I used to stream to my facebook page, but since last week I've not been able to stream to my active page as I the drop down like is not showing my active page.Instead the drop down list were showing the inactive pages . What has changed ? and what do I need to do to be able to stream to my active page again ?

Hello,Yesterday I installed Zoom meeting client on a new ASUS Vivobook computer and joined my first meeting. About midway through (after about 20 minutes) little smileys (thumbs-up, baloon, etc.) started coming up the screen in a vertical line from lower right up to a third of the screen. One smiley group would come, then after perhaps a minute another. I left the meeting and the smileys kept coming. I rebooted the computer and uninstalled Zoom client, not sure yet whether the smileys have stopped. It looks to me like a virus (unless a part of your client?). Please advise what to do. I am having the hardest time finding this solution. I, like so many others, have multiple Google Calendars. You know, Family, Personal, Business, etc. I want to automate Zoom to select my Business calendar when scheduling meetings. Is this possible? Currently, I must first select the calendar, which defaults to my Personal calendar. Thanks, DD

Since last week, I haven't been able to change the date range in my 'Any host available' scheduler. When I try to change to the date range in the 'Availability' tab, I can no longer click on the 'Finish' button.I can click on the 'Previous' button, but not on the 'Next' button.If I click on the 'Previous' button and try to push 'Finish' in the 'Host' tab, I am taken back to the 'Availability' tab, where the same issue persists.Note that this is even the case if I remove all date overrides in the past and change the schedule to not include any past dates.The issue is the same in Safari, Chrome, and the Zoom app (Mac).Help!

I am registered for an EMDR training starting in a couple days. I was prompted to register for Zoom using the email I used to register for my training, which I have. It keeps telling me that I am not a registered applicant but THIS IS NOT CORRECT. I have only ever used this email. My employer changed our email servicer from Google to Outlook after I registered for the training. My email address is the exact SAME. It has NOT changed. Is this the reason why it is not letting me register on zoom? Can someone send me a contact for someone who can fix this? I already contact the support for the people delivering the training but I have a feeling they are going to tell me to reach out to Zoom because it is a Zoom problem. Please do not ask me to contact the chatbot, it has not been helpful at all and in fact, not supported with the type of account I have.
I'm trying to help a user that has turned off otter AI in both zoom.us and otter.ai and she's still connected to it and it's still sending emails out. Does anybody know of a setting I'm missing?
I am using Zoom to tutor and we are writing collaboratively. Sometimes when neither of us has hit a delete key some of the text disappears. Today apparently the student hit the home button by mistake and three paragraphs we had written together was gone. Is there a setting I can use to keep the work there as I want to share it with the parents after class?
Hi, I hope someone can help.i was in a zoom meeting hosted by an organisation when I got disconnected due to a network/ISP issue. I reconnected with a different ISP but kept on getting an error code 2008.I've tried uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling it, I registered for the webinar and tried joining from the new connection email, I've tried rejoining the webinar by copying and pasting the link into my browser. None of these steps worked.I still kept on getting error code 2008, which seems to be connected to a licensing issue. I find this odd as I am a free user and don't host any meetings. I only join meetings as and when invited by the non-profit organisation I volunteer with.Thank you in advance for any help.
Hi, I've had zoom crashing issues for a few months now where it would crash sporadically. It's random when it happens e.g. 5-6 times in a single meeting, sometimes 1-2 times, or it doesn't happen for a while. It would suddenly crash and then return the user to the meeting moments later. We have a pro user accounts, tried updating laptop, zoom version, deleted the cache etc. but it seems to be something else. It doesn't happen to many users, just select users (globally) and location doesn't seem to matter e.g. WFH, office, different office. Has anyone else experience this?
My home url is working. In the zoom client side panel, I can only see the logo and name. No web page is opening. Desktop zoom. There is no error logs to view.
Has anyone figured out a way to do automatic call routing in Zoom Phone when the Salesforce integration is being used? We are currently using that for click to dial and screen pops, but there doesn't appear to be a way to automatically route calls using the client data that is already in Salesforce. Zoom Support notified me this wasn't possible, so I opened a Feature Request, but those tend to just sit there with very little progress ever made on them. Also open to looking at 3rd party apps if the Salesforce integration can't do it.

We own a fitness studio. We have professionally ran a camera and music and mic through textron software to our Mac computer.the music mic mix is awful nd drops out constantly. AvNow is saying it's a zoom issue. We have made sure the settings are "original Sound" & "high Fidelity" it's not fixing it. Any other ideas?

I am an avid zoom users and use zoom mostly all day/everyday. Recently-I am having a problem with audio for certain users that connect through zoom through their wifi. For example-if there are two other separate people in my zoom room, I can hear one of them very clearly and the other goes in and out and is "scratchy". This happens with more than just one user so I know it's not person-specific. It can also happen if two people are sitting together and logged in as one user-I can hear one clearly but not the other. It feels like something around what the audio is picking up---any leads on audio settings to help fix this would be helpful. This issue happens both on my headset as well as my computer. Please help! I need to use close captions just to hear all participants
