Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help or provide guidance.I ran a webinar training session with 'Local Recording' and on playback, the session during the morning was fine, but I paused the recording at lunchtime and continued recording after lunch. What the recording shows is that after resuming recording, my video (me) was frozen and there was no screen share recorded for the whole afternoon session. What was recorded was the audience video placeholders and nothing else! Clearly, I was screen sharing and I wasn't frozen during the live session. Audio was fine throughout the entire recording. Help!

Hi all, I have used Zoom for many years on the basic platform without any issues. However, recently, my camera and microphone are not working, yet they are working on both google meets and teams, so i think it’s a Zoom specific issue.I have done all the trouble shooting suggested by the virtual assistant, including turning computer off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling latest version of Zoom desktop app, worked through all the computer privacy setting to ensure both microphone and camera are allowing apps to access, etc etc.I did a microphone test in the desktop app, and it showed the sound is fine for incoming but not outgoing?I’m at a loss of what to try next.

I use ‘Registration’ events, so Zoom sends out unique links to every participant.I am incurring a lot of admin time dealing with corporate clients who say they have never received the Zoom link. From conversations with many of them, this is not a case of them not looking in their spam/junk folder. The emails are being blocked by corporate mail filters. I end up sending their links by copying them from the Zoom interface and using my own email address to send them. This works -- but it’s extremely time consuming and tedious. Currently, I am having to manually send links to approximately 20% of registered participants.From my own experience, I know that Zoom is being used by spammers to invite me to meetings that I have never signed-up for. Presumably, it’s this usage which is causing the spammer reputation of Zoom’s emails and so causing them to be blocked by an increasing number of systems.An ideal fix to this would be to send emails using my own address.  I was using phone for audio for desktop zoom. I could listen. Everything worked fine until the host unmuted me, then the audio icon changed, and I could not interact with the host.This is using desktop zoom for Debian, 7.0.0.1666 This problem has happened multiple times.One time, I was able to establish a working system by hanging up the phone and reconnecting.Another time, this method did not succeed, forcing me to move to Android app.

recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. zoomの解約方法についてです。今までプロプランを使用ていていましたが、不要となったためサブスクリプションの自動更新を停止し、アカウントを削除しようと思います。 プロプランのラサブスクリプションは停止し、現在支払いのステータス欄を見ると「自動更新は停止しました」と表示されています。次にアカウントプロフィールから「アカウントを終了します」を押したのですが、「アカウントを削除できません　このアカウントは有料アカウントです。アカウントを削除したい場合は、「請求」または「営業担当に連絡」に移動し、サブスクリプションをキャンセルしてください。」と表示されます。 再度「請求」に移動し確認しましたが、やはりサブスクリプションは自動更新は停止になっています。 どのようにすればアカウントを削除できますか。プロプランを使用できる日数が残っているのですが、その日数を過ぎてからでないと削除できないのでしょうか。

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Zoom regularly for meetings and online classes, and recently I’ve noticed that screen sharing has become really laggy on my Windows 11 laptop (Core i5 11th gen, 8GB RAM). The video freezes for others while my audio is still fine, especially when I’m sharing a browser or PowerPoint. My internet connection seems stable, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix for smoother screen sharing?

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to share PDFs during my meetings on Zoom. I should mention that I’m working on iPad, and until now everything was working perfectly. Where could the problem be coming from, and what should I do please? Depuis quelques jours, je n’arrive plus à partager de PDF lors de mes réunions sur Zoom. Je précise que je travaille sur Ipad, et que jusqu’à là, tout fonctionnait très bien. D’où vient le problème et que faire SVP ??? 

Zoom crashes immediately when I open it after updating my Mac to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1. So sad. I have tried several versions of Zoom, but all the ways I tried cannot work,  is there any solution?

Recently a change was made to auto-lower raised hands when people stop talking. This is not working and we use the RAISED HAND for stand-ups and stand-downs to show who hasn't gone yet. Now, the system keeps lowering hands because someone may comment on another persons update and the system thinks that person is done talking. It's really annoying and not helpful.

Hi everyone.  When I start my videos my virtual background is on a blue background despite every thing being on none /off.  No avatars are on etc, no green screen on.  I am able to shift through other virtual backgrounds.  But I cant get it to have nothing on there yet.  Can someone please help me make it so I do not have a background on my screen.  I am not certain if I hit something in the past, but I am uncertain how to take it off now.   Please help.

I have not had this problem until recently, but every single time I try to log into my laptop while my desktop is connected to Zoom, it will log me out of Zoom on my desktop, even if I’m in a meeting. There used to be the option for me to login to both my desktop and laptop at the same time so that I could switch the meeting from one device to the other. I can no longer do that. What are the remedies? Is this an issue with a recent update? This happens with every single account that I have for Zoom. My Zoom accounts are free, but according to search Zoom states that you can be logged into two computers simultaneously. What is going wrong? This is driving me crazy.

Hello, I have a workplace account. I am trying to figure out language translation. When I set the close caption to a different language, it always defer back to English. Some of my student students for example speak and read Spanish. Is there a mechanism for The user who speaks a different language to receive close caption just on their screen and their preferred language. Also, when the instructor is speaking, I understand there is a feature where the end user who speaks a different language can hear the instructor voice in their language. I find some of the land translation features to be confusing. Essentially, I’m trying to assist my students who speak Spanish to receive their closed caption in Spanish, and also have the instructor voice translated in Spanish. It is also my understanding that the Spanish translation in zoom is not very accurate.

Hi AllHi Using AirPods with a HP laptop running Win 11. Set up has been great for months, but last few weeks sound has dropped out when Zoom meeting starts. No sound emanating from any of the participants, video but no sound. If I end meeting and disconnect Bluetooth, still no sound thru laptop speakers. Almost like laptop assuming AirPods still connected. It’s like six people have all gone on mute at the same time-v weird. Only manifested in last few weeks without any change to settings.  I’ve done the Zoom test using the laptop and AirPods, and the sound and microphone was fine. Anyone else had this? Bit perplexed. Thank you. Any resolution advice? Thanks

Since last 10 days my meeting participants are not able to see the annotation toolbar on the shared whiteboard for a meeting on my desktop. I have updated my Zoom Workplace to the latest version but this does not help. I have checked the meeting settings also wherein I have not checked “ Only host can annotate”. I tried to start a meeting from my phone and joined the meeting from my desktop ( without signing in) from the web by entering the meeting details and I could see the annotation tool bar on the whiteboard shared on the phone.
