Zoom SMS notification bubble marked as read when on chat

Hello,

We have had a few users report that incoming Zoom SMS messages are auto marked as read when they are navigating other sections of the Zoom Workplace app such as chat. Is there a known bug where SMS is accidentally marked as read when it hasn’t been previewed? We set up e-mail notifications when SMS isn’t read, but it only activates after 10 minutes, so the bug is reading the SMS before the e-mail notification can be triggered.
