We are moving from a SIP phone system with a local PBX to Zoom VOIP. We have a front desk operator and several back up employees for while they are out. I set up a call queue to ring sequentially for the front desk operator. with those three users. It was pointed out to me recently that if the front desk person is on vacation and sets her extension to out of office or Holiday, the phone at the front will not ring. The other two extensions will ring. At their desks but if one of them is sitting up front, that phone will not ring. Is this correct? Is there a solution other than making the front desk phone a community area and setting it to HotDesk? If I do that will the two people who may need to be up there have to log off their desk phones when they go to the front desk to fill in?  thanks for any advice or help you can offer. 

We are a small community.  We have 2 boards that want to use Zoom meetings.  Can I have 2 schedulers without paying for 2 separate accounts?  If so, how do I do this? Thanks 

I scheduled a meeting. Why can't clients directly join via the meeting link I shared on their mobile devices? Do mobile users have to download the app to join the meeting?

I had convened an important meeting, but I was not able to see the recording of the same. It is a statutory requirement to keep the recording for some time. If I do not get the recording, the meeting will be invalid. Please help to retrieve the recording 

Now that Skype has died, I just need a means of phoning from my computer in Australia to my brother's landline in the UK twice a month, so I can hear the call on my computer speakers instead of on the phone (I am deaf). It seems that somewhere in Zoom Pro + there is the ability to make international calls, but it is impossible to obtain details eg how many calls or minutes per month? I'm not prepared to buy it to find out, so where can I get details? Zoom Pro + seems a very expensive way to get what I need, is there a cheaper reliable way? Call2 friends and similar services are free, but don't work for the UK, as they don't get priority on routes.  Any suggestions?

Currently, when I click on the Zoom link, it either opens in a new tab or requires using an iframe — but I want to open the Zoom meeting directly within my website, without using an iframe or redirecting to a new tab.Is there any recommended way or SDK/API that allows embedding the Zoom meeting inside my website like a native component?Any help or guidance would be appreciated.Thank you!

However, I’m encountering an issue: the emails I receive through the API appear to be encrypted.I have a few questions regarding this:1. Is it possible to disable end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for default Zoom email addresses (zmail addresses), or is this always enforced?2. From my understanding, E2EE can only be disabled for one custom domain per account—is this correct?3. I have added and verified a custom domain under Account Management > Account Profile > Associated Domains. However, I am struggling to associate user emails from this domain in a way that allows me to disable E2EE. Am I missing a step here?4. Good morning, at the office we log in via Zoom to schedule meetings with different people. The problem is that while you're logged in, if someone logs in, you'll be disconnected (not just while you're in a call, but even when you're just logged in and waiting to start the meeting). Is there a way to prevent access if the app is already active on another computer? I'd like to prevent anyone from logging in when I open Zoom and am logged in until I log out. Thanks.

If I set up a Zoom webinar and select the on-demand option, how long is the recording stored in the cloud? Additionally, how long can people who were unable to attend the live session register to watch the recording via the link?

On Sunday, July 6, I had scheduled a meeting at 7:15 PM. When I wanted to open the session, the schedule said that there was no session. I found another solution, but later-on learned that the session had taken place with an unknown host whose topic traumatized the participants. I have tried in vain to find out what happened. I absolutely want to avoid a repetition of this weird event.

How can I retrieve the meeting notes from an expired meeting, it expired 12 days ago. HELP!!

We are holding an event with ~200 people. We have break sessions but we have no ability as the organizers to create say 5-8 breakout rooms with specific themes that then could be communicated to our audience who then could choose to join the room with the theme of their choice. That would be a very nice feature add fyi. Tom P

Does anyone the pixel size of zoom profile pictures? The specs say 2mb, but how many pixels? 

I was all prepared for my meeting and made certain that the physical background I put up behind me was all that would be seen on my video. As soon as I spoke it jumped to a giant widescreen, exposing the mess on the sides of my background. I have scoured the internet for answers and found the option to choose "original ratio". I was so relieved, as this was very embarrassing. Well, then I spoke, and there was the mess again, right on the screen for everyone to see. I feel defeated! I see many posts with similar experiences, some from over two years ago. Why is this problem not being addressed? People use this program for professional meetings and expect their privacy to be respected. Then it switches and shows everything you were trying so desperately to hide. Is there some secret weapon to fixing this awful issue? I cannot seem to find any option that may make this better on any of the settings and I hate how the virtual/blurred backgrounds make you look all funny. At least on the

I can't get the color-picker tool to work on the whiteboard.  I can add custom colors using the palette provided under the Pen tools menu.  However, when I select the color-picker tool (also on the palette menu), I'm allowed to go through the motions of selecting a pixel on the screen, but no custom color is added to menu.  What am I missing? [Zoom v6.5.0, Desktop App on a PC]  

Hi allI'm at the end of my tether.Last week any meetings I scheduled appeared in my Apple calendar - I received reminders on my Macs,  clicked the link and signed in - no problem.All of a sudden, this week - none of the meetings are syncing to my Mac - when I use the Zoom client desktop app calendar - there's no link ....what on earth is going on?!!  HOW do I access my MEETINGS!!!!?!! 😩I've spent HOURS on this today - and the customer service is absolutely useless - full of people who haven't got a clue how to help you - and just copy and paste generic answers from a knowledge base!! 🤦🏻‍♀️I'm literally at the point where I'm going to have to look for another client!

I don't know when the change happened, but on Zoom Whiteboards, Sticky Notes were always created with middle-center aligned auto-sized font. Now when I create stickies, they have top left aligned 16 point font. They're basically just textboxes with a background color now. The whole point of stickes is that you and your team can read them at different magnifications. The new sticky behaviour makes Zoom Whiteboard undesirable for my staff so I can't get them to use it over other apps, since all other whiteboard apps have stickies that work like a normal human would expect. Am I missing something? Is there a hidden default settings pallete or something? Why did Zoom do this? 

Does Zoom have any plans to add automation apis that can be used by the Shortcuts automation system on iOS and Mac OS? I'd like to be able to use that to do things like start a meeting, switch backgrounds based on location,  switch audio/video based on location. An example of this is that I always use a background when calling from home but i don't want to use one when calling from the office. It is a clunky, multi-step process to switch backgrounds. If I could automate this using ShortCuts, I wouldn't need to worry about this. 

Is it possible for me to pull a report of all the zoom meetings I attended? I really need this information

Hello. I'm trying to setup the video intercom feature described in this official KB: 73974.The environment is:2N IP Verso 2.0 - firmware 2.46.1.70.4Yealink T58W - firmare 150.86.30.10 Both of them are autoprovisioned.I'm unable to find the "video intercom toggle" to enable, as referred in the KB, under the policy tab of the device. Has anyone beed able to sort it out? Thanks a lotLP

I'm trying to transition my tutoring business to Zoom, but have been stopped cold by the whiteboard.  Zoom's native whiteboard crashes when I load it up with multi-page PDFs, and their support have told me this is expected behavior.  Using either Miro or Mural as integrated apps could work, but the normal touchpad controls are disabled (zoom in/out, specifically), making them too inconvenient to use.  Zoom support has confirmed that this, too, is expected behavior. It's all adding up to a deal-breaker for me.  Is anyone else having a similar experience?  And if so, how are you coping?

I have two Zoom Workplace Pro accounts, recording a whiteboard with the same device, in the same place, with the same lighting, recorded in HD 720, and using the same Wi-Fi for my webinars. I record a screen where I present documents to my students. On one account, it looks perfectly clear, but on the other, the screen that I am recordings. Could you please help me? Thanks!

I expect that people who have access to a project in Whiteboards can work with all of the whiteboards inside the project. That does not seem to be the case. Why? What's the point of project permissions if additional work has to be done on all of the whiteboards to manage permissions that actually work?

We've been having intermittent connectivity issues with Zoom Phone on the Windows Desktop client.  A popup on the Phone tab says 'Not Connected, Attempt to Reconnect'.  Chat and meetings work fine but no phone.  Usually a log out, then back into the Zoom client resolves it.  Sometimes a reboot is needed.   Network/internet are both stable. Seems to be randomly happening to several people in the office each day.  No firewall changes, etc. have been made.  Zoom support has yet to be able to figure it out.   Any thoughts from the Zoom Community would be appreciated, thanks!
