dear friends, during the last months I re-used a link that I have shared with people all around te word by adjusting the dates. So the  link was made for a february meeting and then I opened the link again and connected it with a March date. I did this in the planning screen. But this seems not possible anymore. Can somebody give me a tip? 

I recorded a zoom meeting, with the host's permission.  I ended up with two files of a few KB each (an audio and a video M4A), and a 1 KB conf file on my computer. I used zoom with the application on my Windows laptop, but I didn't log in to zoom. How do I get the the recording?Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone gotten a Viking PA-IP paging adapter to work with Zoom?

I paid $371 for Zoom webinar capability on May 5, 2025. Yet when I go into my account to set up a webinar, the only option I get is for me to buy yet another webinar capability. I'M REALLY TICKED ABOUT THIS. I've gone round and round with your sub-par chatbots, and I don't have a way to set up what I need and paid for. Can someone - a REAL, LIVE PERSON - help me, please?Melissa

Only the X11 -> X11 setup worked correctly for us. I have the role 'Owner' for our company account.  When I look at future meetings of other users on the https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming page I can only see some of them.  All of us are licensed, all other users are 'Members'.  Any ideas on how to see all members?Thanks for the help.  

This discussion format isn't very helpful if I can't post a screen shot. In any case there's a new Zoom button that appears in the lower lefthand corner of the screen when I'm sharing my screen in a Zoom meeting, and it effectively blocks the Mac finder button, which is in the same place, and which I would like to use to access documents I want to share on my screen. What workarounds do people recommend?

To check the voicemail on a shared line you need to dial the phone number of the shared line, then wait until voicemail answers, then press 2 and enter your pin. The primary problems are, Wiating until voicemail picks up takes too long.Hoping that nobody else will answer the call every time the user wants to check voicemail.  Is there really no better way for a user to check their voicemail from the phone? 

Hi everyone, An issue that has arisen today - I'm hosting lots of upcoming events and was running some of the technical rehearsals today with some of the panelists but none of them were able to join the practice session as they were going into the attendees list. Help! It worked for one when I deleted their original link and sent them a new panellists one but I don't want to have to do this for all of the other panelists. Many thanks, Kimberley

Many of my Zoom webinar attendees reported that the links that I was shared with them on Chat were not clickable and they were also not able to copy that.  I have been conducting webinars for months and same links with htpps:// I have been sharing since then.  But this issue was reported yesterday by many of the participants. I got the testing done and found that issue was existing for all the users who are accessing Zoom using Androp Mobile. Their broswer and Zoom app are  uptodate. Links are clickable on laptops and iphone. One more observation I found in the testing that the issue is only for WEBINAR that is accessed by Android Mobile users. Same users are able to click links if shared in Zoom meeting. So clickability issue is with Zoom webinar product used in Android mobile user.   Please let me know if someone

I host 2 weekly meetings. Both are recorded to the Zoom cloud. After the 2 meetings, I access my online account to download the recordings. The first works okay. It automatically downloads the single file (not 3) to my download folder on my computer, no obvious way to direct it to a different folder. Small annoyance.The major problem is that the 2nd recording doesn't download to my computer unless I exit the site and return. This is more than an annoyance. Is this a bug in the system or is there something else I can do to more easily access the 2nd (or any other subsequent) recording?

Hi, Im running Zoom app on PC Win 11 (PC Acer Aspire 5), I can participate in meetings and sound and kameravideo works fine, but when the host is sharing a video from youtube or similar sharing, I have no or very scratchy sound.Participants running pc with win 10 doesnt have these problems, only me running win 11 Do you have any suggestions how to solve it in an easy way

Is there a way to change it so that when we screen share in a Teams meeting within a Zoom Room that we can have 1 screen show the active speaker and the other screen show the shared content as opposed to both screens showing the shared content?

Hi all I've earched the topics and couldn't find an anwser.  I set up or phone system with DND Sync On so that users could press DND either on their phones of app. Great. But I've run into an issue where users who also have the mobile app cannot mute or DND just the app while in the office. Quitting the mobie app does NOT work, any incoming calls will launch the app.I've tried turing off DND Sync, but DND still sysnces between the mobile and desktop app. I've also seen the mute call queue function in the app - which is close to what I want but it is a faff to get to and you need to press Cancel to set your choice - not very intuitive. How do we DND or just Quit the mobile app so users can elect not to receive calls on their mobiles while at their desk.CheersPFM

Hi All, I purchased the Zoom Workplace Pro plan (1 user, annual billing), and it shows as active under my account. However, my meetings are still ending after 40 minutes. I am the account holder, but I’m not seeing a clear way to assign the license to myself under User Management. When I click “Edit,” I don’t see the option to change my user type to “Licensed.” I see no way to send an email to Zoom support about this issue on their site so that I can ask them to assist with confirming that my Pro license is properly assigned to my account and for help resolving the 40-minute meeting limit issue. Thoughts? Thank you, Marc

I looked for a recently recorded meeting and found only the file “recording.conf”.I tried to return it again using zTscoder or from the desktop app, but [please meke sure the following files are in the recording folders, then convert your recording by double- clicking the files] message.However, no files exist other than “recording.conf”.

When I give a presentation, I always use Show Presenter View, expecting that my audience will see the pictures I'm showing and a small camera shot of me.  On my side, I will see those two things, but also my script and the next slide (which the audience is not supposed to see).  Today, my audience did not see a camera shot of me and saw my script, which significantly reduced the size of the pictures I wanted them to see.  I knew the audience did not see the camera shot of me, but was not aware of they were seeing my script (with reduced picture size) until the end.  What did I do wrong?  How do I keep from having that happen again?

Hi! We use the poly Savi 8220 office model and we implemented some Zoom switch changes specifically the sync to headset feature was disabled. But now we are getting reports that the Poly Dock is no longer ringing for users. We have tested it out and confirmed this is the case. It will ring for Teams calls but not for zoom. I can enable the option to have the ringer sound come from the laptop as a workaround. Just curious if this whole issue is related to the sync to headset. I will be testing this in my dev environment tomorrow as well. So if any of you have seen something similar please let me know! Thanks

When I set a contact to notify me when avalible, I get no notifications that my contact is avalible. Maybe it's that I'm not signed in so I get no notifications? Is there a place where zoom gives you your notifications? How will zoom notify me when someone is avalible? Do I have to be signed in? Can anyone answer these questions? I will really appreciate if you can answer my question.Thanks

I am trying to set up multiple Zoom Rooms with NDI cameras. Currently if I set this up, each room will have access to all of the cameras. What I need to be able to do is restrict each room to only see the cameras within that room. NDI has the perfect settings for this. I can set each camera to be part of a group, and using NDI tools I can set each computer to only see devices in that group, but zoom rooms does not reflect the settings within NDI tools. It seemingly searches for all availble NDI inputs with no way to filter the list. The only way I can get a camera to show up in Zoom Rooms is if I leave the group as public, which then leaves me back where I started where every room can see every camera. I know NDI inputs is still in beta, so maybe this will be implemented later, but is there a way for me to set the NDI group within Zoom Rooms? This would immediatley solve my problem. The only settings I can find in the web portal is to toggle NDI

My accountant sent me a zoom link.  I clicked a button that said something along the lines of 'record to cloud' - she accepted the recording and then a voice said recording in progress.  The meeting has ended.  I have absolutely no idea how to fetch this recording.  It is super important too - since she was demonstrating how to use accounting tools.  I really NEED this recording but it's just nowhere obvious.   Where to I go to find the recording? EDIT: I happen to have a Zoom subscription. However, my CPA initiated the Zoom meeting.  Again, I selected record Zoom meeting to could.  In the moment and during the meeting I was not able to record to my computer for some reason -  I'd initiate the 'record to computer' feature and it appeared to work at my end but the meeting organizer did not get the request UNTIL I selected record to cloud.  Why is that something as simple as making a recording a su

Why is there no "Test microphone" option in Ubuntu 20.04. I've tried installing via snap or from the `.deb` file but there's still no option. There are even times where there' s no sound or the sound is inaudible.  Is that option not included in Linux versions?
