Zoom screen sharing lagging on Windows 11 — anyone else facing this?

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Zoom regularly for meetings and online classes, and recently I’ve noticed that screen sharing has become really laggy on my Windows 11 laptop (Core i5 11th gen, 8GB RAM). The video freezes for others while my audio is still fine, especially when I’m sharing a browser or PowerPoint. My internet connection seems stable, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix for smoother screen sharing?
