version - adjusted control panel settings (allowed applications to take exclusive control, disabled audio enhancements)

I hosted and recorded a meeting last night. The audio visual recorded and downloaded just fine, the chat also downloaded. There were 10 documents shared with participants in the chat, those are showing in my Zoom Workspace above my recording but when I try and download them I receive "Download Failed" error message. I cannot even open the documents to view them. In the past, items that have been shared via chat have come over with the chat download, these did not. I am really needing these documents, any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I also reported this as a problem.

When I start Zoom, I have to let all participants into the meeting. How can I ensure that the participants automatically enter the meeting without letting them in individually? What settings do I need to make?

Am I being fussy - as a trained sound man? - but I am sure users of Zoom could benefit from the option of an easy-access Tone Control.  Or EQ if you prefer. Why?  Some people in a group chat will use poor mics or even poorer technique - so they sound muffled or boomy.   Quick EQ is totally everyday in a broadcast studio, taking varied calls from correspondents and listeners.One flick of bass or treble, cut or boost, makes all the difference.   Indeed it is an Access issue that Zoom should by now be aware of. And, invented by Peter Baxandall in 1954 for radios and record-players, it is user friendly.  C'mon Zoom techs.  It's so simple! 

On my Lenovo E16 gen2 laptop, the Fn button on the keyboard does not mute the microphone in Zoom during a meeting.Previously, the Fn button to mute the microphone worked in Zoom, but after recent updates, this button no longer mute mic. The Mute button works properly in Teams, Messenger, Skype, etc. How do I fix this?

However, neither of the two API reports that include QA data seem to contain any upvote information.Is there another way to access the upvote data programmatically? Best regards,Mike

Hi There, I am working in a company which used Zoom corporate account with on-premise setup before.  For some reasons, our company changed this Zoom service as a self-serve service & let user to apply their own subscription themselves individually. Before corporate account service expired, we disabled those force sign-in options in security part.  We believed that such corporate account & associated domain will be disabled when service contract expired. However, we found those users who are using the associated domain email which will be still forced to join the corporate after service has been expired for few months.  On the other hands, the unlink associated account option is gone when service contract expired.  I have raised support ticket to Zoom CS by previous owner account but seems they are not so responsible for a basic user. As our users has subscribed the Zoom service th

I am at a point where I am desperate for help. I recently updated my mac to Sonoma and keep receiving the notice "unable to establish a secure connection to Zoom." I also cannot get the Zoom download or account page to load correctly on my computer but can't get it to work on my phone and iPad just fine (so I know it has to be an issue on my Mac). I have tried everything - clearing my cookies and cache, restarting, making sure Zoom is up to date, granting all the right permissions, and security settings and deleting the Zoom app and redownloading it after removing it from the trash. I tried to contact Zoom for help but have been told that my account (the free one) "doesn't qualify for use of the chatbox or support tickets". I am desperate for help here - can any tech wizes give me some suggestions I haven't thought of? 

I have a number of events set up in a membership site hosted on Heartbeat which integrates with Zoom. I've paid for a large zoom capacity of 500, assigned it to my Zoom licence and am still having my workshops capped at 100. Has anyone any ideas of what else I can try? I have two more events left and would love to fix this!

Hello,I am setting up a zoom room in a fairly large space. there are two conference tables (parallel to each other)  I was thinking instead of having 1 screen in the middle, to have two screens on the sides. My understanding is that zoom can be split screen but 1 screen will show speaker and the other the rest (other people on call, etc). Can i show the just the speaker or whatever the speaker is sharing on both screens at the same time? Like during a presentation?

I have a pro paid account . anyone know HOW I CAN CONTACT tech support .... ? I'm hoping they MIGHT be able to find 2 missing  cloud recordings for me (one from september 2024, the other months earlier) I had a few recordings saved to the zoom cloud. there were there, and I turned off the auto delete.... I did NOT reset the auto delete setting, but recently when i went in to get the recording - the setting was set to 90 days !!! I've no idea how this happened... the first recording from 2023 is still there, was not deleated (and I have a downloaded copy too)but two later recordings are NOT. (and I don't have ANY copy)the missing recordings .- one was recorded in september 2024, the other earlier. These are very important recordings , 2 special events , for a community non profit, to put their website. I tried emailing support - but that doesn't work

As a member of my library's programming team, we use Zoom for our online programs. In the last few weeks, patrons have reported issues joining some recurring Zoom meetings. These issues appear to be random and do not affect all who are invited to a meeting.  While some problems are likely due to a patron's setup (e.g., an outdated app), there is one oddity reported. In a couple of cases, patrons have reverted to an earlier email containing the same recurring meeting link and have joined the Zoom meeting. We had one case in which a patron joined via her phone, but could not join via her computer until multiple attempts were made on her computer.  We use Constant Contact to email links to our patrons, but I'm doubtful that CC is playing a role when many patrons can join our meetings. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas how to solve it or anyone know if this a bug? Thanks for your time!

Hi! I think our Zoom room has been deleted. 'cause I was about to edit the meeting link, but I couldn't find any of the Tuesday calls. However, the recordings are still there, along with the most recent Tuesday call. So, I tried searching for the meeting ID in the meetings section -> previous, but nothing showed up. 

Good morning,I'm looking for historical data on recurring meetings, in particular how long the meeting lasted and if anyone other than the host attended. My Previous Meeting tab only shows previously scheduled meetings, not previous occurrences of a recurring meeting. Thanks! John

Can anyone help? I've restarted my lap top twice. Created a meeting and the second page loads. But not the webinar. It shows in my list as existing but I can't get the registration link as that page isn't loading. Very frustrating. My wifi is good.

Hi, I started the setup process yesterday for Zoom Phone after purchasing a package for use in UK to trial the system before potentially switching over from our current provider. Going through the set up process, I'm stuck on the 'Select Company Number' in the 'Prepare for Phone Assignment' section.I've added emergency address for my location, selected Country and picked a telephone number - but I cannot select the Emergency Address as it's pending (which stops me continuing)... how do I progress the pending part? Do I need to verify the address somewhere/somehow? (it doesn't say).I don't want to wait a week and find out I needed to do something earlier lol Many thanks

It takes too long when moving to a small meeting room.I use a small meeting room a lot. When I am placed in the small meeting room, it takes too long, it takes almost a minute, it doesn't seem to be a matter of communication. When the family used together, it takes so long on my computer.It was not a problem until 2 weeks ago, but this phenomenon suddenly occurs from one day. Is there a kind of program and likely?

Transcriptions of ZoomPhone recordings cannot be translated into Japanese.The default language for call queues and users is set to Japanese.Do I need to change anything else?

I get (in meetings in MY account) this message:"The transfer of jpg file is restricted by your account administrator"I've double checked everything.   Send files via meeting chat is on (I can do PDFs, but not JPGs).  I have set up a whitelist of these file types:  .jpg,.pdf,.png,.gif,.tifI hate people who post questions on boards where the answer is easily researched, but I'm stumped.Help!  Thanks in advance for your time.

Is it possible to set the settings so that every time I share the screen the audio is shared automatically as well? I've tried to find it in settings but the only place I can see it is in the pop-up window right before sharing. And as a default, it's always ticked off. I find most meetings I attend there's always a couple of minutes wasted as neither I nor others can remember to tick that box in the heat of the moment and to share the sound. So when we want to present videos, we have to come out of the presentation to put it back on. Obviously, if I am presenting something on zoom, no other audio will be on so I really don't understand why the computer sound is not shared automatically. It would make everyone's life so much easier. 

I have spoken to five people, and no one knows how to switch to annual billing for Zoom Phone. I'm not sure if this is even an option. I have my Zoom Phone number set up, so there’s no way I'm canceling that number. It took two weeks to set up Zoom Phone properly. Any ideas?
